I have been in the Northpark Sephora 3 times in the last 4 weeks. They never have what I come in to buy. It is the largest Sephora in the area, but the stock level is terrible. It is also arranged haphazardly. I found Christian Dior products in 3 different areas. Also, the displays and testers are dirty and disgusting. I realize that customers mess these up, but the number of sales people just standing around could be put to better use making the store and merchandise cleaner and more appealing. For the price of cosmetics, one would expect a better shopping experience. read more

I go to this Sephora quite often when I'm in Northpark. They always have everything I need at this location plus more. The employees are willing to help and give recommendations when needed every single time which I love! You can always ask for samples whenever you're not ready to pay full price for something. There are a couple things I find could be an issue to some. There is no flow of things, everything is kind of all over the place. For instance, the Sephora collection masks is on a totally different side of the store from the Sephora collection skincare which is odd and confusing. If you easily get over stimulated like myself, this store is not for you during the busy hours/holiday season. There are A LOT of people and employees and it's just kind of all over the place. There are times where I walked in and walked right back out because of this. I think during their holiday season it seems that they have everybody working at once which can be overwhelming if there are A LOT of customers in the store. Again, this store for sure will have everything you need which is why I try to get in and out first thing in the morning during the week. They have a variety of skincare, makeup and perfume! read more

North Park Mall is known for the ducks, parks, Christmas decor galore, fashion, and fun. Sephora should be known by their Sales Associate William! William was the most attentive and knowledgeable person I have ever met working at a Sephora. He helped me find all the requests I had and even helped my little Bella find the perfect glittery pink lipstick! She felt so special because he took 3 minutes and made her feel important and understood. 5- Stars William! He should train workers! I told my Mom about the experience today and she said I know who he is! He is so helpful, he has helped her too! Thank you William for being amazing! I have always liked this Sephora. Reviewers have made reference to the attitude of people working at the store, but honestly a lot of store staff in this mall can be that way. Try walking into Neimans! Not an excuse, but it is what it is. As for the products... I do love them. I have no idea how ethical they are nor if they are good for one's skin (one day when I have a little more time to look all this up, I will) but they sure do make a girl pretty. Went into Sephora inside north park today and had the most disgusting interaction with this "man" This is David. From the moment I encountered him he had a very nasty attitude and unwilling and refused to help me when I asked for the manager he then proceeded to make snooty comments, mocking me & just being over all rude and disrespectful. I had my two year old daughter with me Who was impatient and messing with the displays around the check out he was getting frustrated and he called her a curly headed fuck which I am assuming he was referring to her race she is half black half white. As a prominent ROUGE shopper at Sephora, I have gained access to services that have been made even more so enjoyable with the help of Corey, a loyal employee of Sephora NP. Charismatic Corey has excelled, consistently, at his duties as a senior make-up artist. Why shouldn't he though? I'm positive it's his calling. Not only does Corey make me look beautiful, an already quite difficult task, he also makes me feel welcomed. Hospitality, friends, recognize. Who doesn't love being hugged at the first sight they catch of you? Even my husband wants to come in and greet Corey. He involves him in the appointment as well, asking questions like "How does she look?" "Less this? Less that?" He has makeup talent to fit all your needs, ladies, and gentlemen, and everything in between. Thanks for working on me C, for the billionth time! I mostly deal with C, but have often came in simply to restock previous purchases. Generally speaking, the staff are very knowledgeable and polite, the latter being a deal-breaker as to why I chose this store. Ehhh. I like the products and I'm a return customer but after today I probably won't be coming back to the store again. They have good products and they are expensive.... the staff is rude, condescending and they don't know how to read people. I was worried it was just my own perception today but I popped on yelp and --- yup. Others have experienced this. They made me feel stupid today - several times. I don't want to get into the details of it I'm already so done with it. I just can't believe they'd be so rude to customers. Also, again, very very expensive and it adds up. Make up. It's one of the most interesting and complex things that my wife does in her beauty ritual. For the life of me, I can't understand how there are so many products that do so many things...and how women can keep it all straight in their heads. Sephora seems to be the place that women come to, to get advice, updates on new trends and to stock up on their supplies when it runs low. I also know its one of my wife's favorite places to shop...and because of this, a good portion of my money goes there. I'm always impressed with the staff at this store, asking her if she needs helps, willing to recommend or test new products on her, and overall making her feel like she has valid questions and concerns and not talking down to her or making her feel stupid for questions she may have. They always give me a sympathetic look when they see my level of confusion or weary when I go in there with her and are very helpful when I'm looking for gifts for her too. Sephora does carry both higher priced and moderately priced lines. They don't seem to carry the "cheap" stuff. Everything is well organized and easy to locate. If you don't find what you need, just ask. Best part is, they offer free Wi-Fi in the store so shoppers like me can surf the net while waiting for our significant others. They do offer a "point" system for frequent shopping which can lead to discounts and small gifts. Tip: If you purchase something from here, you CANNOT return them to the Sephora that is in the JCPenny's stores. They don't use the same inventory system. I found out the hard way. I love Sephora and besides having everything you could want the service never disappoints. I was looking for a mask. They found me a great operating mask at a great price. They even double checked it was safe to use during pregnancy. The guy also gave me a sample mask that he said if I tried I would fall in love with it. So far most of their suggestions have been completely right so I think there will be yet another visit in my future. There was an insider special where I scored my favorite cleanser for free. My wife has been looking forward to getting the Anastasia Beverly Hills soft glam eyeshadow palette for a few weeks now. We go to Northpark for the ambience and the friendly nature we get from most of the stores. We walked in to Sephora looking for the eyeshadow palette, and are immediately greeted and asked if we needed anything. My wife, knowing exactly what she wanted, endeavored to find the palette on her own. After walking through the store and not finding it, we were then asked again if we needed assistance, to which my wife then asked about the specific palette. The employee was unsure, so she asked another associate who proceeded to condesendingly tell us that that palette is not in stores yet and has not been released. Here, 3 hours later, we are able to pull up Sephora's website and have it show that this store has it in stock, and updates every 3 hours. read more

