I walked around the store for about an hour Saturday morning. I had a box of items in one hand to exchange and 6 items in my other hand to try on. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE GREETED ME, STARTED A DRESSING ROOM FOR ME OR HAD THE CURTESY TO SAY "hello." Many of them walked past me, glanced at me, and walked by. Super friendly people at this location and a great holiday set-up as far as selection and availability of the most sought after items like gift cards etc. As far as value that is hard for me to judge as I personally am not a user of their products but the people on my gift list who I shop for swear by their products and say they are worth the prices you pay. read more

Came in for an exchange for a few items, and tried some stuff on. I felt like the employees' attitudes here were very hit or miss. The employees in the fitting room did not seem like they were in a good mood and seemed to second-guess my size, questioning "you want this in a size __?". It felt judgmental and odd. However, the employees at the register were a different story and were way nicer, actually chatting with me and even helping me exchange an old pair of shorts that had problems with the mesh lining. Have heard this store is great. So much that in fact we drove from downtown town Dallas on NYE to celebrate my daughter's birthday at a restaurant in the square and shop beforehand. Walked up at 4:55 and the salesperson locked the door in our face saying they were closing early for the holiday. As the GC of a major retailer, let me note that NYE is not what we refer to as a holiday - indeed, our store around the corner was open until 6 as always, as were most of the stores in the square. Southlake location has a huge selection of men's and women's styles and sizes and the fabulous staff will ensure you find exactly what you need and help with sizes. While there are some well crafted garments, none are worth twice their competitors. Wait! You get to try on overpriced merchandise on a stage. Put a little privacy back into the process, please. Dislike their tiny little changing rooms with my name on the door. Everything is crammed in to this tiny little box of a store. Just uncomfortable and full of judgement. Wait! You get to be "served" by one of the pompous managers or conceited trainees. No thanks, you are not "doing me a favor" ever again. Yoga is great... being fit is a blessing. Fitness has no direct connection to this place of business or their employees - it's a money grab, don't fool yourself. Being human, warm, or authentic is foreign to most of these folks. Go somewhere your business is appreciated and employees are not extensively trained to be narcissists (employee prospects are healthy, they appear to be hand picked from the athletic community - but, wow, LuLu must have to search hard to find ones that also fit the "we are better than you culture")... nauseated just thinking about the experience. read more

Extremely rude cashier. A tall blonde woman who was not wearing a name tag gave the absolute worst service. Refused to give me military discount even though I had my ID with me. On the lululemon website it states that military spouses can receive military discount when shown proof. She claimed that the person who is active in the military is required to be there? Never have I ever been treated so poorly. To top it all of she became quick tempered when I was trying to explain to her that I have used the military discount in the past she refused to even listen. What happened to the customer is always right. Very disappointed to see how this company treats their customers. read more

This store obviously doesn't support the troops and needs some proper training. We spent a good amount of money and when it came time to show our military ID to get our proper military discount - the cashier argued that we had to sign up through the platform online when we had the ID right in front of this that they use to verify anyway. The lady also didn't thank my husband for his service. If a customer is showing you an ID - just take it and give them the discount. So trash - never shopping here again. read more

I called Lululemon in Fort Worth & explained to them I had received defected leggings a few months ago as a gift. They told me to come in & that they would take a look at my leggings to see if they qualify for a Quality Promise exchange. After going to the Lululemon in Fort Worth, they were out of stock of leggings that I was going to exchange for the Quality Promise. They told me to check Lululemon in Southlake and to explain my situation to them and that there should be no issue. They verified that my leggings could be exchanged because of the Quality Promise. When I showed up to the Southlake location, two employees verified that I could take advantage of the Quality Promise since my leggings were defected at the seam and had holes on the butt area. The Fort Worth location also said that the defect at the seam was probably due to a store censor. I spent time trying on different styles and leggings for 30 minutes. The ladies helping me were so sweet. At the register, the cashier was the manager. She was super unwelcoming and dry. She barely lets me explain my situation before she cuts me off and says I have to prove I got the leggings within the past year. The conversation with her was rude and accusatory. The leggings were a gift, so I am not sure how I would be able to prove that. She lets me know I can only qualify for a repair. Even after my initial phone call with the Fort Worth location, the employees at the Fort Worth location telling me I can exchange my leggings, and two employees at Southlake telling me they could exchange my leggings as well, the manager seemed to be the only one who didn't agree. In the past I have never had to prove anything to exchange leggings. I am very disappointed in how I was treated by the manager today. It felt like she was being classist. There is a level of professionalism you have to meet as a manager, and this manager did not meet it. She didn't even smile, listen, or understand. I wasted so much time today and got lied to about a Quality Promise. Super disappointing, shop at a different location. read more

