I was trying to make a return at the Stonebriar location on November 28th, 2018 and I had my original receipt from my online order and another exchange receipt when I went to Express previously on my last visit to exchange the sweater I wanted to return on this visit for another size. This time I decided I wanted to just return the sweater because I did not like the fit of the exchanged size either. The employee first attempted to return the sweater and she said she couldn't due to willow bend Express having exchanged the sweater and marked the Exchange as "Exchange Only." She then went to a manager I believe or another more experienced employee. This second employee was extremely rude to me from the minute she started talking to me! She had a raised voice and attitude. She did not apologize nor offer any courses of solutions besides just telling me I had to go to Willowbend Express to fix this error cause it was there fault and that there was nothing she could do about at Express Stonebriar (this employee had dark black hair and olive toned skin). Overall, I had a terrible experience at this Express and I will not be shopping here anymore!

My order was extremely simple, just a navy jacket, white shirt, navy pants. I specified I wanted navy several times, and made it clear that i needed wider pants at the ankles to accommodate my boots. Was fitted, left the store, all seemed fine. What I received when I picked up my order was very wrong. Wrong color, wrong size pants, jacket fit different, nothing that i was fit for/asked for was right except the shirt. Was told by the store manager (Tamara) over the phone that we would receive a full refund. Tamara was kind and helpful. I went in to the store on time to return the suit and get the refund. I was met by the other store manager, Caesar, since Tamara was out, and he immediately met me very hostile and proceeded to insinuate that I was lying to him about the phone call I had with the other manager. He then told me that he could only give me half my money back, and then said he could give it all back except $20. Do not shop/rent for an event at this store. They will get your order wrong and then fight to not give you your money back, and insinuate that you're a liar while they're at it.

For starters, I own a hotel on the beach and I know the quality that this store carries, it never disappoints so this review is based on customer service. The product sells itself. When I arrived at the water park and realized my swimsuit tie back was left at home and I had no suit, I looked up the nearest store. Despite what my gut said when I called the number 4 minutes before they opened (thinking they won't answer), I called and a friendly voice answered. "This is Denise, how can I help you" point 1. I explained that I was incredibly large breasted and she was happy to help. When I arrived, she went above and beyond to help fit me for the perfect suit. I got two. Her customer service was fantastic and I would recommend this location to anyone with a tricky frame to work with. Good for you Ms. Denise for taking pride in your store. Keep up the good work!

Whether it is sizes you are looking for or styles you are looking for, they pretty much have you covered here. The value here is pretty apparent.
