They also explained the sale to me. With the sale prices it is possible to purchase a really good quality tennis shoe and a really great savings. This was a great shopping experience thanks to some really good employees who are passionate about their product and about helping people.

He grabbed a very "high-end" shoe and a "middle of the pack" shoe and put the less expensive shoe on first and said here's what to expect; it's a regular old every day shoe. She returns to tell me the woman refused to let her use it giving the excuse that she was by herself and couldn't leave the floor. I reply that I will escort them to the restroom (was planning to anyway) so she wouldn't have to leave the floor, she still refuses. Mind you this restroom is 3 steps into their back room! Every place I shop I expect to be able to use the restroom especially for my children. I find it unacceptable customer service to treat children like that saying they have to go next door (to a competitor) to use the facilities. I mostly come into Kohl's for Amazon returns, and I have used their store pickup for something I have ordered online. However, I came in the other day looking to finish up some Christmas shopping. My father has dementia and frankly it gets hard to shop for him. He doesn't really go anywhere or do anything and textures can be an issue. Most of the time I end up spending money on something he never ends up using. But I ended up finding some really good deals here after striking out elsewhere. I got him a sweater, 1/4 zip fleece pullover, and some cushy socks. Also a Star wars T-shirt for my nephew. And absolutely EVERYTHING was on sale. I paid a great price for all of these things. Checkout was super quick, and I left happy. I have also ordered several pair of their tekgear leggings and have nothing but good things to say. I'm going to have to come back to Kohls. Again not a big deal ! Given my last review though it is useful to know these associates must be so stressed or not trained that they miss such a routine thing. Store was not crowded and it was the first part of the day. Shout out to them for showing up to work. It's not an easy thing to deal with the public .