Domingo knew exactly where to take us and after trying several, he chose a light fragrance that he loved!:) I treated myself to a drybar glitter gang pack as well!!!;D Great customer service! The employees are always so helpful! I came in this week for some bronzer and a new eyebrow pencil. The employee who helped me gave me tips on how to apply the makeup,and helped me decide what would look best with my complexion. He also recommended a brow pencil to me, showed me different colors, and put some on me to make the decision easier. Awesome! read more

Came in on 9/17/18 on Monday around 6pm. I had called earlier and asked if they had the Becca foundation in the shade driftwood in stock and the person on the phone said YES. I said ok great I will be there. Upon my arrival I had to tell a staff member that I had called earlier and the girl was rude asking if I had reserve it. Which I didn't know we had to reserve it? No one told me on the phone. I am very disappointed. The staff here is completely rude and should just ALL be fired. You could clearly tell I was pissed. No one even tried to help or anything. They all just stood there not doing their job. I was obviously looking for a shade with full coverage which someone could've helped me on, but instead I got nothing even when I had asked. SERIOUSLY A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Just do your shopping online. Just because this Sephora is located at Northpark in a nice location doesn't mean the staff is nice either. read more

I was really really impressed with this place. Obviously the prices are really expensive and the quality of the products are really high. But the service is really awesome and they really take good care of you and educate you on the products. I came in here for a facial and my girlfriend came here to get her make up done. The staff is very kind and welcoming and it's a great spot to get educated on face products. read more

