This boutique has quite an impressive array of unique clothing and beautiful jewelry (one of the ladies told me that the boutique owner makes all the jewelry!), as well as shoes and accessories. No mirrors in the fitting room-so every time you came out to take a look in the mirror the salespeople were ON YOU. Each time out like 4 people had to stop me to chat about my look. They stuck a on of extra stuff they thought I would like in my room, so I had to wade through that. Then I had to ask for 1 item 3 times for a different size. They kept coming back with wrong size, wrong color or wrong style. There are like 8 salespeople in that fitting room and I was buying 6-7 expensive items, but when they couldn't seem to get the different size I wanted, I quit out of utter annoyance.

This Southlake store has by far the worst and rudest employees working here. They are always very young and I'm sure have no retail experience whatsoever but shame on the manager for not setting simple, human like, expectations for their employees. I went in last Saturday to find some last minute Easter outfit inspo and was never met with even a "hello" just rude, judgey looks for the employees who btw never stopped talking about what dresses they were going to wear to their graduation. I have been to the location in OKC and had the best experience when I was in college so I know it's THIS store that has problems & needs to seriously reevaluate how they treat their customer and how they want their customers to feel. I could have spent plenty of money on clothes that day in the store but instead i wasn't given a second look because i was in shorts and a t-shirt with dry shampoo in my hair enjoying my freaking Saturday. It's 2023. Say hello, be respectful to the customer if you're going to work in a service industry & teach kids to BE NIGE to others.
