This is probably the one establishment is the entire DFW area that I have gone to the most but for some reason never reviewed. I find it interesting and honestly thought I had reviewed it, but obviously I have not. Or, maybe it's like my elite badge and it just disappeared. Yelp giveth, and Yelp taketh away. In the many times I have been here I have always been impressed with the service and selection. The shelves are always organized and well-stocked. The staff has always had or been able to find the answers to any questions I have. Today's visit brought me in for a charging cord . I visited the women's accessories department looking for bag charms and spent approximately 15 minutes trying to locate the item without receiving any assistance. Three employees were working in the area and appeared to notice that I was having difficulty, but no one greeted me or offered to help. One employee repeatedly positioned herself with her back toward me, and the employees were sometimes standing in the way while I was trying to view the merchandise. I also overheard the employees openly complaining about the store while on the sales floor. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and made it unnecessarily difficult to shop. I hope store leadership addresses customer engagement and professionalism in this department. read more

Store is fine but the snack bar is never actually open. Literally every single time I go here, I never see popcorn, hotdogs Pizza Hut stuff, etc. like do they even ever have someone working with snack bar? The menu of the snack bar says they have those things but I never see anyone behind the snack bar counter and I never see those things. Popcorn machine is empty. Never see hotdogs on the rotating grill thing and the pizza display is ALWAYS empty. At this point they should just close it down and have just the Starbucks. This target honestly sucks. It's really messy and they don't have as much selection as the other stores. I've ordered pick up from here a couple of times & the processing time for pick up orders takes multiple hours. I placed a pick up order for ONE SINGLE ITEM last night at 9:30 pm & it is STILL processing the next morning at 9 am. I tried to call to see if they could possibly process it faster, nobody answered the first time. The second time I called, someone answered but I only heard muffling and moving around like they had the phone in their pocket. I will probably just go to other locations going forward because I've never had a good experience at this location. read more

This is the closest Target to me. It's clean and well organized like most Targets, but unfortunately, too often than not the items I am looking for are either out of stock (even if showing as in stock on the Target app). It seems just going in store is the most efficient way to shop at this location. Nonetheless, they are speedy when it comes to drive up orders, so that's a plus! I've tried Shipt once. That's the service similar to Instacart where they deliver to your home. The experience was convenient, but a little subpar since my shopper had a language barrier. Still a great service though. I'll be back to this store because it's near home and Target is bae, but I may stop elsewhere on the way home. The Euless location is better in my opinion. read more

If I could give one star I would. This is NOT my normal target and now I see why. I did a DRIVE UP order for a few things, including almond milk. As soon as I got home and brought groceries in, I noticed the milk carton was swollen and expanded - which let me know the milk was spoiled. I looked at the expiration date and it said 5/31 - well today is 5/29 .. so what sense does that make? None. I got back on the freeway; went to customer service (the milk was still cold and it hadn't been to long between picking it up and me driving back) I tried to explain to the customer service personnel and he told me to just go grab another one. I told him no - that HE could grab it. If I wanted to shop then I wouldn't have done drive up. The customer service and apparently groceries here are BAD. I would NOT recommend. Even trying to file a complaint was a hassle. read more

Not a lot to say about Target except they are consistent. Consistently clean and have a nicer shopping experience compared to some of the similar stores like them. I love that there is a Starbucks because I have to have my coffee fix! This is a win win situation because when I have coffee (WIN for me) I shop longer (WIN for Target). This place is pretty simple. Most Targets are all the same and this one does not feel special. The store was extremely clean and there were multiple registers open when I wanted to check out. Not too many specials but I was able to find what I needed. This place may not have many specials but the specials you do find are pretty good. The wine selection is quite impressive. I was able to grab about 5 meals with a bottle of wine for about $15 each. Pretty good meals also. read more

