This review is being written during Covid 2020 so I will add that masks are being required to enter and that all employees are wearing them too which is great! I have only been able to find a few pieces from here that I can wear (a dress, hoodie, and shoes). I have curves and the sizes really don't do me justice. When I first started shopping here, I could fit size L items. After losing weight, I couldn't get into the size L items. It seems like the sizing of clothing that comes in is getting smaller. There aren't XL sizes offered and barely a plus size section if any at all anymore. Customer service from the Assistant Managers is great! I was so impressed when I came in two weeks ago to make a return that the employee asked me if I wanted to try on the navy blue dress for this wedding I was planning to attend. She knew I had been waiting for their fall collection to launch so I could try it on and she was just as excited as I was! Every time I would visit, she would ask questions and be very engaging which is not the case for the owner. I had one encounter with the owner and I felt she was very stand-off ish and didn't offer great customer service which made me not want to come back. In addition to their lack of sizing for various body types, they need to promote diversity. I mentioned that I would happily model for their social media page (which features no people of colour) if there were clothes I could fit and she told I could share a post for a feature. Interestingly enough, there are more boutiques that celebrate everyone that I will happily shop at.

She got her manager and reported my fall to him. I was also told she had seen at least 4-5 other people fall due to the ramp coming in and has been reporting it to her management. I was also told they had someone come out to fix the ramp but the actual problem was not fixed. Someone needs to promote her to manager because she was the only one who gave a damn. It's been several days since I fell and I'm still laid up. The manger should have called out paramedics, and should have put out some kind of warning out to prevent others from falling. I mean it you need to really watch out at the entrance. I can't believe they haven't been sued over it yet.

I love coming here on New Years Day every year when they begin their most amazing sale of the year. Typically many items are 40-60 percent off, and then they take another 50 percent off of that. It is a little hard to do the math in your head, especially after New Years Eve and all, but suffice it to say it is always a pleasant surprise at the register! Obviously the store is always pretty crowded on days like this, but the staff handles it all well and makes it a pretty good shopping experience for everyone!

I was shopping for a pair of earrings with plenty of time before closing and a representative named Taylor and her co-worker stated the store was closing instead of offering assistance with plenty of time to spare. Taylor proceeded to scurry over to a distant register and proceeded to yell across the store from one department to another department wanting to ring out my one single item I was purchasing. I truly could not believe my ears. I have a time stamped receipt to show I was not past closing time. I have never seen such awful behavior from anyone in the service industry. Both of these employees were extremely rude, immature and unprofessional. Their demeanor and 'mean girl' attitude was ridiculous and absolutely not necessary. I must say, I'm also in the service industry and being a business owner in Denton, I completely understand employees are difficult to find. However, employees such as Taylor and her associate are detrimental to a business and would not last long at my company. I know many employees at this particular store and they all know I'm a pleasant and easy to please customer and if this were my business I would want to know if any of my employees were disrespectful in any way.
