Since it's been so long since I last attempted to sell anything to them, my rating only reflects the buying experience. First of all, the store is massive. Although the majority of their inventory is clothing they also have shoes, accessories, baby gear, and toys. Everything is pretty well organized making it easy to find exactly what you want. For example, clothes are grouped by size, color and type. And, for the most part the merchandise is in good condition. Occasionally I have come across a hole, tear or stain, so my advice is to to thoroughly inspect each item before checking out. Unfortunately there are no rock bottom prices to be found here (you'll have to go to Thrift Giant for that). In fact, most of the stuff isn't a whole lot cheaper than the new version, with the exception of some higher end brands here and there. I have actually found better prices on certain brands when they're on clearance at the original store. Another recurring theme in the reviews here is the rudeness of the employees. It makes me wonder if this place is fully staffed by ex-DPS workers! I guess I should consider myself lucky because I have miraculously somehow avoided their surliness. Maybe it has something to do with my earlier statement about not selling stuff to them anymore though.

In front of other customers, he refused to help me and told me to GET OUT OF THE STORE. WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS? Just an uneducated, rude trash. The little tittle has gone to way up to his head. Having a supervisor title does not give anyone the right to humiliate customers, act arrogantly, or treat people as though they are beneath them. Considering I used to work at a used books store, I understand how the buying model works and considering how affordable their clothes are, I thought I got a fair trade. In actuality, they only bought 41 items and they allowed me to donate the rest (thank goodness because I did not want to bring them back home). Most of the clothes I brought in ended up being donated, which was ok by me. They're really looking for new looking clothes. If it looks worn, it will probably be donated. The staff was nice but most weren't wearing masks. They're pretty far away from you for the most part so it's not a big deal. They were very busy but had a positive attitude and worked as fast as they could (I waited an hour). You have the option to leave the store too if you don't want to shop. As for shopping while I waited, their racks are full and well organized. I ended up buying 3 outfits and left the store with about 25 bucks. They also sell strollers, toys, activity centers, walkers, backpacks, play pens, etc at good prices. I would definitely come back the next time we clean out the closet.
