One of my favorite to visit in Dallas. It is outside of Downtown Dallas. It has many stores that I love to visit. Also, Round 1 arcade is there too. The mall is very clean and I have encountered lovely workers in some of the stores. They have great selection such shoes, clothing, anime, books, and even AMC theater. The prices in the stores I have been to are decent. Some of the prices in the store are outlet/ sales prices depending on what stores you go to. It's worth checking out. It is one of my favorite mall in Dallas. read more

I think, the last time I came here was in the 90's! It was so fun to see Legoland, SeaLife and a lot of other stores such as The Disney Store, Five Below, Nike, Underarmour and Columbia! It was clean and not too crowded inside despite it being two weeks before Christmas! They also have a good selection of places to eat in the FoodCourt. Taco Bell, Panda Express and Chili's just to name a few! I would definitely recommend Grapevine Mills for your Christmas Shopping. read more

The level of activity and congestion at Grapevine Mills flies in the face of the notion that malls are all dead now. In fact, a visit here might have you believing that you've traveled back in time to the 80's or 90's, which you can witness on the weekends and especially around the holidays. The biggest draw is the plethora of stores, a mile of them to be exact. Most claim to be outlets, although in my experience, the prices aren't that much (if at all) lower than you would normally find, with the exception of a few of the high end retailers. After you shop til you drop, you can find sustenance at either the food court or one of the two full service restaurants, Rainforest Cafe and Chili's. Since these places are more convenient than they are good, I would actually recommend going outside the mall for better choices. Some are even within walking distance. Aside from shopping and dining there are other attractions like LegoLand, SeaLife aquarium, Meow Wolf, Peppa Pig World, Round1 bowling alley and arcade and a huge AMC theater. While the options are great for the entertainment and amusement of all ages, they're not particularly budget friendly, so plan accordingly. For those who don't mind being in the midst of wall to wall people trudging along at a snail's pace and long lines everywhere you turn, a visit here can be enjoyable. But, if huge crowds aren't your thing, then you'll probably want to show up really early or late in the day. read more

I absolutely am obsessed with Grapevine Mills. I've been going since I turned 16 and could drive the 3.5 hours to shop! It's the perfect classic millennial era mall, but it has outlet stores! So super cheap clearance prices can be found throughout! You can get a bargain, but you can also find the latest sneaker or fashion trend too. Staff are friendly, and there's tons for kids to do. I want to visit the new Meow Wolf inside too one of these days. But I always find great deals when I visit. And I got some promotional sales this time because of National Outlet Shopping Weekend! read more

If your visiting Santa ... don't bother with a reservation... the walk up line is empty on a Saturday... so they are letting 2 people with reservations go then 1 walk up. So basically people that walk up are getting in way sooner than people standing in line. Makes zero sense!! The line on the right is the reservation line in my photo. $20 to reserve online. And it always has great stores with great sales.. it is somewhat showing. It's age a little bit, but that's to be expected. Especially in the food court and restroom areas. But other than that. If you love to shop for deals... I think this is the best place! Outlet mall and Last Chance stores!! I found some deals but I don't think it was outrageously a great deal from other stores. Lots of stores! Must check out the kiosk Refresher shoe cleaning! It's all natural products without chemicals! We met Darius! He was friendly! He politely approached us and invited us to try the shoe cleaner by demonstrating on scratched up tennis shoes. It worked! Find it towards the food court. Walking distances from the nearby hotel. Great mall! And I say this having been to the Mall of America in MN. Lots of fun features in this mall to keep you entertained all day long like an aquarium, a mini golf course, VR experiences, Peppa Pig play one for kids, LEGO Discovery, of course the new MeowWolf, a carousel by the food court. Good selections of shops (not only clothes and food; there was even a jerky experience and Texas souvenir shop). Lots of cute toy stores (for kids and for adult collectors, like Disney, BoxLunch, Squishable, Build-a-Bear). Mall seemed well-maintained and clean. Frequent restrooms throughout. Lots of parking on a Sunday afternoon. We were here for MeowWolf but once we were done with the exhibit, we decided to take a walk around... and ended up spending a lot more money than anticipated LOL. Oops. Are at the food court, which was yummy and watched kids go round on the carousel. Left happy! read more

