STAY AWAY FROM THIS BATTERIES PLUS....Came to get the battery replaced on my IHPONE 7 which they did and charged me $ 62. The next morning after charging all night, it showed 100% so I as happy. However before 2p that same day it showed only 27% remaining. I went back to the store to talk to the technician who told me that my model phone was no longer updated by Apple therefore the problem will continue. I told him that I wished they had told me that before they agreed to replace the battery. I asked for a refund which they decline. IF THEY KNEW ALL ALONG THAT REPLACING THE BATTERY WOULD BE A WASTE OF TIME, WHY AGREE TO SELL AND INSTALL A NEW BATTERY. Stick with the Apple stores..... read more

The staff here is equally knowledgeable and helpful. My FIOS service is out and I can't get a technician for over a week. I told them it appears the ONT is draining the backup battery even though the power indicator is on. I came here to get a battery charger. My initial plan was to charge a spare battery while the other one was in use. That would require switching batteries every 5-7 hours. Well, the staff provided a better solution. They provided me a small charger and showed me how to hook it up to the battery while it is in use. They even provided a complimentary ONT battery plug and stripped the cover so I could connect the alligator clips from the charger. As a result, I don't need to switch batteries. It doesn't resolve all the problems of a faulty ONT, but it's definitely better than before. read more

I want to let everyone know about my experience I had at the 1093 W. Main St, Lewisville location. What started out as a routine purchase ended up as me being a very dissatisfied customer who will never go back to this store location. I purchase a battery for a flashlight. Upon trying to insert it in, it would not fit. I took both the battery and my flashlight back to the store and showed the manager the issue. He too could not insert it. He examined my original battery and his battery and agreed they are different. He took another battery off the shelf and it fit well. In my opinion, this is where his unprofessionalism, bully tatics and rude behavior took over. He pulled two opened packages out and said he would switch them out. I informed him I wanted to purchase unopened boxes. His answer was wouldn't everyone want that but if I wanted to switch I would have to take that one because the store policy is "they do not take any opened item back". Even thou the receipt contradicted his statement and the funny part to all this was he was handing me open items that someone else returned. Realizing his stupidity he said he would accept the items back but I would only be allowed to purchase items in the future as "a final sales with no return" if the item did not live up to its promise. He thought he could bully me into receiving open packages. My opinion is this store location does not deserve our hard earned money, they don't care about customer satisfaction, doing what is right and bullies it customers. I will take my business to the Denton location on 1732 S. Loop 288 or the Irving location. Bad news. Brought watch in for battery replacement. (which they had replaced a while back...it was time for a new one) After younger guy had worked on the watch a while, he came out and said that it wasn't the battery and that it was broken. He said he put a new battery in anyway, but they could not fix the issue. I noticed the face of the watch was loose on inside. I took it to a watch repair place and they said that whoever had the back off last had broken a pc off. Well, $102.00 later and having to be sent out to a shop, the watch was fixed. This place may be ok for batteries, but NO WAY for watches. read more

Professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive to your needs. The location on 121 in Plano is the exact opposite, they are the worst. I have an RV so the six battery setup is very complex and Toby understood it perfectly. Nice job and now you have a customer for life. read more

Handy location on Main Street in Lewisville (right across from high school). Large selection of batteries for phone, cameras, and any speciality gadget a person may own. (I looked up the "hard to find" batteries I was needing on the website before I went.) Very helpful staff made my trip easier, the gentleman knew exactly what I needed and where to quickly find it in their store when I described the batteries and their usage. read more

Went in to get the battery in my Nana's watch changed and they were so kind to inform us that she has a solar powered battery and to try and leave in the window with sunlight hitting it before they wanted to actually change the battery. Horrible experience today. Cannot depend on the kids that work there on the 2nd shift if you need a battery installed. The kid allegedly named Rolando had zero ability to handle customer concerns appropriately without reacting emotionally. The other name Waldo (again both were not wearing name badges so had to take their word for it) was the one doing the work to try to install battery, but was not emotionally charged as the other. Had done business with them for several years, but would much rather pay more for better service than this lack of service crap. Hope they read this so management can better train lack of positive customer experience. read more

I was greeted with friendliness for something as small as a replacement battery for my key fob. As they were replacing it I mentioned thinking the battery would have lasted longer. They asked me when I replaced it last and I informed them just before the Roanoke store closed. They replaced the battery and said it was on them bexiase it should have lasted longer! Not happy about misleading ad- ad said $5 off any purchase, nothing about minimum purchase amount in fine print. Go into the store and was told I need to do a $20 purchase. That's not unreasonable by any means, just put that in your ad so it doesn't feel like a bait and switch and I don't waste time coming in to support your store when I was just at Walmart and could have purchased there. I had my iPhone 7 + screen replaced and went ahead and had the battery replaced too, since they did it for half price if you have it done at the same time as screen replacement. Also purchased a screen protector and a new otter box. In and out in under an hour. Best price on screen replacement and battery. Good service. read more

While this is a great location and they have a lot to offer for new purchases, this store refused to warranty a bad battery (w/ receipt) simply because it was purchased at a non corporate store across town. My resolution, pick up the bad battery from this store and drive out to Richardson/Plano to make the swap. The Richardson/Plano store was awesome and gave me no issues with the warranty but could not understand why this store would not stand behind corporate policies. Buyers beware of the stores policies before you drop 170.00 for a battery that has limited warranty down the road. read more

I love this place. Mainly because they fixed my iPhone battery :) The people who worked with me were efficient and extremely helpful. As soon as I walked, I was greeted and told them what I needed to get down. Immediately after, they took down my information, took my phone and replaced the battery. It took 15 minutes tops! Absolutely wonderful!! It was about $59.99 to get my battery replaced and there's a 1 year warranty on it. My Dad also needed help finding a battery and the man who helped him was quick to find exactly what he was looking for. The store is clean and well organized. I went a few days ago I got two different sizes of Batteries for three gauge door opens that needed them. I wrote the numbers down, got the two sizes. I found out I only needed a smaller size, returned them the next day, the old one I mistakenly but it in the package, the good one I throw in the jar of old batteries. I returned the package to the store along with the receipt, was told I put the wrong one in the package, I know where the good one was. So I got it put it in the package and the next day (today) I returned it, the young man that talked to me yesterday began saying the don't take back batteries after package has been opened. So I told him, the other man there it was wrong not to have told me the day before, I was mad, told them they could have the batteries because I couldn't use them. I told my husband not to go or ask me to go there ever. They should say up front we do not take batteries back if package has been opened!!! read more
