Very very poor service .I got text message from T-mobile to pick-up my wi-fi gateway from this store 1st store manager said we don't have over here when he checked account went inside and brought one . After scanning he told me I have to pay for warranty exchange which I was told by the customer services that it's manufactured problem T-mobile will take care I don't have to pay anything. I came back without gateway. I requested also if they can bill me but they sad i have to pay now . read more

I went to this T-Mobile location. Having problems with my phone. Arrive and speak to a nice gentleman named Cruz. Could not help me fix the problem. I sit in my car to call tech support. Tech support was gracious and ordered a replacement but the phone shuts off so I return to the same store and unfortunately dealt with a man with bleached blond hair. Dismissive of my problem. Told me he was not tech support and could not help me. Really? I go to a different location and the rep gladly took my phone did a master reset and I'm able to use my phone until the replacement arrives. The blonde hair dude needs training to learn how to help a customer of over 10 years. SMH. I guess since I wasn't adding to his commission for the day he didn't want to be bothered!! read more

Staff is manipulative. Trying to help my mom get a new phone. She's not tech savvy and is very trusting. The sales woman kept trying to sell her the latest most expensive models even when she said she wanted something affordable and user friendly. She eventually told us about the Galaxy 3 refurbished. It was the size and price my mom wanted. She came back and said they actually didn't have it and then lied and said no stores in the area had it either and tried to upsell us on the 4. Knowing that she was lying I called 2 other locations and found it at the Coit location and they confirmed that there's no way that they could know the stock of other stores without calling around. Liars. We left immediately and won't be returning. read more

I would avoid this store at all cost. I broke my phone during covid. Lost both my jobs. But I had an old phone to use until I recieved my new phone cause I did have the insurance. I went to this store to see if they could help me put my old sim card in my old phone. They said no I would haft to buy a new sim card for $25. I tried to explain to them I had allready spent 100 on a replacement phone. I needed my phone I was in the process of filing for unemployment. I had no land line and no internet my phone was my everything. I had been a customer for over 10 years. They could have cared less. I left that store in tears. So I drove to the store on Plano and northwest in dallas. I went in there and told the gentlemen what I needed he pulled up my account. And said of course I can help you. I didn't even haft to give him my sob story. By this time I just figured I would haft to pay the 25. So when he was finished. I asked how much he said there's no charge. I could not believe it. Usually I pay my phone bill on the Walnut/Jupiter location and never had a problem. One day I was eating dinner and almost forgot about paying my bill. And wouldnt have time the next day.I was a minute away from the location on Plano. I entered thinking this wouldnt take more than 5min. The young man handling everything kept saying he wasnt going to help me unless i go buy him Taco Bell. His manager was sitting behind him working on some paper work not helping at all. The kid refused to help me unless I went to get fast food. What the heck? Another employee was doing the same thing to this elderly Asian woman that wanted to pay her bill and he was trying to make her get a new phone. What the heck? Every time I go to this location with a phone problem, the staff is more than happy to help me. There is always a smile on each of their faces, and there's upbeat music in the background. I have never seen or witnessed any of the cases mentioned in prior reviews, so I can honestly say that this T-Mobile is a fun, family-friendly shop with quick customer service. read more

Worst T-Mobile store ever!! They are veryyyyyy manipulative! I went to get a new iPhone and the guy told me that when I bought the new iPhone 7 that I got a free case and screen protector. So hey great deal right. I was excited. Then when I finally got my first bill with my new charges for the iPhone that I'm paying in monthly installments, there's all these extra charges Called customer service, they say oh its your installment plan for your case and screen. WTH . When I went to the store and asked the guy who helped me, Richard (some tall Hispanic goofy looking dude) why am I being charged for my cases and screen protector when you told me it was free. He says oh no I rolled it in your monthly charges. I told him no you said it was free he begins to argue with me then calls the manager to see what he can do, cause I know he knows damn well he said the cases were free, they say oh well its been over 14 days so there's nothing we can do. They basically laughed at me like Gotcha hahaha. Not only are the employees extremely unprofessional, they ate manipulative and incompetent. I will be filing a complaint with T-Mobile and the BBB on this store. read more