First time ever coming here. This mall is not as big as I heard it was. But it's lots of thing to do. I give it the 4 stars, but overall a 3 star experience...only for the Game Center. It's better games in there than most arcade places. That food court is a laughing joke with that cover up stir fry Asian Chinese food knockoffs. The bathrooms are not that clean and there's no soap. Yuck. Some stuff is repeated over and over again. It's a few good stores. But mainly fake jewelry and shoe stores. The parking lot is all beat up. Love that it got six entrances. Don't see that often. Wish I had come a decade ago. I hear it was much nicer. read more

Now here's a mall that still knows how to mall. While many malls have disappeared or are dying, this one seems to be getting better over time. We went Christmas shopping there today and it was PACKED. Hopping. Thriving. While Vista Ridge / Music City Mall was sad and mostly devoid of real shops when we went yesterday, Grapevine Mills was buzzing. It helps that they have a movie theater, Rainforest Cafe, aquarium, Lego Land, Meow Wolf, respectable eateries, and tons of legit and name-brand shops. Ya know. Helps that they have, ya know, appealing places to go. I'll just say that they pretty much have everything you could want and something for everyone. And the loop is great for walking, as many folks have said, and nice in that it's not a "maze." The mall is a loop, and that's ideal. read more

I remember when this mall opened, and came here as an air conditioned option in the morning on a day when the high was 107 degrees outside (not exaggerating). Compared to a lot of malls, it's still holding up well. The anchors have changed (Mikasa and Virgin Records are gone, as well as some other classics), but we saw few empty store fronts. This was always "the shoe mall" because there were tons of shoe stores and still seems like there are a number of them. There are quite a few stores to appeal to the anime kids; my teenage self would have loved it! Not only shops like FYE and Box lunch but also stationery shops, plus a Daiso, which my brother and I both thought was better than the one in Carrollton. Perhaps my favorite thing was in the food court: not even a restaurant, but the fact that at each table, at least one chair had a notch cut out in the back. It's probably meant to hang a purse or diaper bag, but it fit the handle of my cane perfectly and kept it from falling on the floor. (The walkways also have ramps or stairs. I didn't seem to see the stores that you could cut through so you didn't have to walk through the entire mile+ length of the mall, so maybe they have walled them off now?) This mall is huge, so if you're not up for a hike it's better to move your car. You'll always know where you are because the doors still talk to you! (" You are passing through entry 2 into neighborhood 2...") Overall, not great for department stores but has pretty much everything else you could want. read more

My husband and I come here every so often to walk around especially on cold or hot days. We walk around the mall to see what's on sale and what they have to offer. Today, there were semi-annual sales and who doesn't love that!?! We got some things at Bath and Body Works for a great price! We also looked in different stores such as Old Navy and Marshalls. The mall is easy to navigate.. it's one big loop. It's hard to get lost! There's lots of events for children to enjoy - Meow Wolf, Rainforest Cafe, merry go round, lego store, some pop of kiosks in the middle of the walkway, and the sea life aquarium. I've heard amazing storing about the aquarium and look forward to experience it one day. The food court has a variety of food to pick from. Somehting for everyone in the family. Outside of the mall, there's lots of different food options and more stores such as Denny's and Rooms To Go. Lots of parking for everyone's convenience, but be careful for events. Shopping adventure Grapevine Mills is a shopping mall - based partly on outlet stores and with regular stores. Between the shopping area and eateries, experiences and a food court. Most visitors will walk the circle around the mall to hit most of the stores. Forever 21 offers the opportunity to cut though the mall as needed. Having visited there many times, GM has changed to adapt to entertainment tastes. It currently boosts offerings for teens (Meow Wolf, laser golf, aquarium), children (Peppy Pig, Rainforest Cafe, legos), and adults (bowling, escape room, cinema). You can get a haircut, play basketball, get a massage and have fun other ways outside of shopping. There is a lot to do. Shopping spans from Kate Spade to H&M to Marshalls to Hot topic. Bargain shoppers: In some cases, you will get a deal. In others, you may find that the offerings are outlet only styles. Or it will be regular priced such as in a mall. Plan at least an hour for your visit- but you can easily spend hours making your way around the circle. read more

