If I could give a ZERO review, I would. Here is why- 1. Delivery took 2 months - one was because of inclement weather, which I understand, but charged another delivery fee!!! Unbelievable. Had to dispute that a few times. 2. The order that came was incorrect. I did not order a table and they said it was part of the set so I have no choice. The sales rep said they were separate pieces so no that is a lie or the rep doesn't know his products 3. I call and finally convince them that it was not ordered and I would like a refund so they say ok. 4. Relieved I am thinking wait a minute. What about restocking fee? I notice that they are charging me a restocking fee. Why???? I didn't order it. I live 2 hours away so difficult to drive in. But they say, go to the store. One says I will get refunded there, but the manager says she doesn't know. I asked to be directed to billing and she says there are no numbers for them. What!?!? 3. Now I am really angry with this service and I ask to be transferred to the store and she says she can not. Wow. I used to be a fan of Licung Spaces. (Small fabric balls formed) We purchased a $500 warranty Because the salesperson said if we bought that warranty, we could get the couch cushions and covers replaced as many times as we wanted. I purchased a rug and runner for a new residence and didn't open the rug until my move in date. The rug is poor quality, low profile and looks like it was from China. Called to return the rug still in the original bags and told there is a 7 DAY return for all products and that I couldn't return the rugs. Who has a 7 DAY RETURN? A company who sells poor quality and hopes the consumer doesn't see the return details before a purchase. This is a way to create real frustration by consumers to never purchase from a Living Spaces. Update! Living spaces social media team asked me to email them to assist. Pointless. They responded instantly to my email stating they could assist with a refund. I asked for clarification if it was for the sofa or the warranty. About 3-4 days go by and they finally respond to me. Tell me I can only do anything through the warranty company, which already rejected my claims for the defects. They then send me a document showing how I can cancel the warranty. Here's the issue: I specifically asked the sales person when I purchased this sofa about the protective coating. She said if it ever wore off they would redo it no problem without charge to make sure the sofa stays protected. As you can see after a year of low use this is the condition of my sofa. I spent $5k for low quality products and for a warranty I can't use. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LIVING SPACES! The quality is subpar and the customer service is useless. I STRONGLY advise against purchasing the warranty service offered by this company WarrantyService.com (seriously- that's what it's called) My experience with them has been incredibly frustrating. I filed a claim for my less than year old couch due to an accident caused by a pen mark (which is "covered" by their warranty description) but despite providing all the necessary documentation, my claim was repeatedly denied without clear explanation. They said the pen mark was caused by "normal wear" which in my opinion is not a pen mark- do you know anyone that marks their couches with pen on a regular day? The sales people push it like they will cover anything. They do NOT. Don't be fooled. The customer service team was unhelpful, offering no real solutions and showing little interest in resolving the issue. Went to get a mattress bag cover since one didn't come when my new mattress came. Went to the store and the employee in the revive center did not only greet me as I walked to him. He was going to super slowly get the plastic bag rolled up. I then helped and assisted to fold the mattress bag. I then asked for one more for my adjustable base that is not that big compared to a mattress. The employee insisted that it would not fit and went back and forward with me. With the peg/legs off, the base is roughly if not the same since as the mattress. I don't want the electrical ports on the base to mess up so I was going to bag it like the mattress to keep fresh. I think laziness and the lack to wanting to tare another bag off the roll and fold it up, as if I wasn't going to help and do it for him. Just strange service, not like it was busy with the 5 cars in the parking lot. GREAT COMMERCIALS AND JINGLE, LOUSY SERVICE I went to the Living Spaces location in Fort Worth. The rep placed an open order online for me for a coffee table & end table. Once I got home, I decided to complete the purchase. I placed the order and went to set up delivery. Since there was an extra charge on top of the normal delivery charge to have them delivered on Monday, I opted to have them delivered to family on Tuesday. When there would not be family available on Tuesday, I called to change the delivery and pay the extra charge for Monday delivery. It doesn't matter that there is a local number online, all calls go to the home office in another state. The person at the home office said they don't deliver to my area on Mondays, even with the additional charge. