The mall is very clean and I have encountered lovely workers in some of the stores. They have great selection such shoes, clothing, anime, books, and even AMC theater. The prices in the stores I have been to are decent. Some of the prices in the store are outlet/ sales prices depending on what stores you go to. It's worth checking out. It is one of my favorite mall in Dallas.

I feel safe when I shop the stores, which is wonderful! The only negative is that I have seen such an up-tick in people begging on the grounds. I have watched a female beggar walk from her corner, hop in her BMW, and drive away.

It's a bit weird to walk through since most of the store fronts are empty and closed, but there's a handful of businesses making it work for them. Some retail, a couple artist spaces, a ballet studio, a cat grooming and adoption non-profit, a few restaurants open in the food court... When I went there was a Dallas Comic festival going on, plus my friend's gallery opening inside a store called Lucky Bunny. It seems like a great venue for pop-ups or businesses just getting on their feet. As empty as the mall is overall, there's still life left to see!

The mix of shops is fantastic, with a great balance of familiar favorites and more unique boutiques. I stop into a few stores regularly, but what I really love is that it's not just about shopping. It's the atmosphere: open, clean, and beautifully maintained. Whether I'm grabbing an ice cream, wandering with a coffee, or just finding a shady bench to sit and catch up on work with my laptop, it always feels like a mini escape. There are several fantastic restaurants throughout the square as well. We dine at them on a regular basis, or grab a quick bite when on a mission running errands. (see my other reviews for those) During the holidays, they go all out with the decorations, and winter is especially magical when the ice rink goes up. I've never actually skated on it due to rain or the crowds, but I love watching families have fun on it, and it makes me smile. Parking can get a little tricky on weekends or during events, but it's manageable, and honestly, I never mind walking a bit when the weather's nice. The area feels safe, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Check the calendar though because they always have events throughout the year, and some of them are amazing.

When our couches were delivered they were too deep and did not match the dimensions of the floor model we wanted. Evidently there was another option for depth which was never mentioned. The store refuses to take accountability for their error. It is obvious why Pottery Barn is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Our ophthalmologist is here so it's great... no crowds, easy in and out appointments. Music City Mall does host some events such as the gun show and comic convention. They have the space for these events. The food court is connected to our favorite asian market - Zion market. They have a great selection of food and drinks inside!
