I've been shopping here since to move to Texas a few years ago. Totally five stars people are kind and helpful yesterday I bought a gift for my daughter for Christmas, it was a keychain wallet. I was able to use the partners discount a local charity event for the city. I have worked with a few other people there. There's a lady that is especially k knowledgeable about the products. I had an excellent customer service experience with my first time getting a Tory Burch bag here at the Dallas location. Gage helped me and he was really great checking to see if a specific bag was in stock and shipped it to me. I recently had surgery and born in the Year of the Tiger. I'm going to be 60 soon so having Tanya the Tiger bag has a very special meaning to me. I've called several other locations to find this bag and it's even sold out online. I love how the boutique is set up and how everything looks so nice and neatly displayed. Every clothes items is display according to colors and every handbags is display according to styles so it's so easy to choose which one that would go with your outfit. The salesman were also very helpful and knowledgable, which was really great when there's someone there that knows everything about their inventories. Great customer service !! I was very impressed. I live in Southern California and ordered a pair of boots online. The boots were to small when I called the customer service line they said they did not have them in stock and could not exchange them however the Dallas location had them in the size I was looking for. When I called the Dallas store they agreed to email me a UPS label I could send the wrong size to them and they could send me the correct size free of charge ! Great store set up .. well I think all TB set up about the same way so it's whatever... BUT the customer service here is disgusting! Came in and want to take advantage of the additional 30% sale for some gifts and never was greeted or acknowledged. However, a gentlemen, a mother and her daughter came after me got greeted and what would they like to drink. LOL ... walked out like no others because service like that do not deserves my money. So I asked for an exchange in size (shoe was never worn for it was a gift), they helped me out an said that it'll be shipped to my house. Come Thursday the day of delivery, they sent us the shoe that we declined because it looked as if it had been worn out. The same exact, dirty shoe! They never ordered us a new one, they just boxed up an old, worn out and stained shoe that we paid $300 for! Terrible service, ladies were rude as usual. As a long-time supporter of the Tory Burch brand, this location by far is the worst I have ever visited. On three separate occasions, each months apart, I've visited with the intention to make a significant purchase of multiple items. However, the terribly rude sales staff never acknowledge that I stepped foot in the store. After waiting for more than 5 minutes for assistance, I happily left empty handed. One would hope with making a significant purchase, that the customer service would match the price tag, but I can assure you, that is not the case at this location. read more

The associates here are so friendly and super helpful!!! I had issues with my shoes and there were scuff marks and I was still able to exchanged them with no problem at all. Usually, many stores will turn their noses away and tell me its my loss and not their problem. These girls treated me so well and made sure that my issue would be resolved. Worst experience in my life was going to the Tory Burch at the Highland Village in Dallas. I am not the one to play a race card however, when my girlfriend and I entered the store we were not greeted at all. Customers that entered in after received a warm friendly welcome! I had to the store to return a pair of shoes I purchased on line. The sales lady whom I had to go to name was Lynn.....one of the rudest sales people I have ever meet or maybe she was not accustomed to assisting Black women that can afford and wear TB labels. She took the shoe box and started examining the shoe as if I had worn them. (I just got them on Friday and this occurred on Saturday..the next day). Then I find a pair I really like and they cost more than the ones I purchased. She returns the online order and puts in her system that I returned the shoes without a receipt which is a huge lie. She also places the return amount on a gift card instead of crediting back my credit card and just charging me difference on the other pair of shoes I picked out...not only that she begins to verify my address in front of the other customers in the store which is totally unacceptable due to privacy laws. If I knew my experience was going to be like this I just would had sent the shoes back via FedEx. I wear many designer labels but I truly believe this is the end of my fashion relationship with Tory Burch! It only takes one bad sales rep and I tell you Lynn was it. I shopped at the TB in Las Vegas and the customer service was excellent . No more TB for me. Very disappointed! read more

My daughter and i visited this boutique and were so disappointed. One word..RUDE! The sales staff never looked up. While texting and reading whatever on their phones, they never acknowledged us. The service at this store is horrific! I've given them a try three times(shame on me, right?) and every time it's gotten worst. The last time the "sales associate" couldn't help me, due to the fact "it was closing time"(direct quote). I said, "oh, I'm sorry. I didn't realize it was that close to time". Beautiful store set up. Needs to improve on customer service. I went in today and wasn't greeted. The sales lady looked at me and then looked away. I proceeded to walk in towards her and inquired about the Caroline flat that seems to be discontinued. A few words later she stated it was shipped to all the outlets. Overpriced shoes with little medallions on the toes so EVERYBODY will know you are totally superficial and want everyone else to know how much you paid. Did not realize how crowded the store would be two days before NYE, but it makes sense with the huge sales running right now. I came in knowing exactly the purse I wanted on sale and was prepared to use two $50 gift cards. I sought out an associate as soon as I found the purse. No one sought me out at first, but this was because everyone was busy helping other customers. Scott was the first to help me when I approached him. I handed him the purse and gift cards. One of my gift cards was not working properly, and when I went back to question why one of the $50 cards was not credited, he immediate went back and credited my American Express. No problems, and no questions. I appreciated his help when the store was very crowded and all associates were busy. I did admit to him that I only usually shop online during sales because of the crowds, but the purse was no longer available in the sale color online - thus why I came in. I appreciated his attention to my questions and his great attitude in the switch up. I was also impressed that the store still had the Amanda Hobo Tote in beige. Happy to get an originally $465 purse for $160 after discounts applied! Great service and great products. I will most likely check the store first for sale items before looking online to avoid the $10 shipping costs. The only suggestion I have is that associates somehow be more clearly marked. I love Tory Burch. I went in to return some sandals that I bought because they were too big and after I completed that I became interested in the Tory perfume. The associate was indeed rude to me when I started asking questions about the fragrance, so literally while I was talking to the associate and reaching for the perfume at the same time, she simply walked away to help someone else that walked in which left me talking to myself. I then walked around waiting for her to come back to the front or hoping the other associate would offer some assistance, but she was busy chatting with people who was simply relaxing on the sofa and not purchasing a thing. I was truly disappointed because I spend so much money on these products. I contacted Customer service that forwarded my complaint to the store manager and she was simply amazing. It's unfortunate that she had to turn a negative into a positive, but she did. The store at Northpark is amazing too, but I try to give my business to both stores. read more
