Hadn't ever been in a Belk before and decided to give it a try. Found everything I needed at a great price. Store was clean, well laid out. I thought of it like Kohl's, only pleasant. They had a huge menswear selection and a quality selection of shoes. I could get casual, dressy, whatever. Easy to navigate and friendly employees. My only real complaint was that their checkout process is a bit disjointed and confusing. It was not clearly signed or marked where you are supposed to check out and once we found a register, had to wait quite a while until an employee noticed we were waiting. Once he did, he was friendly and had us on our way. But a more central checkout or better signage would work wonders. I'll definitely be back. read more

I returned a pair of shoes with my receipt after 14 days and wearing them once for 30 minutes. The shoes were very uncomfortable. When I approached the shoe counter and asked the associate for a refund, she scold me very loudly by stating, You dont wear shoes and return them. We cant make any money by you returning these shoes. If you didnt want them, you shouldnt have bought them. We dont give refunds. All of this stated very loudly. I asked for the manager. Associate 007174 at the Euless, TX store acted in the same manner. I approached another associate, in a separate department, to ask for a manager. She ignored me and walked off. The shoe department associate followed me and continued to hurl her comments very loudly along with #007174. #007174 left to speak with someone named Josh. I returned to the shoe department counter to wait for a refund with my receipt. The madness from the shoe department associate continued. When #007174 returned, I received my refund. This store was very nice when it opened. Going today I couldn't believe how messy and understaffed it is. Clothes piled in dressing rooms. No one to check you out. Messy and disorganized. Sadly it doesn't have the feel of a store that will be around much longer. read more

Belk is a delightful store it's never too crowded I always get something cute they have a little bit of everything and it's a fun store to shop at I think it's under estimated a lot of the time I get most of my shoes there now for comfort and their prices are extraordinary because they have fantastic coupons fantastic door busters honestly for my age group I think it's great and also by the way I'm nearly 60 but even for juniors you know I'm not saying they have a huge collection but they do carry some Calvin Limited Tommy Hilfiger you know they carry Jessica Simpson and believe it or not free people and Estee Lauder Clinique you know as I said they have a little bit of everything read more

Belk is one of my favorite stores. It these new store hours are questionable. Opening at 11 ?? While I waited for the doors to open in about 30 minutes I witnessed no less than 30 people trying to get in. You wonder why brick & mortar stores are struggling?? Here is a good example. Registers are not manned. Went to tune restrooms. A roll of paper towels sitting on the counter. Sizes were not sorted on sale racks. Customer service is non existent Belk You should be doing the opposite. Customer service should be over the top. Store should be clean and orderly. The attitude I received tonight trying to pick up my order from the older lady working was not right. Thank you to the young man Douglas who was actually helpful and happy to help me. I came in to pick up and online order, website said same day pick up when I ordered it so I showed up 30 mins before closing and it wasn't ready. Okay no problem, I'll come back tomorrow. But the attitude I received asking for my order was just down disrespectful. The lady was cutting me off when I was talking and using phrases like "for future reference". Don't worry for future reference, because I won't be back. To the manager you should put Douglas out on the floor or give him a raise, he was helpful and happy to do his job, unlike the lady I encountered. read more

My Go To Shopping Place I really enjoy this store. The brand offerings appeal to different age groups and the sales are great. Four stars instead of five because of the many unattended cash registers. There is never enough sales staff, so the one or two manned registers usually have a line waiting. And most of the price check equipment is not working and hasn't worked for several years. Still, I shop here regularly because the few sales staff who are there are always kind and helpful, and I can't buy clothes at discount stores for the markdowns I get here! read more

I totally agree that this location caters to the older people. My mom likes this store a lot and I also met an older lady who said she loves Belk and can't pass up the buy one get two free sales. I'm not a huge fan of Belk, but this one definitely has limited selection. Every time I've been in here my cell phone or something sets off their security sensors. I hate walking out looking like I stole something. They really need to fix that. read more

I really enjoyed my shopping experience here; I will return! I found a pretty large selection on what I was looking for: white dresses, size 4. Found a great dress for an amazing price-- $50 down from $200! Furthermore, I had a fantastic experience with those assisting me! I'll find my receipt and update with the name of a particularly helpful lady!!! I hope management sees this because she was great and, unfortunately, I didn't do the receipt survey in time. I definitely suggest popping in here if you are wanting a department store experience (bigger than the options across the highway), and do not want to go to a mall, Kohls, or farther away than that area. Im not a big shopper in general but I like stores that are clean and organized and for sure I was satisfied with how well the store is put together. It can be a hit or miss shopping experience because the variety of brands is limited but I don't mind going to check what they have...I probably have more luck checking on the belk app vs going into the store. We had a bad experience today. An associate named "Ashley", was extremely rude and unprofessional when assisting us. My mother, who is elderly asked her for a size of a certain shoe. This associate expressed annoyance and seemed bothered to help her. I understand retail can be a little overwhelming especially during holiday season, but the way my mother was treated was absolutely unnecessary. A simple request, could've been handled differently. This Belks store in Euless used to be customer friendly. Today, we encountered lazy and rude sales staff. My grandaughter and I went shopping for school clothes. An announcement overhead that the store is closing in 15 mins. So we went looking for a cashier which was not easy to find. Seems like their cashiers were quick to close.and leave, even before store is officially closed. The one we found refused to check out our purchase as she had already closed her till. She told me to find another cashier but did not say where???? She expects me to go search all over the store to find an open register. What kind of service is that??? I was so annoyed that I put the clothes to the side and left the store. Not visiting this store anymore. For Belks....my message is "Be kind to Senior Citizens" and your shoppers. read more

I like a lot of things about Belk, but yesterday I shopped there, and bought a lot of spring clothing, and my coupon would not work for some reason. The cashier told me the coupon would not work for anyone all day. The cashier called the manager, Ramona, twice. On the second call, the cashier asked the manager to come to our register, but she never came. I felt undervalued and I was not able to save the money from the coupon. I went ahead and bought the clothing that my daughters spent so much time picking out. I also made sure that the brands we purchased were not part of the exclusions on the coupon, although there were many exclusions. I won't be back for awhile, as I don't like shopping where I, as a customer, do not feel valued. read more