The place is really shaping up, what with the addition of MeowWolf (which is super cool). The common areas are clean, still under a bit of (repair) construction, and is certainly still an outlet mall. There are some stores that make you scratch your head; as in, what the heck are they and where did they come from? Not recognizable brands, that is. Almost like shopping on Amazon and seeing a bunch of knock-off products under a moniker that seems like a bunch of randomly generated letters. I guess people like cheap trinkets enough that these stores stay in business, though. You have lots to choose from in the shoe department (hehe): Nike, Sketchers, Converse, etc. you'll probably find what shoes you want. Clothes? No shortage of those stores either, just remember that the Levi's store is not full of the same product as the Levi's official stores you'll find in places like Legacy West. The food court is nicely stocked. Rainforest Cafe is tired, but still kicking out its thunderstorms. And MeowWolf has a little cafe, too, filled with local fares only! There are plenty of snacky stalls all around the mall, including several agua fresca stalls and Auntie Anne's pretzels (very popular, probably because the aroma of fresh baked pretzels fills the halls). There's even a Starbucks near LegoLand. The tired mall has become a place for family friendly attractions, which is actually pretty cool, and I hope they keep that momentum. Honestly, we don't need another throwaway clothing store or gag-gift store, but more places to hang out and have fun with friends and family. read more

I think this mall has a lot of discount / outlet mall brands. I didn't get a chance to browse too much but I saw a lot of name brands that said Outlet or Factory Store beneath it. There are also a lot of anime/pop culture stores like DotDotBang, FYE, and Box Lunch! And there's even a Books a Million that was well stocked! There's a lot of fun stuff here like Meow Wolf, Legoland store (?), Round 1 arcade, Rainforest Cafe etc. There's even a Chili's restaurant here! The food court here seemed like an average food court (Popeyes, Taco Bell spotted). The mall seems to have plenty of parking. And fun fact they also had a small Gashapon (Japanese toy capsule machines) area but unfortunately the token machine was out of order! read more

This place used to be the spot- but it's really gone downhill the last 6-7 years. There are bad smells wherever you walk and the stores are run down and have worse and less inventory than other malls. I really want this place to thrive and be restored to its former glory! But not sure if that'll happen. With new additions like meow wolf there is more traffic but the rest of the mall hasn't changed. read more

Never been in here before and wanted to check it out. Family is in town for a few days, and we wanted to go shopping. Of course the place is crowded since it is post-Christmas. Seems like there is a good mix of retail offerings instead of the same type of store over and over again. After walking around for a few minutes, we went in to the New Balance store and found what we needed. When we were finished shopping, we ended up on the completely other side of the mall from where we were parked. Other than a long walk back to the hotel, we enjoyed our time in Grapevine Mills. read more

It's a pretty typical mall with the regular selection of mall stores like Hot Topic, American Eagle, Aeropostale, Claire's, Finish Line, Champs, etc.. The service in most of the places I visited was pretty friendly. The value found within the mall is pretty much a mixed bag. This mall was pretty good and has a Meow Wolf inside. The mall is basically set up as a loop and we did not find any areas to cut through from one end to the other. There are a lot of interesting stores like a few Asian and anime ones, a Texas store, and an FYE (I don't think I've seen one for twenty years). I did not care for the food court options, but there are tons of places to eat on the perimeter of the parking lot. read more

