They are a true gem, I brought in my iPhone 7 which had stopped working. I had it repaired previously by a store in Irving & in Miami. I let them know the urgency of my situation & despite it being a few hours from closing time on a Friday they found time to diagnose the issue & even repair it same day which meant a lot. The cost was more than reasonable & they even pointed out some bad repair choices by the previous stores I had this repaired by. The experience was great, they were courteous & very knowledgeable. My second experience was a week or so later after doing the minimum repairs to my phone to get it functional I brought it back for a thorough refurbish of the internal parts & again I received the same level of service & the cost was also reasonable. I have been using my iPhone 7 for many years & found no reason to upgrade Bc it still works great & they just put another 5 years of life into my phone & saved me a ton. This is a gem of a repair store in our area & they have been consistent so if you get in a bind & need repairs give them a shot.

UPDATED REVIEW 10/1…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Verizon (Cellular Sales). My problem began when I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Ultra from Massey. I was told I would receive an $1100 promotional trade-in credit after turning in my previous phone. I paid the taxes, provided my shipping information, was told everything was taken care of, and left without receiving a receipt or other documentation. When MyVerizon appeared to show my new phone shipping to the wrong address, I contacted manager Tyler Bartlett. Instead of investigating the transaction at the store, I was directed to Verizon corporate support, where I spent approximately four hours trying to fix the issue. I eventually returned to the store. Tyler initially told me there was nothing he could do and that I would have to wait. When I asked to speak with Massey, I was told she would not speak with me. After approximately another hour, Tyler finally determined that the phone was actually being shipped to the correct address. Tyler later called me, acknowledged that the situation had been mishandled, and told me someone would follow up and that I would receive a credit for the time and inconvenience. Neither happened. Then I discovered the bigger issue: instead of the $1100 promotional credit I was promised, my account reflected only about $95. After Tyler reviewed my account, he messaged me, "Yes the promotion correction was never submitted." Despite continued attempts to resolve the problem, I received no meaningful follow-up from the store. After reminding Tyler about the unresolved promotion and previous promises, his response was: "Thanks for the feedback please don't contact me any longer." After further escalation, Cellular Sales was eventually able to get $900 credited to my account, leaving a $200 difference from the $1100 promotion under which I was sold the phone. Cellular Sales then offered me the remaining $200 only if I signed a General Release containing broad confidentiality, non-disparagement, release-of-claims, and covenant-not-to-sue provisions. After everything I had already gone through, I was not willing to give up those rights and agree to stay quiet for $200. Customers deserve to know how situations like this are handled. I will continue pursuing this matter through the FCC and the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division until the issue is fully resolved. DO NOT SHOP THIS STORE!*

Do not use this service for any repair on a phone unless you want one that is totally useless. Oh jeez, had to dust off my Yelp and modify a review I left ages ago. Just had the worst…read moreexperience dealing with a simple screen replacement. Went later in the day, cracked iPhone screen, straight-forward replacement, got it finished near closing time, paid and left. Only after a bit of normal use, it must have had some compatibility problem (3rd rate aftermarket screen probably) and would not pinch-to-zoom. Took it back the next day, the attendant acknowledged it, replaced it again and it still was doing it. The attendant herself (like the employee the night before) was as helpful/polite as she could be, but it all turned to garbage when she got the owner on speakerphone for a "now what do I do?" call. He tried to pawn it off on us that the phone's "data was corrupt" and we needed to basically reinstall/update system??? The worst case of "did you try restarting it?" I've ever heard. It then became like an episode of Columbo with my indicating that the phone was fine, if the data was a problem, it wouldn't have changed with the screen, and he was all "these work all the time blah blah blah". It was immensely stressful and dripped with lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I told him he could just forget about me taking the phone home and doing some sort of factory install on it to just be back where we started from, and I needed the phone fixed now. Bear in mind, I put the attendant herself at ease that she was not the problem, that this was her off-site manager's rotten idea of customer service policy. Thinking WE were the one's going to be stuck, he said snarkily "what do you want me to do then?" And we replied, "a refund?" He snapped "then you're going to get a phone without a screen" (clearly he didn't grasp how this repair had been basically mere hours prior, on the previous night). We told them "just put the original cracked screen back on, it's probably still in the trash can!" [It was at this moment... he knew.... he f/ed up] The (still nice as she could be) attendant went back and got the heaping case of trashed screens with a look on her face like "good luck." Without missing a beat, we just grabbed the one right on top, there it was, the exact one... "there it is! Just put it back on and give us our money back!" (Gotta say, poor attendant girl giggled... agreeably). The owner had nothing else arrogant to offer at this point, and the attendant put the old screen back on. Oh! And then we held the phone in front of her and demonstrated perfectly normal pinch-to-zoom function, (which OF COURSE it was their shoddy replacement parts with compatibility issues). That got a smile outta her. He begrudgingly authorized the refund, like pulling teeth. We left losing a whole day right back where we started from because of this owner. Anyway, beyond offensively rotten customer service POLICY, so bad it's punishment for the poor employees just needing the paycheck. The owner is a classic "take the money and run" shyster. The only thing fun about the whole stressful experience is we've turned his "your data is corrupt" B.S. line into a household meme to have fun irritating each other. "Hey, guess what... your data's corrupt!" "OMG DAD, WILL YOU STOP!!" hehehe... anyway, our luck ran out here. Recommend you just drive right on by unless you like being taken for a tool.
