I am also pleasantly surprised by the number of dresses they stock (way more than similar stores like Ross and Marshall's). Anything you are tempted to look for on Amazon, get here instead, and it will be cheaper and of much higher quality. I am extremely pleased with the glass mugs, bath towels, soap dishes, and cutting boards I picked up this year. I also found a lovely dress for family pictures. The cashiers are careful about wrapping and bagging my breakable purchases. What not to love: All Home Goods/TJMaxx (and nearly every "discount" store I have ever seen) are a mess - too many items stacked on the shelves, and bargain hunters dishevel everything even more rooting through the stock. This one is probably worse than average; be prepared to dig through piles to make your finds. This location is awful when it comes to wait time at the checkout. It was much better during my last visit, with many more cash registers open (so maybe they are improving?), but my first two visits necessitated 45 minutes of standing in line at the checkout. Ridiculous. Overall: Home Goods/TJ Maxx stock amazing bargain items, but if you have the option, there are better locations.

Unlike other stores, you don't have to wait until the end of the season to enjoy discounts. Kirkland's makes it possible to enjoy special purchases right away, which has always kept me coming back. This time, though, something went very wrong. I had been eyeing a mirror for over six months, but it was out of my budget. However, eventually I knew Kirkland's would come through and offer one of their great sales. And I was thrilled when I received an email showing it at 50% off, 50% off, I couldn't believe it and couldn't wait to enjoy my mirror. While traveling outside, I discovered there was a Kirkland's nearby. Excited, I rushed to the store with the picture and SKU. To my disappointment, I was told the mirror was not part of the promotion or this particular item was only available online. Slightly discouraged but not upset, I decided I would just order it online. Unfortunately, because we were in a rural area, the wifi wasn't strong, so my daughter suggested we wait until we got closer to Alliance to complete the purchase and by then we discovered that it was indeed offered in the store. The promotion looked fresh, so I wasn't worried. But this is where the experience turned unexpectedly negative. I stopped by the Alliance Town Center location (9550 Sage Meadow Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76177), I was treated in a way that felt dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly, borderline discriminatory. When I walked in, no one was at the register. A clerk soon arrived with another customer, so I waited patiently. Another associate approached me, and I explained I was looking for a particular mirror. She discovered there were four in the back, but instead of simply resolving the matter, she repeatedly apologized without explanation, kept looking nervously toward other customers, and even whispered to the manager in a way that made me feel like I was being accused of something. I wasn't sure what was happening, but the whole interaction felt odd and uncomfortable. Eventually, I had the opportunity to visit with the manager and was able to explain what transpire with the other store. However, the manager told me the promotion had ended Sunday and had the other store simply rang up the mirror it would have shown 50% off. I understand promotions have deadlines and wasn't upset about a mistake. Situation, circumstances, mistakes happen. What upset me was the way I was treated: shuffled around, made to wait twice, ignored while other customers were checked out ahead of me, and I left with a sense that I was being handled rather than helped. As I was leaving, the one associate condescending remarked, "Well, you can purchase the mirror at full price," only to be hushed by the manager. I don't understand why it had to be that way. Maybe the staff were having a bad day, maybe they don't enjoy their work, but it was a terrible customer experience, and in my strongest opinion both the associate and the manager did not represent Kirkland's well. I still LOVE Kirkland's and will continue to shop there, but sadly, I'll now go out of my way to avoid that store. I am still hopeful that I'll be able to purchase the mirror someday, but this experience left me disappointed and disheartened. Oh, and the customers that I was push back at the end of the line behind them. They were super people, better people than these two staff members.

Either people are expecting them to have furniture readily available, or they aren't asking any questions/ not listening during the selling process. I thought I would add my experience. We came to living spaces late 2020 soon after they opened. I had been hearing the commercials on the radio and was pretty excited to check out the new location in north Fort Worth. Immediately upon entering the store/warehouse, we were impressed. Living spaces is organized in a way that you can enter various mock-houses to see how products look in a home, similar to ikea. We spent some time roaming, didn't really go around the mattresses, and eventually ended up around the couches. LOTS of helpful reps at the front and roaming a bit. They are not pushy and will NOT continue to bother you. If you prefer someone following you around, maybe go to Conns furniture? My husband and I had been talking about getting a new couch for quite some time, and the couches at living spaces were gorgeous. I had already made up my mind to buy one in that moment, ha! A representative wandered around towards us and we were done for. The rep explained that these are all CUSTOM couches where we could decide the configuration and materials used and that BUILDING the couch would take MONTHS. We were fine with this. We made our choices, had a pleasant experience, and left. We had been told that we could call during the process and it would probably take 2-3 months for the couch to be built and shipped. Two weeks later, they called us to confirm the shipping address. At some point in time the wrong zip code had been entered and they asked us to come in. We came in and were notified that because the shipping address was changed, it would delay they couch another two weeks. For our troubles, they waived our delivery. We were fine with this. I called probably every 3 weeks and things seemed to be going smoothly. I kept asking for a delivery date, but they were just giving me a week range. Around 2 weeks before our proposed delivery date, I started getting day updates when I would call. "It will likely be between the 15th and the end of March." Ok, that's a bit more specific. One day I got a rep on the phone who gave me the tracking website and I began using that instead of calling. A few days later, we got the email to schedule our delivery! The truck came early in the day and the delivery employees put together our couch, cleaned up their mess, and took our old couch. We gave them a nice tip . We love our couch so much!