Mall management please read this thoughtful review: this mall needs your touch to be better. Here is what works: ample parking. Creative use of what probably used to be large anchor stores for entertainment and engagement (ie- Meow Wolf and sports activities or neon golf). Great ideas to use the space. Here is what requires help to improve the mall experience: Immediately address your unhygienic and dysfunctional bathrooms. Provide more sit down food options (not another cookie kiosk). And very important- address congestion. You have packed the aisles with every possible space covered in kiosks and vendors (with low paid workers either checking their devices or hounding me loudly as I walk by). It feels cramped and chaotic. You are more concerned with rents than with the mall experience. Your mall is full and busy and we are bulging past these overstuffed vending stalls. Get rid of them in favor of us. We need freedom to walk, laugh, and get from store to store. read more

One level and easy to get around to see everything. It seems like this mall is where all the high-end stores dump their clearance for sales. You can find some great deals but you still have to look. Some of the stores I have never seen and may be local options but most are typical mall franchises. Grapevine Mills Mall is a one-story building that is shaped into a square- fantastic for people who was wanting to get their steps in AND they do have ramps as well as steps for those who need a little help. I will admit that due to the increase in gang violence in many area malls, I am reluctant to go shopping at one now. I was in need of new gym shoes and my husband had mentioned that this mall had a Nike Outlet. I was still a little apprehensive to go alone and was happy when he said he wanted to do some shopping for himself, too. I was quite happy to see that the main population in the mall were families, not mass groups of teenagers looking for trouble. I mean, the mall was packed, but I actually found myself relaxing and enjoying the day. Sure, there are some empty stores, which is normal nowadays in shopping centers. But mostly, the mall was full of life and there are many unique stores, as well as your familiar names. The parking lot endless some serious attention with multiple potholes. Otherwise, I recommend this mall. Lots of nice discounts and I felt safe. read more

I am very disappointed at the store AGIT because the young man I needed assistance from was not tending to my questions, he was on his phone the entire time. I might not come back to your store again because of my interaction with him and lack of service. this has to be the best mall ever, i love their arcade round 1, they have the best mall ever and it might be better than any other one.

Okay, this mall is gross. We decided to see what the food court had to offer, we were not impressed. The floor had spilled drinks on it with shoe tracks all throughout, fries and chicken spilled on the floor as well. It was confusing because we did actually SEE workers cleaning tables though. Then as we were walking the mall, we also noticed food and candies sporadically squished to the floor too. I tried to hold it but being pregnant that didn't happen, and no surprise, the bathroom floors were wet around the toilets. One of the automatic sinks were broken and just leaning over in the sink. There were no paper towels in the dispenser and no TP in the handicapped stall -yet toilet paper was all around the toilet on the floor. The store selections themselves are fun to mosey. We saw the Stranger Things store and wanted to pop inside, but didn't have time to wait in the line. We eventually stopped at Great American Cookie Co. for some sweets. My daughter, who LOVES cookies, didn't like 6/9 flavors we picked. They all tasted the same, like a bland sugar cookie except made with different toppings which you can't really taste. For the aspect of spending time together and getting steps in, we enjoyed our trip but the actually facilities were just grody. P.S. When we visited here SeaLife the last trip, it was dirty too. So there just isn't a priority in keeping clean. read more

Place is not super crazy unless it's a weekend or Christmas. Also a lot of people use this place for just getting some walking in. My cousin and I came in on 12/21/2023. We came in for several cars in mind within a reasonable budget to work with. We were paired with Jose. We ended up waiting probably 12-15 minutes while he went to go check on them. When he came back he told us they were in the shop and wouldn't be available for the next few days. One of the cars has Si badging and is sitting in the first row. If it's not available that's okay, but didn't even offer other vehicles in the price range we told him. Service here is far from adequate. Will not return. Edit; forgot to mention when he came back he stated they just post the vehicle to get people in so they can see the cars. Then said the cars weren't available because they just got them in? Why post them then? read more
