But, this particular one has the capacity to carry a multitude of designs and sizes as well as some clothing and accessories so I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything by not shopping online. The employees here are friendly and eager to help without being pushy. And, there are always plenty of them around so there isn't a long wait for assistance. As far as the shoes themselves, they are top notch. Seriously, they will endure all kinds of abuse yet somehow not show much wear and tear- as my child has demonstrated repeatedly! They may not be as flashy as some of the other brands of sneakers, especially when it comes to kids' styles, but personally, I would trade comfort and durability over looks any day. Of course this kind of quality does come at a price, however, not having to replace them frequently makes it worth the money.

I was shopping around for some new work shoes with my 2 children. My daughter (6) tells me she needs to use the restroom and goes to ask the associate working for permission. She returns to tell me the woman refused to let her use it giving the excuse that she was by herself and couldn't leave the floor. The "manager" as she calls herself comes over to explain her reasoning. I reply that I will escort them to the restroom (was planning to anyway) so she wouldn't have to leave the floor, she still refuses. Mind you this restroom is 3 steps into their back room! Every place I shop I expect to be able to use the restroom especially for my children. I find it unacceptable customer service to treat children like that saying they have to go next door (to a competitor) to use the facilities. My family shouldn't be inconvenienced because of their staffing issue. I won't be back to this location again.
