You can get gym bags, tote bags, shirts, sweats, caps, socks, hoodies and more here. The store was REALLY busy (it's Nike, so of course they are!), but they still had the floor and the registers covered. This was one of the most adequately staffed stores I encountered in my few days at the mall. If you are in search of good deals on Nike shoes and clothing, be sure to visit this store that is located in the Grapevine Mills Mall. I will definitely say shopping here can be a little overwhelming. All shoes are displayed by size only. I was searching for running shoes, so I had to literally walk up and down the aisles, up to the top shelf and down to the bottom. There were many customers, so I had to use some patience. I ended up finding some great running shoes for $80, compared to the normal price of $180. Not too shabby! Oh, keep in mind that all sales are final. The clothing items are all hanging on racks and scattered throughout the store. Multiple employees that were only chatting amongst themselves. The store is losing money with this issue. They definitely offered much less women's clothes than men, which was a bummer. I ended up buying the shoes alone. I came into the Nike store this past weekend as I always do and it is pretty busy. The store overall is just busy but well put together. The employees on the other hand are not so well put together. I asked a couple of the employees for some. One of name was.Michelle she had on red and white and the other I could not see their name tag had on all red as well. The lady proceeded to tell me that that wasn't her department so she could not help me. I have a 15 year old that is big, tall and has extra large feet. We went into this Nike location, not even looking for him and found some amazing deals on XXL Tall pants and hoodies + they have tons of shoes up to size 19. The only brand of shoes we have been able to find him in stores are New Balance. :(. Did I mention they were super cheap too - saved a bundle! Next, the customer service is phenomenal. We went twice this week and each time, the young men working the registers were polite, got us extra discounts and left us feeling like we had a wonderful experience when typically shopping for my son is less than fun. This store is typically my first stop when I visit Grapevine Mills . The store is massive and is full of bargains if you are willing to go through 100's of racks of merchandise. I've found some jewels here like a pair of Jordan 1 retro marked down to $100 , Nike tech jacket for $35, and many other cool finds . I will usually grab a few dri fit items every time I go in because they are usually up to 75% off . As a big Nike fan I will say it's worth browsing here when time allows. read more

A very poorly organized store. You literally have to find your size mixed in on ever rack. Also you have to physically open each box to see what's inside. What's the purpose of having a store if you're having to hunt the inventory yourself? Overall I have a great experience at this store. The issue is with their military discount policy. My husband uses MY military discount all the time there. Simply by showing his military affiliation bank card. Today I decided to run there and grab a pair of shoes. Realized I didn't have my ID checking out. And was told no even though I had the sand bank cards. I was told that I have to have my ID. Which is weird because the person checking my out has also checked my husband out. And I watched him tell him not to worry about the ID. So just disappointing that I can't even use my own discount unless my husband is around if I forgot my ID. read more

I have shopped here multiple times during the year and it has to be one of the biggest outlet stores. I love the various selection of Jordan merchandise from their shoes to shorts and shirts. They seem to get a heathy rotation of inventory too of Jordan merchandise. I would say their shoe selection is vast compared to its competitors. I also saw OKC basketball jerseys from Paul George to Russell Westbrook last weekend. I believe the jerseys were priced around $50 if I recalled correctly. They had Dirk jerseys too. They carry backpacks, socks and other accessories. While it is at outlet prices, my elite tip is to shop on weekends because they have added discounts on top of their outlet prices. For example, MJ shirts were 30 percent off last weekend. Also to the shoe fanatic collectors/sneaker heads is they do get in various MJ shoes and they sell out out fast on certain styles, so you may not get a second chance if you want to wait to see if drops in price from personal experience. Their checkout was fast and efficient with many cashiers checking your items out. If you are about deals and name brand, this is a store to check out especially if you love the Nike brand and MJ brand. I wished they go back to giving one a $5 discount on next purchase at Nike Outlet once you filled out the feedback survey on your receipt. I would be buying a Jordan shirt for $13 bucks once the additional weekend discount was added. I am all about deals and even better if they are name brands. read more

You can never go wrong with NIKE! Love this store. Everything here is pretty much a bang for the buck. No you wont find sports bras for 5 and 10 dollars. But more less around 30 which is a great deal! Nike does an amazing job with their Dry Fit Line and they also have amazing colors and designs. They have tons of tops, tanks, and running gear. If you are looking for Tennis gear, this is about the only thing they do not have. Outside of that, huge selection of shoes and more! The store is super clean, staff is super helpful. LOL I took my time looking around until I came across the clearance rack usually all the way in the rear of the store. There are usually good deals here if you look but I normally don't find what I like here. This time was different, what I like and wanted was here in my size! The other beautiful thing was it was marked down and also 20% off of that price. Thank you Nike! I immediately picked them up so that no one else would get them. I also bought some of those hidden socks to try out that a lot of people wear. Most outlets usually have deep discounts but not all the time on clearance items. I don't believe in buying full price unless I have to, so I immediately go to the clearance racks.You nay have to look closely as some like items may have different prices but that comes from being an experienced clearance shopper. read more

Every once in a while they have great deals. Most of the time they are pawning off last years shoes at this years prices. I have found some decent priced training shoes for under fifty dollars. Most of the time they seem to get the outlet shopping wrong and just have very little to choose from. I think if your looking for something beyond the generic Nike swoosh t shirt you will be disappointed. They do have a solid variety but the prices simply don't reflect outlet prices. They try and bundle multiple shirts for thirty or forty dollars. I normally try here for out of season running shoes or work shoes. I have been lucky only a handful of times. I know the true winners are the employees who seem to be the only people who can find up to date shoes at a decent price. read more

From being greeted to staff helping me find the size I was wanting to exchange my shirts for and to calling other Nike store to find my shirt size and holding those shirts for me. I usually get none of these things happen to me at any department store. With the way customer service is trending towards which is not great, Nike stood out greatly. I've been coming here for a few years, tried to think of the pros and cons of coming here..I only came up with the pros. Nike has always made good products that last, I have clothes from 2001 that are still in good condition. It's really the only athletic wear that I purchase. The Nike store in Grapevine is one if the best around. When you walk in your not harassed or pressured. Everyone speaks and if you don't need help, they'll let you browse, but always close enough to help. I was looking for a sports bag, and didnt have to move far, a associate had someone bring me one and offered to bring some more of I didn't like that one. Later, I needed to try on a shirt, the associate didn't have a key, but waited with me until someone arrived. Great service on every visit....good job Nike! read more

Whenever I want to catch a good sale on running shoes and workout swag, I come here! They are forever putting items on clearance for as much as 75 percent off. For as long as I can remember I have been a fan of Nike's dri fit clothing. It wicks moisture while working out and is just so much more comfortable! I teach spin classes and run marathons year 'round, so I need items like this in my wardrobe. I am forever a fan of the Nike women's shorts as well! They are so cute and cozy. Definitely come here for a deal and rack up on everything Nike has to offer! The sales associates have also been nothing but professional and helpful. WOW yes it's a factory store so they run specials every day, week,month!! I was able to pick up some workout shirts for 40% at already marked down price - so I went and picked up 6 different pairs. Staff is very very VERY VERY courteous! Every single one asked if I need assistance or if I find everything I needed. I love their running shoes, they fit perfectly and when I run, they are extremely light. Their shirts and shorts are of the best quality also. They are extremely comfortable and sometimes, I even sleep in them. I play soccer and they offer a wide selection of excellent soccer cleats. Unfortunately, one of their best selling cleats(Nike Tiempo Legend) was out of stock so I went to a different store and got them.
