Coach factory has made it exclusivity by attracting the more streamlined customers. Although most products here are designed specifically for these outlet locations they are still of high quality. I went last Saturday to this location for a quick "treat yourself" shopping session. I walked in for the first time and was so excited! It was near closing time, around 5:45 and the store had about 8 shoppers. The man on the floor was with other customers and I figured he would help me as soon as he was free. As I was looking at the wallets, I could see him walk around the floor but he did not approach me. I've wanted a backpack for leisure and went to checkout the sale section. I found one I loved but it was high on the shelf and he never acknowledged me or asked if he could help. I continued shopping but I felt uncomfortable as I was deciding which wallet to purchase--I noticed the man watching me and walking around but he never spoke to me or offered suggestions--by now I was in the store with 3 or so people. The person at the register, a blond shift manager, I supposed, asked if anyone helped me and I stated that I didn't even receive a greeting. She apologized and was kind, it was a great interaction! The man was rude--he chose to ignore me and I believe based on my appearance, he perceived I was not worth helping. Nice bags... was here with my wife earlier... I saw an Asian couple shopping and was given an attitude by the employees/ I can say somewhat ignored. The employee response was curt...employee was black, i will not mention her name. The other lgbtq was almost the same to her. We were not mistreated but I feel bad for the couple. Still, The couple bought plenty of items, thanks to the other employee who assisted them, I hope she gets the commission if there is any. My wife told me not to say anything or ignore the attitude or mistreatment. Another one, when it was our turn to pay, I can't help to notice the overweight lady on the cashier that does not smile, I noticed her I watch was too tight....again, my wife told me to keep quiet. To the white overweight cashier, please smile, it is not the end of the world. If you are not happy with your work, find another job. There are job openings at the food court. ... and don't tell you customers to return the items that they picked, you are paid to serve your customers. Be nice to all the customers read more

I visited this location on Tuesday 11/10/20 afternoon. I stopped at this coach store to purchase a couple items. First of all, we were not greeted. Second, once I did find a purse and the wallet, we went to the checkout line and no one was there. It seemed like all the employees were either on the floor or in the back. We waited for over five minutes, and no one was at the register! We had to call the store to ask if anyone was working the front. The lady that answered the phone was super sweet and apologized and The person that was on the floor apologized as well and began to check us out. The manager I believe his name is Steve, he's this older bald man. He was blatantly rude to both of us, he came out and said, lI was only back there for one minute, sorry you had to wait one minute!"Which was not true because we wouldnt have a reason to call the store if that were true. The manager on duty never apologized, but instead he kept stating well I am sorry you had to wait one minute. He came up and talk to us twice but never once apologized and kept insisting that we were in the wrong for a Calling the store and asking to see if anyone was working the register. It seems to me he was supposed to be manning the front, but he was not there because he was probably in the back on his phone. So I ended up leaving without purchasing the items because he was just too horrible to deal with. And the person I came in with let Steve the manager know that you're losing a sell today because of the way he is acting and he answered back, "oh well!" I do not recommend the store I have shopped here several times but this was a horrible experience. Steve or whatever the managers name is, should not be a person with a manger position especially when he cannot understand simple customer service edict. He is not friendly person and someone needs to take notice. It's shameful that his employees are better at providing their customers a great service when their manager they are suppose to be under, is ill mannered. One of my most horrible shopping transactions to date. Was told Coach had a lifetime warranty. I took a purse back to be repaired after having for 1-2 years and paid $20 to have it shipped to be repaired. Store called to tell me that it was irreparable and would give me a 40% coupon towards future purchase. Purse actually only has a 1 yr guarantee. Really?? Why would I spend more money to buy a poor quality product from them???? When I called this store that I purchased it from, the manager refused to talk to me and just told the store associate to tell me to call customer service. I will not shop here again! read more
