They are a true gem, I brought in my iPhone 7 which had stopped working. I had it repaired previously by a store in Irving & in Miami. I let them know the urgency of my situation & despite it being a few hours from closing time on a Friday they found time to diagnose the issue & even repair it same day which meant a lot. The cost was more than reasonable & they even pointed out some bad repair choices by the previous stores I had this repaired by. The experience was great, they were courteous & very knowledgeable. My second experience was a week or so later after doing the minimum repairs to my phone to get it functional I brought it back for a thorough refurbish of the internal parts & again I received the same level of service & the cost was also reasonable. I have been using my iPhone 7 for many years & found no reason to upgrade Bc it still works great & they just put another 5 years of life into my phone & saved me a ton. This is a gem of a repair store in our area & they have been consistent so if you get in a bind & need repairs give them a shot.

My iPhone 15 Pro Max worked perfectly but did had a small crack in the screen at the top of the…read morephone. I decided to have Kwik replace the screen with an LED one for a cost of $204.59. That evening the phone begin to freeze up. It still functioned, I received calls and texts but the screen was frozen. The next day I returned to Kwik and they said that they again replaced the LED screen with another one. The problem did not go away. I would need to re-boot the phone at least 1-2 times per hour to use. Apple said that basically, Kwik ruined the phone. I had no choice to buy a new iPhone for $1100.00. Do not use this service for any repair on a phone unless you want one that is totally useless. I feel they totally ripped off a customer not only by charging $200+ for bogus repairs and then ruining a perfectly good, operable phone.