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that none were available. This was Thursday and the rep said she would have a manager from the Fort Worth store call me within 24 hours. After not receiving a call, I drove to the store on Sunday to pick up the tables myself. I was told that I was welcome to drive to a warehouse in Grand Prairie to pick them up and that delivery wasn't available in my area on Mondays. Again, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told there wasn't one there. I asked for a number to reach the manager and was told there wasn't one. At that point I canceled my order. This time, the delivery team took pictures before and after their departure, a sign of the times. In today's world of technology, these security measures are necessary, and honestly, I have no issue with it. However, had they done this the first time, there would have been no questions about anyone's integrity or Living Spaces attempting to shift blame onto a loyal customer. What I haven't received, though, are the other two pieces of furniture that were promised by the end of the same week. January has come and gone, and I'm still waiting. I'll give it a little more time, but if nothing is resolved, I'm done. I'm exhausted, frustrated, and completely drained by the endless promises that never amount to anything. Living Spaces as a large, clean, well organized, furniture showroom with an overwhelming selection of furniture, rugs, and home decor items to look through. We did not purchase anything, so this review is only on the browsing experience. The showroom is easily the size of a Walmart supercenter, larger than Rooms to Go, Ashley, or Stacy's. We are looking for a sofa and some chairs, and found more to sit on than we needed. The varieties spanned styles and colors. Each item had a QR code on the tag that opened a webpage with selectable color and fabric options. We found several items that would work for us before having to leave for dinner. We left with several ideas and colors to think about. Prices seem a little high, expected for a large operation like this. We did not engage the sales people, though the ones who approached us were courteous and hands off. A bar was available in the back, with what looked like a margarita machine that was not in operation. A large children's play area is also closed for the pandemic, but looked to be elaborate and likely to bring kiddos back for more fun. If we purchase here, I'll update the review. I came in hopes of leaving with a new bed I kind of already knew the brand I wanted. I think a lady with a name tag that said "Julie" so she told us they"we aren't commissioned so you no one will be hovering over you". We go to the revive bed section, the guy helps and we go to finance and he gives me a QR code for affirm, it took $1217 and then i was told that it was t showing on there side. We walk to the front desk for help, where there were 2 older women, after the situation was explained they said " well it's not showing up on our end, so call your bank or affirm." And when I asked what they were going to do to help fix the problem they were like it's nothing we can do. Soon after it was up to 8 employees Just standing at the desk, talking instead of trying to help, just people being nosey. As with everyone else who has left a similar review, the furniture quality is terrible. Especially for the price. We purchased a $5,000 down feather sectional with matching ottoman. Wrong ottoman was delivered resulting in months of fighting with customer service for the correct ottoman. Finally delivered and had a huge gash in the bottom fabric. Got that fixed and now the sofa is shedding an EXCESSIVE amount of feathers. I'm mortified when our friends and family complain when they get poked by feathers constantly sticking out of our new sofa. Feathers are constantly scattered all over our floor. We've only had the sofa for 4 months and Living Spaces considers this "normal wear and tear". Save yourself the headache (and money) and shop elsewhere. read more

I hate that I don't have the option to give zero stars, or even negative stars... but I guess 1 star will have to do. I DESPISE this company! I took a trip to Living Spaces and found the perfect cabinet for my home. I sought out someone who could help me... and before submitting my payment, I was given a day for delivery. I accepted the terms and conditions for delivery on that day, and paid my balance. The night before delivery was supposed to happen, I received a text confirming the delivery the next day and a 3 hour time frame in which my item would be delivered. Awesome. I took the day off of work to be home and I made sure everything on my end was per the agreement, because the agreement said that if I weren't home or if I needed to cancel or reschedule the window THEY gave me, then I would have to pay 10% of my purchase. 