In 20+ years, I have moved often within the US including, LA, NY, Scottsdale, AZ, Seattle, and more. Target was usually a good choice for my shopping, since they have groceries as well as a good selection of household items. I also travel for work, so I often stop by Target on my layovers. Unfortunately, this Grapevine store is the closest store to my house. I have been to this store twice in the past week and was very disappointed both times. First of all, the lines for the cashier were long both times. Only two or three actual cashier lines were open but they have only 4 self checkouts available. And when I was checking out even one of them was out of service. Then there was a shopper, who had two carts full of items! There is no limit for the number of items you can purchase in the self checkout line, so she was there forever! Somehow, there were four employees, who seemed to be managers, hanging around between self checkouts and the customer service. Look at the long line, will you? I understand they may have a shortage of employees, but assess the situation and open up the cashier lines! The second time, I was there, same thing. Long lines for checkout, not enough checkouts. Secondly, the store layout is not efficient. The ones I used to go are easier to shop. Even the first time shopping at a store, I can find items easily. However, I had to find a section I was looking for in this store. I understand this store has limited floor plan. Only one entrance and exit, so this store is smaller than stores I am used to. I am a Target whore. There I said it. And I'm not ashamed of it either....so when I had to come here to get the vacuum cleaner that the target near me didn't have, I was like where have you been all my life? This Target seems to have it together a little more than my "home" target on Glade. Although, it's not a Super Target, they still have some food isles in the back, and today I discovered they added a small section for produce, some meat, and dairy. Sweet! I'm the single gal in the city, so that's really all I need. NOT TO MENTION, the clearance racks here are FAR BETTER than any of the Targets that I frequent. In the past 3 months, I have scored so many snazzy teacher clothes here that I am going to win best dressed when I am in that classroom...chile!!!! Tip: Go in the morning before everything gets picked over and there aren't any crowds......I usually stroll in about 9 am Monday mornings....grab a coffee at the Sbux.....and shop my little heart out...at the clearance racks of course, because I look good in $6 jeans.... read more

the staff is really helpful here, and I was able to actually find my Nature Valley coconut butter biscuits which are hard to find anywhere. also you can get excellent frozen dinners that I was able to put in my hotel refrigerator and enjoy throughout the entire week. This Target has terrible customer service. I tried to return some items for my daughter. I didn't have her credit card or the receipt with me. He said if I could get her card number he could look up the receipt and do the returns. He stood there while I bothered my daughter at work and had her text a picture of the card to me. When I told him I had it he said he had to have the physical card. What a jerk! Why did he tell me he just needed the number, then stand there and watch me call my daughter to text a picture to me??? I typically impressed with targets customer service especially compared to rivals such as Walmart but I was extremely impressed by the manger Tea with a ladybug sticker on her name tag that I had to write this review. I just came here to browse. It was a few days after Valentine's day and there were so many empty shelves because they were getting ready to put their Easter stuff up. No idea why it was mid day and they still didn't have all their Easter stuff up and ready. The store looked like a mess with so many empty shelves. You know what's alternately embarrassing and a source of pride for me? Walking into Target knowing that every single item of clothing I'm wearing is from there. So groceries here are cheaper than Tom Thumb and you can get their badass frozen stuff, like delicious samosas, spanakopita, and amazing Thai rice. They have the bread I like, they never run out of chocolate Silk soy milk, and they sell Seven Deadly Zins, my favorite cheap zinfandel. Even better, and ladies you already know this, they have adorable clothes on the cheap. In fact, I can't write an unbiased review of Target. Several years ago, I had to freeze my Target card in a chunk of ice and when it finally came time to close it out, I had to eat a bunch of shitty Chinese takeout with an entire bottle of wine before I could call and face the truth. The only good thing about that call? The Indian call center guy who told me, as I was hanging up and fighting back tears, that I "have the voice to light up a million smiles." Thank you Target. Oh target how you like to take my money. This is a little smaller target than what I'm used too ... I actually live closer too two super targets so the smaller ones always seem dwarfed to me. Yet this is the target that I've generally been a customer of the longest because of the proximity to places I've worked & having gone to high school in the area. I love the $1 area by the front of the store for getting kids gifts. I've actually found more useful stuff in this targets $1 bins than I have at the super targets. In that area back in October I found $1 white boards so I picked up $15 for the kiddo's kindergarten classroom, and when I checked out they were actually included them in school supply clearance so they we're .50 cents each! Generally this store can be a little bit of a mess in expected areas ... seasonal areas, toys, movies, etc. I'm usually able to forgive it cause most of the time I can find what I needed and leave in a reasonable fashion. This is the only target I've been in where they will have a good most of their lanes open when they are busy. I guess its because its a smaller store so for safety they cant have longer lines into the hallways ... but at the super targets I go to, even when they have really long lines they never seem to have more than 4 lanes open and instead of having a 5th they start sending people to customer service or cafe instead of opening another lane. Here they pull people from departments to at least open two more lanes! I can forgive messy for quick check out lanes. read more