I went into the Fort Worth Living Spaces with my mother, who is handicapped, to buy a loveseat…read moreand a recliner. She fell in love with a power loveseat that happened to be the floor model. Great. Except Living Spaces would not deliver it to her home in Mineral Wells because floor models don't qualify. So a handicapped woman was told to arrange her own hauling. Living Spaces then recommended a third-party mover called Lugg, and she paid over two hundred dollars out of pocket to get furniture home from a furniture store. The loveseat arrived shrink-wrapped and boxed by Living Spaces staff - without the power cord. A power loveseat with no power cord is a piece of furniture that does not work. That's not the mover's error. That's your warehouse. We tried calling the store repeatedly. It is apparently impossible. Every number routes to a call center that cannot reach the actual location or verify anything about the actual item. So the only way to resolve a thirty-second question was for me to drive to the store in person the next morning. To be clear: every employee I dealt with was kind and helpful. The warehouse worker found the cords immediately and knew exactly what had happened. This is not a people problem, it is a Living Spaces problem - a policy that offloads delivery onto disabled customers, a packing process with no final check, and a phone system designed to prevent customers from reaching anyone accountable. They gave ten percent off. Meanwhile I am spending my third day of a holiday weekend driving two hours round trip to Mineral Wells to plug in a cord your staff forgot - because my mother physically cannot do it herself. Ten percent doesn't cover that. Do better.

It was totally worth the drive though, and merchandise changes daily! Most of the items they have are Target brands so you pretty much know what you are getting in terms of quality. Some items are discontinued from Target and some are currently on the website, however, they beat all the current prices. Some pieces were 50% off the website price and some were closer to 25% off (like the couch and tv stand I purchased). Delivery is available within a certain radius for $60 which is super reasonable. Jean helped me find what I needed and made sure the guys were able to deliver to my area. I'll update when I get my stuff delivered in a week or so!

Shipments are received weekly so you'll always find new items. They're always pushing inventory onto the floor so nothing is stocked in the back. If you see something you like, you better grab it because chances are it won't be there the next time nor will it be restocked! This store is a combo store so they are connected to TJ Maxx. Purchases for both stores can be rung up together. For bigger items such as furniture, rugs, and paintings, these items can be held at the front while you continue to shop. Just ask an associate for assistance. They have a cool help button in that section now so you don't have to flag someone down. Again, snag these up items when you see them, because they could be gone by the time you come back after browsing. You can find items for every room in your home, from living room furniture to bedding and bath and all the kitchen things! I love to cook so that's my favorite section. They even have little sections for pets, kids, storage, office accessories, and gourmet foods as well. It's pretty neat finding unique items for the home under one roof. I've spotted brand names like Mikasa, T-Fal, and even All-Clad in the kitchen section. Ralph Lauren, Nautica, and Eddie Bauer in the bedding section. Ghiradelli chocolates and specialty treats. Kate Spade picture frames and Rae Dunn everywhere! I'm a new fan of this brand! They have everything from kitchenware, to pet dishes, to Christmas ornaments. Parking can be challenging on the weekends as it is located in the busy Presidio Town Crossing shopping center. There are some parking on the side between HomeGoods and Old Navy but even that is limited. The checkout line can also be long on the weekends, but I understand some purchases require a little extra care...ie wrapping fragile ceramics. Be patient people! So many gripes and eyes rolling from fellow customers. Customer service is great. There are always associates walking around. The store is generally neat and organized. It's not easy keeping it in tip top shape with so many customers coming in and out. I've been coming here almost weekly and even though I love it, I may need an intervention soon :)

Yes, Hobby Lobby had the cow blanket sets in stock and in different sizes. They also had sheet sets and throws! But they're polyester too unfortunately so I had to pass. I also purchased a power pack and realized that I did not need it. However, the store will not take the power pack back because I don't have the original box which, the movers took with them when they left the chair. How horrible since I have never used the power pack and have had the chair plugged in the entire time. A friend of mine purchased a chair at the same time (we spent over $6,000 dollars that day) and she also has had nothing but problems as it took over three months for her chair to arrive. I would not recommend this store. I am so disappointed that they will not take my power pack back when not having the box is no fault of mine.
