Everyone was very personable and the prices were great. I travel a lot for work so I haven't gone back since November, but I did place two orders online recently, and the online experience was just as good. I received free shipping, and still got my orders in a timely manner. I will definitely shop there again soon. I don't write reviews often but if you need trendy clothes or accessories TopNotch Boutique has it, and they have great customer service to go along with it.

The selection is good and they definitely have some good stuff in this Irving store. Now I must admit I like Allen better. The layout isn't as user/shopper friendly to me in Irving. The customer service wasn't as friendly either. I didn't feel welcomed. I'm use to walking in the door and someone saying hello. I think they can work on improving this for this location. No one offered to help me or assist. It wasn't super busy either so the employees could have been more enthusiastic. The store pricing overall is fine for me. Both locations are about the same. Some items have great prices and value. Others can seem a bit more pricey. I think they offer a good clearance and sale selection at both. However, I think the Allen store clearance section is bigger and better. Now I know no two stores are created equal. I think this location is still good. The Irving store is clean and organized. If I were in the area again I would definitely visit it. I truly like Versona a lot. This store has some cool, unique and fun items. I like the fact that I saw different things in this one. I accidentally included an additional item in my return package and contacted customer service immediately to explain. I had intended on exchanging this item for a smaller size, but saw that they did not have the item in a smaller size. And accidentally left it in the return. I asked that they either return the item to me or issue a refund once they confirmed they had received it. Instead, I was told that because the item wasn't submitted through their Returns Portal, it could be considered "ineligible" and would be "donated". I understand that the mistake was mine, but I don't understand why the company couldn't simply return the item or process a refund. This response was disappointing, especially as a first-time customer, and showed very little understanding or willingness to help.

Not anything I would want to purchase over $5. - Small section of larger sizes (XL+). I go back every few weeks and often see the same thing - not much new. - I wish they had baskets or something to shop with. - Styles feel like they're for an older demographic. I probably won't return once I use my credit.
