Worst experience at any store ever! Went in there 4/7 about 8:30 pm was waiting in line & now…read morenoticed why a female employee looked annoyed at an older man. while i waited in line, an older gentleman was asked if he stole anything and was told to empty out his pockets and open his wallet which he did & showed the bag of items he purchased. I saw the Latina employee standing aggressively and she had no mask on. She was teasing the man & asked another Latina employee to come over & talk to him or search him mind you she was also Latina & spoke Spanish. The line was very long (8-10 in line). We watched him empty out his pockets & open his wallet & he even said that he had showed everything & that if he had to he would take off his boots & show her. She pulled out her phone & looked like she made a call all while looking like she enjoyed embarrassing him. This man looked like he had a long day of manual labor & looked very tired & looked embarrassed! I felt so bad for him! He kept waving his wallet by the detectors which made it go off. I told her "you're worried about something that can maybe fit in his wallet BUT you're working w/ no mask on!" (She didn't even have one hanging from her face nor in her hands!) The lady in front of me agreed & so did the cashier who seemed of Indian heritage. She said I'm so scared of COVID & I keep telling her about her mask & she doesn't care, thank you for saying that" The Latina lady w/o the mask told me "y tu chingaos que/ or tu quién chingaos eres?! (& you what the fuck/ who the fuck are you) " y las máscaras ya no importan (& the masks don't matter anymore) Then she looked mad & said "o que, no entiendes? (Or what? You don't understand?" (Pretty much translates to "mind your fucken business) looked at cashier & customers & said "now she just cussed out a customer in Spanish wow!" Definitely not too friendly, but certainly not rude. Sometimes when they are stocking it is annoying when you can't get to things with all the stock carts everywhere. But, overall, I like this store better than other discount stores in the area.
