The process was seamless and successful. They have a lot of really great deals on children's clothing. I will definitely do some more shopping here in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at Dillard's. I saw a pair of shoes on display and asked a…read moresales associate if they were available in my size. She went to the back to check and came back saying she couldn't find them. However, she didn't make any effort to check the sales floor or look in other departments. I decided to look myself, and within a few minutes I found the exact pair in the Polo section of the store. It honestly felt like I was doing the associate's job instead of receiving help as a customer. When I brought the shoes to her, there wasn't even an apology for the inconvenience. The shoes didn't come with a box, and no discount or any other accommodation was offered despite the inconvenience. Customer service should involve making an effort to help customers, not expecting them to search the store on their own. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

Overall, the store was organized and well-maintained. The shelves were in order and neatly stocked. They had good values on most things, and some had amazing deals. For example I saw a belt that was normally $75.00 on clearance for just $10.00. I can't r ally rate the service because the only employees I ever saw were at the register.

They have been very helpful to me in selecting new clothes over the years, ever since I started shopping with them back in 2017. If you are a woman (or honestly anyone; they're trans-friendly) seeking classic feminine clothing, I would highly recommend giving the Hurst WHBM boutique a visit. Their collections run the spectrum from polished casual to semi-formal, with some formal pieces from time-to-time, (especially around the holiday season), so they don't just sell dressier clothes even if that is what they are usually known for selling (note: WHBM has great jeans!). I would like to give a special shout-out to their assistant manager A.D. for being the absolute-sweetest person I've met! (PS: I am the same person as "Brandon C." who wrote a review back in 2017; I changed my name to better-reflect my personal identity)

This Southlake store has by far the worst and rudest employees working here. They are always very young and I'm sure have no retail experience whatsoever but shame on the manager for not setting simple, human like, expectations for their employees. I went in last Saturday to find some last minute Easter outfit inspo and was never met with even a "hello" just rude, judgey looks for the employees who btw never stopped talking about what dresses they were going to wear to their graduation. I have been to the location in OKC and had the best experience when I was in college so I know it's THIS store that has problems & needs to seriously reevaluate how they treat their customer and how they want their customers to feel. I could have spent plenty of money on clothes that day in the store but instead i wasn't given a second look because i was in shorts and a t-shirt with dry shampoo in my hair enjoying my freaking Saturday. It's 2023. Say hello, be respectful to the customer if you're going to work in a service industry & teach kids to BE NIGE to others.

I have more of neutral style so all the beautiful colors and accessories are not my thing. They do a great job at merchandising their assortments but this store is so packed that it makes it hard to shop. Also love their loyalty program as it is all contained in the point if sale system and I do not have to carry a card with me to take advantage of it. During this visit, I was there to purchase a gift card for my Mothers birthday. Easy in and out which was nice. The only thing that is annoying about this shopping center is the parking. Totally not Chico's fault but on occasion I get lucky and will get a parking spot close by.
