I like to make my purchases online; that way, I am not tempted by the sales or things that may stand out and make me want to dig into my change. I have an issue with the store manager not honoring a coupon. This coupon does say can be applied after all promotions are applied. She told me because I went on member only day for their candle sale it is excluded. If I ordered online for store pick up the coupon would have worked. Makes zero sense. How does that make any sense for your members?? You mean I get to save money by not shopping on member preview day? I've used this each year and have never had an issue. THIS STORE LIES. VERY DISHONEST AND DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE COMPANY POLICY. I had an online pick up order which was picked up on my behalf by someone else. When I received the items, I noticed the scent was correct so I didn't bother to check the other details. About a month and 3 weeks later, I finally decided to use the product and realized they gave me the wrong item. I called the store and the rep told me that the order was too old without even asking for my order number and when I asked about their 90 return policy, she said they didn't have one and hung up. I called customer service and they verified that all stores have a 90 day policy. I called back to speak to the manager whose name was possibly Carson or Kirby (whoever is of the higher position as one manager transfered me to the next), and even though I acknowledged that I was wrong for not realizing I got the wrong items but the store gave me the wrong goods and that if they look up the items that were scanned she would see that they gave me the wrong thing.When I gave her my order # finally, she also said she could not see the order although customer service was able to. She very rudely stated "it's my job to check the items before leaving the store and once I leave with it, it's my personal property and that they don't scan items for pickup. They just place it in the bag". I kept telling her I don't understand the disconnect because it's still within the 90 day return policy, she kept rudely saying that it's my job to check the items before leaving the store and that "it needs to be in new, gently used condition". I told her I had only picked up the item to use it last night before our call and she replied with saying that "she doesn't know what I did with the item". The whole matter was distasteful and dishonest. She treated me like I was a scammer when the store made the error. Eventually she told me that I could "return the items as a one time courtesy". I asked why is it a one time courtesy when your store made a mistake and it's still within the 90 return period? This is not a good way to treat customers much less lying and distorting company policy. It was a real shock because I often go to this location often and the ladies there are usually very customer friendly. Terrible way to run a store. If they are so comfortable doing this blantly over the phone, I can't imagine what else is going on behind the scenes. read more

I came here during their sale on hand soaps and wasn't sure what to expect. At this location, the hand soaps were fully stocked, display of products were organized and visually appealing. The ladies working there are attentive and helpful. I recommend signing up on their email list, they send you coupons which I redeemed this time. I picked up an aromatherapy product, mini body mists (fall/spring inspired) and hand soaps. This store is located in a beautiful area as well. read more

I have been to this location many MANY times. I can always find what I am looking for. The employees are always extremely helpful and they go above and beyond to help you find specific scents when they can. this is one of the most organized BBW that I have been to. You never have an issue finding what you are looking for. Even when the lines are really long they always have enough staff at the register so you aren't waiting in line that long. When there are special promotions or coupons they will make sure you know about them. read more

I called once and when it was answered a lady asked if I could be put on hold for a second I said yes and waited 10 minutes on hold I thought maybe they forgot so I hung up and called again and again she answered and asked to put me on hold and before I replied she put me on hold again. I just had one question and it would've been a simple yes or no. I went into the store and it was empty only workers in there and they weren't stocking or anything just standing around so not sure why she kept putting me on hold. Honestly just annoyed me that a worker out of the multiple ones there couldn't have taken 30 seconds to just answer the phone. read more

This store was so rude, especially the leader on duty. She was so concerned about being ready to close the store that her customer service lacked or maybe it was because I'm black. She already wasn't welcoming because i had 4 candles to EXCHANGE, not return AND i still spent $50 on wallflowers. The candles i was returning hadn't been used and were just purchased 3 months ago and the cashier tried to give me a hard time about the even exchange. As im walking out, i walk right past the leader and she doesn't say anything nor did she thank me for my business but made sure she followed me to the door to lock it. Mind you I was never confrontational, i just had all these thoughts during my shopping experience so as a paying customer this treatment is unacceptable and i WILL not be spending my money with BBW any longer. Went to buy some air fresheners and I wanted to purchase a car clip. When I got to the register I was told by Ashley that it didn't have a price on it and could I go get another one. I complied but there was a lady in front of the clips and didn't want to invade her space. Ashley disregarded my place in line and went on to the next. I told her there wasn't another clip of that style. She said she couldn't sell it to me without a price, did I want it or not? I said I did and she responded that she couldn't sell it to me until I get her the price. I am not employed at Bath and Body. That is not my responsibility. I placed an online order for pick up received an email confirmation and my gift cards were charged and I had a pended charge for the balance. I never received another one. After two days, I went in the store and there was no record even though I had an order number. Now my gift cards have zero balance. I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to call customer care. I spent almost an hour with customer care and was given a number and told I would hear back in 3 to 5 business day and to stay positive. I've always loved coming to the store but today was terrible. At the checkout, the cashier grabbed my phone as I showed her from a distance my receipt then took it behind the counter where I couldn't see it. I politely asked if she could wipe it with sanitizer she replied " it's just a pandemic, it's not like you're going to die miss". I arrived to store 40 minutes before closing because I am a senior citizen and want to let working people and people with kids go to store on such a busy candle sale day at earlier times and knowing covid rules would be enforced. When I arrived there was a short line outside of 5 to 6 people. Before I even got up on the sidewalk the employee monitoring the line, told me not more people were allowed in line because it would take and least 20 minutes and they needed to clean. I returned to my car, drove by and noticed they had let at least another 4 people in line. I am a senior citizen and wonder why a store with a website banner claiming to treat ever one fair let's everyone but a senior citizen in line.