Yes it's just workout wear. Yes it's fancy and girly and a bit pricey. But...listen, some days...you have to treat yourself to a little love that is Lululemon. They are stocked with gear for running, working out, and embracing your inner yoga goddess. I snagged a pair of speed shorts (with a zipper pocket, oh so necessary) and a super fun lightweight pink tank with built in sports bra. The top was on sale and paired with the shorts I didn't do too bad. I also love their socks, headbands and they have great durable yoga mats. Also...check out the chalkboard on the wall up front and they have some free yoga classes listed!! I can dig it. It's basically your one stop shop for workout swag and you are getting quality that will last you a while. It's an investment in yourself. Nice sales people here too. Everyone is all zen and chill. My wife and I went to exchange 1 pair of pants, material was polling badly after only a couple months. Also wanted to get 1 pair fixed. The manager helped her, handled it very unprofessionally. Was quite pompous. First told my wife "our material doesn't pill like this"... Yes it does, it's in your hand. Gave her a very hard time about the exchange, did finally agree, but wanted her to spend above the return value so she could "use all her credit." She opted to get as close as she could without going over which he was not happy about. Regarding the repair... Originally quoted 4 days. Took the pants in and came back to say it has suddenly become 8 days. This experience has turned us off to lululemon. Will stick with underarmour. Great product and we don't need to deal with snooty managers. read more

I have been shopping at this Lululemon Store since it opened. I have shopped at many Lululemon stores, but this is always my go-to. Knowledgable and friendly staff are always helpful in a non-evasive way. They will help to locate items and order them if not available at the store. I love the fact that they keep a guest profile (optional), so I know what sizes and items I have previously purchased. Also, if you need to make an exchange or return, the info is saved to your profile so no need to search for receipts. I realize Lululemon is pricey but you really get what you pay for. Always a good sale rack at the back of the store with lots of selection and sizes. Nice location, plenty of parking, and great shops near-by. read more

She used her experience with the line to help me find what would fit best (I'm a bit top heavy and was worried the bras wouldn't fit). I really like lululemon clothing, however, was a bit frustrated with my most recent visit. I went to return a Christmas gift my husband purchased for me. I had the receipt and was returning about $160 worth of clothing. The person helping me looked at my receipt and told me I could only receive a store credit. I told him that my husband had paid cash. He said that they will only put it back on a credit/debit card or give you a gift card. He went to verify when I said I wanted the cash and came back saying he would go ahead and do it but they are really not supposed to do it because it messes up their cash register counts. What?!? That was the dumbest excuse ever! Makes me really question if I want money tied up in that store! The reason he paid cash was so I could get what I really wanted if I didn't like what he picked out. read more

I bought a pair of leggings about a month ago and I love them except for the fact that they tend to collect lent very easily and one of the seams was coming out of them. I had seen how you could exchange the pair if they weren't performing well enough, and since they were so expensive I want to get my moneys worth. Their quality guarantee is on there website and I thought that it wouldn't be a big deal to exchange them. I even called ahead just to make sure that it would be okay to exchange them in store. When I came in, there were two employees talking at the cashier table and didn't seem interested to talk to me at all. When I told them my issue, they started having a conversation about me when I was clearly standing right there. The lady talked to me about what I use them for and explained that the Align leggings were meant for gentle use since the fabric is so soft. She talked to me in a very condescending way, and I didn't appreciate that at all since she was around the same age as me. She then tried to up-sale me by convincing me that the wonder-under leggings would be better and the fabric wouldn't cause this. I went to get the exact same leggings that I came in with and she told me that she'll do the quality promise today but not again if I have the same issue because now I know. She proceeded to check me out and did exchange them but didn't need to cause that much fuss over something that wasn't a big deal. She didn't even give me a bag- just handed me the new leggings and receipt. The customer service was awful for the amount of money that I spend at that store, and she was very rude for no reason at all. read more

Truly sad that I was given the hardest time trying to return my damaged leggings that supposedly have a life time warranty. Honestly ridiculous being asked what exercises I did in them and for them to baby talk me saying I need different ones, which I knew before going in that these were not the right ones to be doing what I did in them. I will never recommend this store to anyone and would rather drive 40 minutes somewhere else and waste more gas than go here because it was a waste of time. All of the employees were rude and did not know how to speak to customers. Maybe because I did not fit the "lulu" look, or maybe because I wasn't super skinny they decided to treat me like garbage. I have an amazing experience every time I walk in and I feel genuinely welcomed by the educators. They even helped me while I was at school in Pennsylvania because I don't have a Lululemon store anywhere around me up there. I called them because I ordered a pair of leggings online that ended up being too small for me (even though I ordered my usual size) so I wanted to see if I could exchange them. Yes, I could've called a store much closer to me, but this was the location I was most familiar with and comfortable getting help from. Mind you, I'd purchased these leggings several months before making that call and tried wearing them multiple times, so I was expecting them to just tell me there was nothing they could do. To my surprise, the manager I spoke with told me she'd make an exception for me because she "would rather [I] have something to actually wear, enjoy, and sweat in than something that's just going to sit around and collect dust." Through several emails back and forth, she helped me pick out the perfect pair of leggings that I could exchange for and she even covered the shipping fee! Although there was a minor mistake with the shipping label so there was a delay in me receiving my new pair, I did not mind at all because of how kind and understanding the manager was. She even included a handwritten thank you note in my package!!! Such a pleasant surprise that made me smile. I love visiting this Lululemon location and will definitely be there again! read more

