It was clean and organized, the staff was helpful and there was a much larger selection of items. I would definitely come back again but I recommend getting there early if you wear a popular size as things do run out. I took a basket full of items recently and a separate bag of wooden hangers so I could hang them up before presenting them for review. As I walked through the door, I was first chastised for not having them on hangers (I should have walked out immediately), but instead pointed out that I had a bag with hangers and was going to put them on hangers for her to go through the clothes. I was by myself and it made it easier for me to carry in the basket, then the hangers. With a cursory glance at the first three items, she rejected the entire lot of designer labels. ReThreads is not the same- at all. It is unfortunate. It was once a great destination to sell and shop. I don't know if it changed ownership, but the former staff is what created returning customers. I miss the former employees.
