Target continues to improve. I didn't ask the employees any questions and had no interaction until I was at the checkouts. I still believe their should be a discount for self-checkout, so i continue to use the full checkout...plus I am not a quick checker. Target has a selection of selections brands. They've expanded their clothing lines and now have fancy party dresses. Definitely look for sale items to get a good deal. I haven't compared their prices with others, so im not sure of the value or savings. Be aware that exiting to Davis Boulevard is lengthy. The light is slow. Its best to leave on the Precinct Line side. read more

We love Target in general and I love this Target in particular. It is a Super Target and is enormous and really has everything you want and the grocery section is legit. Everything in there seems to be at a good price. It is so big that it can be hard to find things, but one thing we were looking for was an Odwalla (sp?) water bottle and we asked an employee who was stocking shelves. She was very helpful and told us the exact aisle all the way across the store where it was located. Clean, nice store with good value...that is about as good as it gets. read more

A really huge target store in a really nice area. It has free wifi! Loved their clearance section, bought a couple of kids cutlery and bought some socks on massive clearance. The self checkout counter were plentiful and easy to use. Managed to return an item that didn't fit me right. At first I thought I found the last bag in the store, but I did find an end cap, on the other side of the store, with more. This store was well arranged and clean. On this Saturday afternoon visit, various food samples were being distributed, which was the first time I've seen that in a Target. Another plus is that the checkout lines were not long at all, so I was in and out pretty quick. Now I'm looking forward to a glass of milk and my Oreo cookies. read more

I had the strangest merchandise return experience here. I bought a phone case for my iphone the day prior and when i got home i took it out of the box it turned out the case was slightly too large. Iphone makes different versions of the iphone 11 and they are slightly different in size. I thought no big deal i will return it for the right one. I go back the next day and the lady (Shannon) at the returns scans it and it turns out the case doesn't belong to that box/barcode and accused me of having changed out cases and trying to return a used one.... I'm thinking wtf that is some teenager level BS!! She refuses to return the item so i told her to go check the footage on the self checkout to see for herself that that case was in that box. She then says "fine... i will do the return this one time" Well this one time is also the last time I ever step into that store again. read more

This is my favorite Target location. The store is always clean and they always provide outstanding customer service. I was going to buy a cake for my wife's birthday the day before her birthday party. I arrived after 6:30 pm and bakery was closed. James from the meat department asked if I needed help. I explained what cake I needed and he had a person look in back with no luck. James took my information down about the cake needed and what I wanted on the cake. He the said he would have the bakery call me in the morning. The bakery called this morning to confirm they could have it ready by 5pm. Great Service from Target! This store was extremely cramped today, no mask, no social distancing and the aisles were crowding. Ridiculous

CHECK YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE DRIVING AWAY WHEN DOING DRIVE UP, target handed me a stolen item and just gave me the box. I Had purchased a straightener and placed it for drive up, I let them know I am here and the lady who handed me my purchase did not ask to see my ID, I grab the bag and drove away not until I stopped at the nearest gas station and went and grabbed the bag to see it, I notice the box felt too light I went ahead and opened and the item was missing! I quickly drove back to target and let them know I was given a stolen item, one employee was willing to help me but she asked for another employee to help her and he immediately said no there's is nothing they can do about it because the product is missing! Well OF COURSE it's missing I was handed just the box with the item missing! I was wrongly accused of theft and felt discriminated, to show them I did not steal it I went ahead and repurchased the item with the actual item in it and after they "review" the footage they'll be able to give me my money back! I made 2 purchases of the same product but with one actually inside the box. What an awful experience, employees need to check if items is actually inside before handing them out at drive up. read more

UPDATE!!!!!! Why do I continue to go here? Location, location, location and that is the ONLY reason! Same complaints......Untrained checkers, I bag all of my own stuff like I'm at Sack N Save! It's ridiculous! The management is unprofessional and when I have brought things to their attention in the past they don't seem to care and hand me a $5 gift card. This is my very favorite Target, and I pretty much love all Targets. Why, you ask? I'll tell you. 1) This store is so clean. I feel that each time I come they've just done a sweep of all the departments. Even the clearance and dollar spot appear organized and inviting. 2) Unlike WalMart, I don't have to wait 12 years in line to check out. There's normally a smiling employee waving me to their register. 3) The service is better than most stores. They are willing to locate items for me and it doesn't take long to find an employee if I need assistance in a department. 4) The cakes in the bakery are awesome! 5) The prices are indicative of the worth of the products, which are usually very good quality. 6) Starbucks. The end. I wish there were more clothes to choose from for my size (missus) but that's the corporate's deal with buyers, not the individual store's. Love this place!! read more

Yay! This is my favorite Target. It's got a great location being where Davis, Precinct and North Tarrant all come to a point. Being in a Target is soothing because it's like taking a step back and being able to shop in a steadily slow store is probably not Target's favorite, but it really is relaxing to be able to shop and not have to worry about standing in long lines at checkout. read more

I like this target a lot. I go here often and I enjoy how quiet and calm it is inside. I feel like it is never super busy, so shopping in peace is possible. I like their dollar spot (even though now they're including $3, $5, and $7 stuff in this section) They have fair prices and everything I go for is usually in stock, so this is a dependable store for me. Plus, they have a good amount of employees that whenever I need assistance I don't have to look for too long for someone to help me. They're open from 8am to 11pm on most days. So the hours are convenient. The lines are never super long, so waiting to check out isn't a hassle. They also have self checkout lines which help minimize the wait. One bad experience I've had is a few months ago I ordered a hair product online and had it shipped to my house. Once I opened the box I realized it was a checkers board- not the hair product I ordered. I went to this Target for assistance on this issue and they told me there was nothing they could do. I would have to ship the item back myself wait for the online store to refund my money, and reorder the item again. That was a hassle. I needed that hair product by a certain time, and they messed up my order and didn't even apologize for it. I feel like they could have had better customer service. I don't blame this specific location for the error, but they certainly didn't offer ANY assistance in this case. This experience wasn't terrible, but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth. I keep reading negative reviews for Targets in the Dallas area and am glad that this one in my area is so nice. I was going to say 'nice for a Target' when it dawned on me that it's nice for any kind of shopping. Why? 1. It's well stocked. 2. It's super clean (the floors are spotless and shine). 3. The employees are nice and do a good job helping you find things (I can't remember the last time I was in there and someone didn't ask me if they could help me find something). AND they bag groceries pretty well, which is more than I can say for certain other markets... 4. The supermarket section is becoming a regular stop for me (cheaper milk, juice, eggs, etc. AND they have Plugra butter!! for about the same price per pound as other butters). In the past year and a half or so, their produce section has really improved and they stock a good variety. Their produce rivals any supermarket around here for freshness. There is also a good selection of frozen and canned goods, meats, breads, etc. In their bakery/deli area, I find sundried tomato bread, naan, flatbread, fresh and marinated mozzarella, prosciutto, pancetta, olives, etc. It's pretty amazing. 5. Prices are, on average, better than any of the regular supermarkets. I shop here mostly for food, cleaning supplies, and paper products. I used to come in here maybe once a month or less. Now I'm in here at least once a week. Kudos to this store and the folks who work here! read more

Jennifer in the Pharmacy is amazing! I was waiting impatiently in line and when it was my turn I realized it was because the woman taking care of me was just a very generous person and sometimes kindness takes a little longer. She handed me my prescription and when she realized I didn't have insurance she looked up a coupon online and printed it out for me. I got $30 off my prescription which I didn't even know was possible. Patience maybe really is a virtue :) read more