Bullshit. They're BOGO 50% off "deals" are bullshit. They are not 50% off like you may think. They are only like that when buying them individually. If you buy 4 products participating in the deal you get 25% off. Someone at Target thought it was good idea to split the deal across multiple products. So no, you aren't getting 50% off all the products, you are getting 50% off on those 2 who are supposed to be 50% off each. It's Fu**ing Bullshit and you just lost a customer :) read more

It wasn't there so he looked it up in the system and tried to locate it for me at a nearby Target. He even called over to that store to ask that they hold it for me. Good ol' target its got a bit more high class atmosphere to it than wal-mart.(if thats even possible) well the service is great, however the return staff is stingy and sometimes make it hard for you to return stuff conveinently. They are very well stocked although the grocery store sometimes doesn't have the best selection. the prices are usually decent but not as cheap as wal-mart if cheap is what youre going for. hey, it's a chain superstore, what can i say. read more

Very difficult location to work with. I ordered a TV on line. It arrived days before it was scheduled. It arrived on Thanksgiving Day. I am out of town for the holiday. I called and they would do nothing to help me. NOTING. Told me I could login and extend it one day which would not have helped. Training your staff to have a little bit of customer service would be great at the customer service desk. A note on the TV letting other members know I would get it on Monday would have been simple and easy but customer service was too hard for them. read more

Garbage place. 1. The atm only lets you have $200 even though it's days up to $400. 2. Went to ask the female manager for help, but she said she couldn't do anything about it and continued to laugh and joke with her co-worker (you know, because having fun is more important than helping your customers, right?) 3. I had a less than wonderful shopping experience at Target today and I didn't like to lodge a complaint. I was at your Target located at 1101 Ira E Woods Ave,Grapevine,TX,76051, this afternoon. After confirming a Cartwheel discount of $5 for $30 Halloween costumes, I picked a costume with an online sticker of $25.86 and a pair of glittered glove which was not on sale at $7 (couple of items totaling over $30). A cashier named Tatiana wasn't able to scan the $5 coupon and asked me whether these items were from Halloween costume section. When I replied "of course, they are from Halloween costume section", she said "I just question". Talk about rude! Another cashier came by and also couldn't scan the coupon, and then, another stated that the glitter gloves weren't considered costume. I went back to the Halloween items section and took pictures to show that the items were from Halloween section. Even after showing the pictures, I wasn't able to convince cashier. I was finally able to take costumes to the customer service and the cashier there had absolutely no problem scanning $5. I was given an obnoxious treatment frm Tatiana and on top of being told that I was weird, I was also subjected to nasty looks. Tatiana never apologizes for her actions, and my Halloween shopping experience was totally ruined. read more

This is a great Target and I'm surprised that since their is a Wal-Mart & a Sam's club across the highway that they couldn't make this a Super Target. The shopping center has lost some stores so why not blow it up and do it real big. I'm sure the fine people of Grapevine need to save some dough out there plus regular folk like me shop there on occasion. Since I'm speaking for the common man the store is well stocked and always clean. They have a great selection of men's clothes and electronics. Just make sure you get there early if there are any major sales because the shopping vultures do make their way out here.
