What a cute shop in downtown Coppell! So many different things to buy. The sale soy candles made in Coppell. They smell delightful. They have a section that has beautiful homemade soap at a very reasonable price too! The items are affordable in this store too! They also have an area for tea lovers. True "Tea Jenny's". Varies tea pots with beautiful cups for sale. Also multiple canned/jared teas are offered to complete a set as a gift! The quaint shop offers a hodgepodge of items for just about everyone. I can't wait to return. They even have some cute jewelry. They also have a section for babies. They have quilts and stuffed toys that only need embroidery done to them to complete them. Please stop in! I know you will find something you can't live without......I did! October 2023

My in-laws do a secret santa where the theme is local things. So I had to find a store in Dallas that sold things that were sourced local. Luckily this store was the closest to me and sounded perfect on the description on Google. Pulling up it's unassuming, standing alone on the edge of a well off neighborhood but it's surrounded by greenery and flowers. Walking in I was greeted by a friendly woman who I assume owns the place. She listened to my plight (as I am greatly stressed by gift giving) and pointed me towards all their Texas things. There was local honey which apparently comes from the owner's house. There was a tag on it that said it's not inspected by the FDA but to get pure local honey that might have to be the case, and I think honey is pretty safe unless you're a baby. Then I found a pretty bluebonnet mug. It didn't have Texas plastered on it, it was just a pretty cup with bluebonnets artfully drawn. There were various food stuffs, jams and jellies, mix kits for various Texas foods, although some said made in Nashville. There was a room dedicated to clothes and stuffed animals for children. And there was a room for soaps, lotions, etc. Some of the soaps were made local so I grabbed one of those. There was even a mass produced soap caddy that was cheaper than Amazon. I was very pleased with my visit and was successful in my mission for secret santa. The world needs more shops and shopkeepers like Jacaranda.

It was amazing and my kids and their friends had a blast!…read more I'm giving them 4 out of 5 only because I was not impressed with Princess Aurora. She did smile and talk here and there but she was supposed to host the party and instead another worker who also plays Moana is the only one who really got the party going and kept it going. I was not expecting a legit Disney Princess but I was hoping for the girl to be more in character and do a better job. She was quiet more than half the time and if it hadn't been for the other worker the party would have been super quiet and awkward. I spent an extra $80 just so the Princess could sit there and look pretty, so I guess she did her job. Highly recommend getting the girl who dresses up as Princess Moana instead because she does an amazing job interacting with the kids and parents making it a super fun experience.

Oh my goodness. We just attended one of my daughters friends birthday here. She was turning three!…read more There were about 8 little girls there, including the birthday girl. Honestly I was slightly skeptical at first because my girls are so young. Our oldest is 4 and youngest is 2. But they had a blast! There was something for the kids to do from the minute they walked in, until the very end of the birthday party! They even had Elsa make an appearance! Our girls loved it! I loved that you could tell the girls working there truly liked their jobs! Definitely keeping this in my back pocket for my girls birthdays!

Worst customer service - TJ Maxx Irving…read more This is the SECOND time I've had a horrible experience at the TJ Maxx location in Irving, and I'm done shopping here. The employees treat customers like we work for them. Zero respect, zero professionalism. The first incident: I was with a family member in the fitting room. I handed the employee clothes that were already on hangers (just not facing the "right" direction). Instead of simply taking them, the employee spoke to me rudely, switched to Spanish, and lectured me in a disrespectful tone, saying "next time hang them the right way." Completely unnecessary and extremely rude. Today it happened again. I am pregnant, tired, and shopping for maternity clothes. A pair of pants that was already hanging incorrectly fell to the floor when I barely touched it. I immediately picked it up and handed it to the employee. Her response? She told me to hang it myself, with an attitude, disgusting looks, and continued talking in Spanish in a mocking, disrespectful way -- as if she was insulting me. What makes this worse is that I was planning to buy items from the store, but because of the way I was treated, I left the items and changed my mind completely. No store deserves my money after that kind of behavior. I am a customer, not an employee. I should not be spoken to like this, especially while pregnant. Speaking another language to mock or insult customers is unacceptable and unprofessional. This store clearly has a serious problem with staff attitude and training. I felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and humiliated. This was my last visit to this location. I do NOT recommend the TJ Maxx Irving store to anyone.

Just go to a different location!!! Line was wrapped around the store with no way to make a return…read morewithout standing in it. Having to wait 1+ hr in line is absurd, and not all check outs were open. After several trips where I ended up putting down merchandise and leaving because of long lines, I will avoid this Tjmaxx in the future.

What's better than a Polo Ralph Lauren Boutique? How about a Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store,…read morewhere you can get you favorite Polo items at discounted prices?!! I was really impressed by this store. It had all the luxury of their boutique stores, perhaps even a better selection than the boutique stores, at great prices. I am a fan of the classic Polo Ralph Lauren styles and colors, and there is plenty of that to choose from in this store. They also have the newer designs as well, all in men's, women's, and children's sizes. The other thing this factory store delivers on is that classic Service you become accustomed to at a Polo Ralph Lauren Boutique store. The staff here is friendly and helpful and can help you find sizes and fits as you need. Great experience, I probably spent a little too much, but oh well, I am happy and I think my new clothes look great...thanks Ralph!

Felt discriminated by the staff in the store and felt watched and unsafe the entire time I was in…read morethere, not sure if it was the way I dressed or my skin color or sexual orientation or maybe because I'm a younger individual shopping in a predominantly elderly store, but no one asked to help carry the 10 items I had in my hand, wasn't asked by anyone if I could help finding sizes or a fitting room, the cashier with #s 4**062, African American woman, laughed at me and looked at me, like I had the answers to a question that I should of known on the floor, I genuinely did not know if you guys had sizes in the back because the shelves are full of random clutter and mess,... "we have a system to check sizes" she said..........no duh, LITERALLY NO DUH who doesn't, it was rude and disrespectful, and as someone who demonstrates genuine positive energy and a collected manner to everyone it was insulting and as someone who works in RETAIL administration it was exactly what stores, leaders or associates, should not be doing in a retail field... and my receipt states my salesperson was A'jon?! That was a lie, a full on lie on my receipt, I was not helped by anyone, otherwise I would of had some idea of what was going on inside that mess of a store, I had no desire to purchase anything that night after trying on but felt so incredibly pressured I purchased one item a flannel, that I was absolutely in love with when I first saw it online, and now I want to return, and will never step into your store again and will make sure others around me or on my media don't neither ...and yes I was the one wearing the vintage hoodie on dec/7 with the fur line, just so you know who I am, the store is is an absolute disaster and as a retail personnel myself your store needs to evaluate its customer service and the African American manager who nearly threw a shirt at me walking to the Oxford section was shocking. What if I was a secret visitor? Or exect? Or your family? Learn how to treat customers of any skin color and sex orientation correctly and yes, my message will relay to others, because no one with the basic idea of simple inclusion, equality, and respect will step in your stores again. It was disgusting behavior the way I was treated, that's not how large businesses should be running. Please never treat a customer like that ever again especially since I am someone who deals with extremely severe anxiety I felt like I was going to pass out in there it was a terrifying feeling honestly, I was so uncomfortable and it belittled me, I quite literally started sweating SO bad, I was so embarrassed and I did NOTHING, I did not steal, I did not say anything rude or bother anyone, I simply walked in the store with the intention to simply shop. Coach and evaluate your team on simple customer service!!! And I also heard several workers cursing on the floor... so there's that, you guys are terrible people.
