I was surprised when I came to pick up my slacks today that somebody - perhaps the manager - made the effort to quietly pull me aside and apologize. Customer service around the holidays is close to Hell on Earth, so the fact that he bothered said a lot about his professionalism. Kudos to him. Wish I'd thought to ask his name. My father has dementia and frankly it gets hard to shop for him. He doesn't really go anywhere or do anything and textures can be an issue. Most of the time I end up spending money on something he never ends up using. But I ended up finding some really good deals here after striking out elsewhere. I got him a sweater, 1/4 zip fleece pullover, and some cushy socks. Also a Star wars T-shirt for my nephew. And absolutely EVERYTHING was on sale. I paid a great price for all of these things. Checkout was super quick, and I left happy. I have also ordered several pair of their tekgear leggings and have nothing but good things to say. I'm going to have to come back to Kohls.