One star for the associate for helping me, because this place deserved Zero or Negative One Star!! Walked in and unfortunately, the two items I wanted were not on the shelf, so I asked the SA. First Lady, too busying touching up on her makeup, walk over and say: " oh we are out of that item", without even checking the drawer, and she SHRUGGED her shoulder. Second lady, said the item is out of stock, without even checking the drawer too. And I had to tell her to look for it, and she found a lot in the drawer. Apparently Sephora employees at this location is way too lazy to do their jobs right. The third lady who approached me was really nice. When I was about to check out, the cashier employee refused to do an exchange for me, saying that they cannot honor $25 ROUGE reward, and I said why not, go ask your manager. This place has one of the worst customer service out of all Sephora locations, lazy and snobby employees. I'm a Rouge member and I spend my money here. As an older customer who is just starting to wear makeup regularly, I have recently purchased a full collection at Sephora. This location has virtually all of the selections in good quantity as opposed to the smaller locations. It seems, however, like the service by the staff is varied. Some have been so friendly and willing to help me navigate the daunting store full of unfamiliar products. Others just want to stand and talk to one another until a young person comes along. It's been obvious that the staff prefers to help younger customers. PRO-TIP: Older customers often have more money to spend on expensive makeup! read more

Every other sephora i go they tell you about gifts free with purchase, points balance, if you would like to redeem it ,etc... this one they don't. They just ring you up, place it in the bag, ask you if it is credit or debit and thats it. Nothing else. Today i spent 75-80 dollars and I was supposed to receive a gift, and I didn't. I had to tell her one time " hey, i would like to redeem my points for something" and she said "oh, okay". It sucks because, everyone else is very attentive and helpful. Don't even think about asking for foundation samples because the bald "gentleman" that works there will give you the worst attitude and act like you're are the biggest cheapskate in the world. Went there today and was absolutely appalled at how disrespectful he was to me for wanting to sample a foundation. Sorry not sorry but after being matched wrong so many times I'm not just going to take your word for it and wanna buy a full size foundation that you matched me to while barely paying attention or giving a crap. Got my make up done by Sade and she was incredible. I asked for a smoky eye and bold lips and she nailed it! Two of my friends also got their make up done and they were both super happy w their looks. The appointment did run a bit longer than expected but I rather that than have my artist rush through it. Unless you're Rouge member, makeovers require a purchase of 50 dollars which works for me since I always end up spending over that each visit! Can't wait to come back! read more

I love Sephora (well, unless it's a crazy Saturday afternoon of course - but can't blame them for being popular!). Whenever I'm in need of new makeup I make sure to book a makeup appointment which only requires a $50 purchase - essentially what I'm destined to spend with or without the free makeup job! Most recently I had Kim assigned as my makeup artist and I had to run to Yelp to give her props. I wasn't doing anything crazy that night and she managed to balance a sophisticated / polished look that didn't appear overdone or too glam where people would wonder why I was so done up on a casual Friday night. For the first time EVER in the history of me getting my makeup done, I felt listened to. Kim seemed engaged and asked questions when I described the look I was going for. We discussed different options and products with the pros/cons to each. She pointed out different tips and tricks throughout the appointment and the finished product was awesome. They're about to move into a new location inside the mall in the next few months which hopefully means more space and less congestion inside the store! read more

Sephora, I am really grateful that you've let me down so many times and finally forced me to get over my addiction to you. Three strikes in the past few weeks, and even I am done. First, I returned something to this store, and it took forever. No lines, so I was thrilled for the first minute. Ms. Perky kept thinking that if she did the same thing over and over again, at least ten times, somehow it would work. Ms. iKnowBetter and Ms. LemmeHelp interrupted, but had no solutions. Eventually, Ms. Perky started over and got it to work. Second, Sephora has a 20% off sale at the beginning of November. During the sale, I looked up an item I had purchased the week before and found the price had been jacked up from $75 to $95 for the sale. That's not very special. Third, I made an appointment online for a makeup application. I didn't get a confirmation, and found out when I went to the store at the appointed time that no confirmation meant that I didn't actually have an appointment. The person was nice and offered a time much later, but I made an appointment because I needed the makeup for an event at a specific time. If any ole time would have worked, I would have bothered with an appointment. read more