I came here January 16th to exchange a pair of pants my mother-in-law had gifted me from Christmas. The employee let me know that the window for exchanging from the holidays had passed (January 9th), but he made an exception for me this one time and said I could only do an exchange right then. Thank you for that. I have never shopped at lululemon before and was unaware of your holiday return policy. I ended up having a $10 store credit after exchanging pants. After walking around I decided on a pair of boxers for my husband. I texted him to ask his size (he's always either a small or medium on all of his clothing). He didn't text back, so I decided to go ahead and get a small and then exchange later if I need be. He texted me back while I was half way home to our crying son who needed to be breastfed that he is a medium in boxers. Well, I'll go back tomorrow I thought. Less than 24 hours later I brought the boxers to the store along with my receipt for an exchange. The employee behind the counter apologized and said they didn't do returns for boxers claiming hygiene issues. He turned to (I think the manager) a lady next to him helping at the other register and asked about the policy to confirm. "Yea, we don't we returns on boxers because of hygiene issues" she said dismissively to me and went back to whatever she was doing. I said, "Okay, so there's nothing I can do?" "No" was his response. I picked the boxers and receipt up off the counter and left, feeling disappointed and frustrated this policy was not communicated to be before my purchase. $24 is on the high end for a pair of boxers. I think (along with I'm sure all consumers) it would be nice to know if they are not returnable or exchangeable before purchase. To this stores' managers: I support your right to refuse any return or exchange, hygiene issue or otherwise, of any merchandise at any time. However, I do not support a non-return/exchange policy that is not communicated to the buyer before the transaction is made. If you train your employees to be so quick to dismiss an exchange because of store policy, you should equally train your employees to communicate this policy to consumers. It's business ethics. Train all your employees to let your consumers know of your non-returnable merchandise that the sale they are about to complete is final. Put up signs next to non-returnable/exchangeable merchandise and/or at your registers. Do you have to? No, of course not. But, put simply, it's just the right thing to do. Why not go ahead and include this into your training so it becomes commonplace during checkout at your store? After reading through your reviews from other consumers, your lack to communicating your return policy is a a common theme, so it may be worth at least a consideration. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went into this location to return a Christmas gift. I had the gift receipt and tags were still on- they told me it was past the return date but they could still do an exchange and I could still get the full value of the item. When I picked something else out and went back up the register a different girl told me that the item I was bringing back was now on sale and I could only get the sale value back. I explained that this was different than what one of their own sale girls had told me and that this policy didn't seem fair since the item had been purchased at full price. In the end, the staff was rude and unhelpful. My sister who purchased the Gift for me even called after I left and spoke to a manager and was given the same argument. Everyone in here was really nice and gave me some pointers on the product, making sure my $100 leggings stayed in tip top shape and that I went home with the correct fit. The prices are a bit scary but I love these leggings! they were recommended by one of my clients and I have to say they are worth it, I wear them so often that it makes more sense to buy 100$ legging that will last you Years and wear all the time than buy a 100$ dress that you will wear once. read more

My wife didn't want them because she read online reviews about the pants coming apart at the seams, which seems strange for $130 pants....anyway I had the order information on my phone in my e-mail but did not have the paperwork that the pants came with so the lady told me should only give me store credit? Really? Did I need to go home and print the e-mail receipt? After I pleaded with her a bit she looked disgusted with me but got a supervisor who was just a rude and gave me a lecture about needing a printed receipt.....after some arguing she gave me my money back. Not to mention they will tell you return dates are within 30 days when you buy but when you try to return they tell you it's only 2 weeks and can only give you store credit...as a courtesy. And if your item was purchased at full price but is on sale at the time of return they will only give you store credit for the sale amount. Stupidest policy. If you have any reason to bring something into the store to hem be sure to prove you bought it or they'll treat you like a thief. They say they'll alter any Lululemon item for the life of it but what they don't say is you might have to prove you bought it. Firstly, I love their products. Secondly, for the most part the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The other day I brought in a pair of their "Inspire Tight II" because of damage and they exchanged it without question. Hence, I give the store more than 1 star. I returned today during my lunch break to exchange an item and hem another. Let's just say if they suspect some sort of suspicious behavior they won't hesitate to say it very loudly while you're in a dressing room. For that reason I chose not to have the item altered at that location because I have no intention of patronizing it again. I don't keep receipts for items I wear and which I purchased months ago. The Southlake store is the closest to my office but I'll just drive to Dallas or Plano. I don't spend money at their price point to have my integrity questioned publicly. While I understand an employee is trying to be diligent in preventing inventory shrinkage they might want to consider some tact. I'll happily pay for product I want because theirs is quality but manners should come free of charge. By the way I exchanged an item (FOR WHICH I HAD A RECEIPT) for an item that is MORE EXPENSIVE.
