There is a section of historic Main Street Grapevine where it seems a lot of the stores remind me of each other. This is one of those stores....I am not saying it's a bad or a good thing, it's just many have a few cards, some jewelry, clothes (mostly women's), and then some odds and ends gift type items. The shop owner was nice enough when I walked in. She was working on some of her displays, but still took the time to greet me when I walked in. I immediately noticed what to me was probably the most impressive part of ooh La La!, and that was her college football sweatshirts! Other than those, the store did not stand out to me much. Cute store but very rude store owners/workers. I've been in there several times on shopping trips and no one ever even acknowledged my presence. Not a hi or can I help you or thanks for coming in. I hated to bother them so I took my business and my $$$ elsewhere. This past Saturday night was the very first time (out of at least 6) that an employee greeted me. My family and I had a layover in Texas and decided to stop by this cute town! All the other shop owners were friendly and personable, except for this store. They were very rude. My daughters walked in and my youngest had a shopping bag with two dresses she paid for all by herself next door. This grown woman came up to them(first time even saying hi or approaching them because no one even greeted them) and they started looking in her bag. she didnt realize but her sister did. They had been in the store for 2 minutes at the most before they were accused of stealing. She showed them the two dresses she bought next door. Your money and time is much better spent somewhere else. be a kind person. My youngest just turned 13. You cant accuse a 12 year old of stealing. read more

Ooh La La is one of my 2 favorite stores in Grapevine and definitely at the top of my list overall in the Dallas shopping area. I go to visit family in the area and love shopping & dining in Grapevine - always a wonderful experience ! I have been in the store a few times and always greeted and treated with the delightful Southern hospitality I grew up with before moving north. And their selection of clothing and other items are lovely and not something I see everywhere else- esp. where I live. It will always be a store I must hit each time I go! read more

I just love this place! So many treasures available to choose from for cute and fun Christmas gifts. The clothes are great-high quality for reasonable prices. The staff is so friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Lisa was the one helping me and she was great! Walked into the shop with my daughter (5 yo) She was curious about how the Nora Fleming pieces worked. I started to show her and she was instantly enamored, we were picking a piece to purchase. Did not receive a friendly greeting, instead was immediately swarmed and berated by a blonde woman yelling at us that these were breakable. Couldn't even get a word in to explain to the lady we were ok, she was too busy yelling over me at my daughter. Completely bizarre. We left immediately and waited outside for my mom and friend to finish browsing. They were deeper in the store and didn't know what had happened. When they exited they told me the woman was yelling at other children in store too lol. Get a grip! To that lady if you're reading this I hope you find some medication that will help you function better in a social setting--especially at your place of work :) Edit to respond to Sylvia the owner--This is why reading comprehension is so crucial and I am amazed that as an adult business owner you don't have a grasp of that. I understand you feel defensive about earning a 1 star review but it should not cloud your ability to read this objectively. Nowhere in my summary of events did I state my daughter didn't handle the merchandise. What is unacceptable is your store employee swooping in on a child when their mother is right next to them helping them and PRACTICING CARE. Imagine being so pressed about a $15 ceramic that all social grace departs your interaction with a customer in a literal instant. Reinforce manners and communication skills, and brush up on your ability to glean main ideas when reading your reviews. read more

Cute, quaint, one of a kind gifts for yourself or that special someone. The shop is small and you need to hold on to your purse do you don't knock anything over. My mom bought a Frosty the snowman swirly straw that plays music every time she sucks through the straw. Talk about annoying but she was really excited about it. I especially like their hand painted wine glasses. I didn't see one for the big "5-0" which kind of surprised me but they did have one commentating 70 years old. I got a UNT painted wine glass as a gift from here and it has lasted for years and looks as good as it did the day I got it. The merchandise is nice, the customer service was horrible. I made direct eye contact with an employee and the owner on several occasions and neither of them as much as said hello. I spent about 20 minutes in this very small boutique and all they would do was look at me. I really didn't want to buy anything from them because their lack of customer service, but they carry a brand that is hard to find. When I spent over $150, then I was spoken too. Guess I looked like someone who was not going to spend any money with them. Rude. read more

This is one of my favorite stores!!!!! They have a great selection of Miss Me jeans which I always wear and I LOVE the Desigual line that they carry! They also have some really great undergarment items that I find to be a staple to any smart woman's closet. They have really cute clothes, jewelry, shoes, bags, etc. It's a one stop fashion shop! The staff is always super sweet and helpful! The owner is present most of the time which I think speaks highly of anyone operating a business! I love that they do after hours events a lot as well! They have Botox parties, fashions shows, trunk shows, etc. You should for sure get on their mailing list! I cannot say enough great things about this place, I love it!!! read more

As a buyer and a seller, I've had very good experiences with the shop owner, and their small-but-well-utilized storefront always has so many great items! Granted, this location may be a bit more expensive than some consignments, but the quality is consistent and I think the prices are fair (especially if you also sell - she splits all profits 50/50 and gives you the option to donate any unsold items). Last time I was there, she stayed late just to accommodate me. I thought that was above and beyond as far as customer service goes...! Lastly, I recommend bringing sell items that are in season. Due to its size, she rarely takes coats in the spring, for instance. :) read more

My wife tried to park in your customer/employee spot to come and buy a bunch of stuff at your store and one of your employees yelled at her and made her move after she just parked so she could park her Lexus there. We also had our 2 year old in the car and my wife had to park far away. I hope your employees have more Christmas spirit than this. Lost our business forever. Sucks also cause we live in grapevine. Had the good fortune of stumbling upon this darling boutique yesterday as we were leaving Grapevine.What an adorable store!! Darling clothes, jewelry and to die for shoes!! The owner was so very warm and engaging and just delightful! Looking forward to another trip back just to have the time to shop here!