10% of $1000+ is roughly $100 so... I made sure to be home. The item was never delivered. I called to see if there was an updated ETA, just to be told that they canceled by delivery. Nobody even called to let me know. I called the next day to see if there was a new delivery estimation. Guest Services (GS) told me they'd call me back later in the day with a new day for delivery. Nobody ever called me back. So the next day... I call and ask to speak to a manager. The manager told me he's very sorry and the item had arrived at the warehouse, but there were no delivery options available for me... that they were booked... and that it would have to be scheduled for 2 days after that. He said he would call me back at 1:30 to provide the time frame. He never did. And the item didn't show up when he said it would. Again. I called back. Asked to speak to a manager. (It's very difficult to get a manager on the phone.) This one told me he'd call me back by 5:30. He never did. I called back. Spoke to another manager who said he scheduled a callback in the system; that someone WOULD call me back to confirm delivery. Never happened. I called back again so I could see if I could just go pick it up myself at this point, just to be greeted with attitude! She said "what do you want me to do? It's 8pm!" Which infuriated me because yes, it is 8pm now, four days after my delivery had been cancelled, but I've been calling for DAYS and have called several times TODAY and nobody is helping me! She hung up on me. Because I was shouting at this point... And when they finally told me they could get it scheduled for Sunday... a day in which I'd be out of town... I was told I'd have to pay 10% of my delivery if I weren't home or if I needed to reschedule..... What. A. Joke!! And for all my efforts, I was offered "free assembly" on a solid wood item... that requires zero assembly. FINALLY, I was able to speak with a tech... not a manager... and he said "the system reported the item would be in transit for a week. So I don't know why anyone told you anything sooner. Would you like to schedule your delivery for Friday?" I appreciated that! Why couldn't the first 17 people I spoke to be that upfront?? Over a week later than expected, I have my item and I love it, but I will NEVER forgive the demeaning and disrespectful and neglectful company that is Living Spaces. Let's just say customer service is awful. It starts with the manager specifically Roger who is over the bedding department. After spending several thousands of dollars in the store, he was trying to be condescending to towards an elderly woman wanting to buy a pillow. Fact: the customer was given a $300 gift card for $5000 purchase. The gift card was expired unbeknownst to the customer. Here is where things get dicey. Two sales people said it was strange that the card was expired that they usually last for one year after purchase. Next another manager said this is strange because you have 48 hours after delivery before the gift card can be activated and it should last for two months , however, the customer wasn't given the full two months. She wasn't given the full two months with the expiration date. So which is it, 1 year, two months or the date on the card. It seems that the whole team was confused about this gift card. Roger, who is supposed to be the supervisor/manager of the department actedlike he's doing us a favor and gives $100 courtesy gift card. He feels like he is going above and beyond and tries to let us know this. The problem I have with this is that this customer has made several purchases along with several members of my family who have made purchases and I was bringing new customers into the store to make brand new purchases on the same day. Thousands of dollars has been spent in the store. The customer question is 80 years old. He feels that even though she has $5000 of her hard earned money a gift of $100 is appropriate when the gift card was for $300. There is no denying that the gift card was expired. It was the actions of Roger the manager that has this yelper up in arms. I hope no one ever treats any member of his family the way he treated that customer this day. Either people are expecting them to have furniture readily available, or they aren't asking any questions/ not listening during the selling process. I thought I would add my experience. We came to living spaces late 2020 soon after they opened. I had been hearing the commercials on the radio and was pretty excited to check out the new location in north Fort Worth. Immediately upon entering the store/warehouse, we were impressed. Living spaces is organized in a way that you can enter various mock-houses to see how products look in a home, similar to ikea. We spent some time roaming, didn't really go around the mattresses, and eventually ended up around the couches. LOTS of helpful reps at the front and roaming a bit. They are not pushy and will NOT continue to bother you. If you prefer someone following you around, maybe go to Conns furniture? My husband and I had been talking about getting a new couch for quite some time, and the couches at living spaces were gorgeous. I had already made up my mind to buy one in that moment, ha! A representative wandered around towards us and we were done for. The rep explained that these are all CUSTOM couches where we could decide the configuration and materials used and that BUILDING the couch would take MONTHS. We were fine with this. We made our choices, had a pleasant experience, and left. We had been told that we could call during the process and it would probably take 2-3 months for the couch to be built and shipped. Two weeks later, they called us to confirm the shipping address. At some point in time the wrong zip code had been entered and they asked us to come in. We came in and were notified that because the shipping address was changed, it would delay they couch another two weeks. For our troubles, they waived our delivery. We were fine with this. I called probably every 3 weeks and things seemed to be going smoothly. I kept asking for a delivery date, but they were just giving me a week range. Around 2 weeks before our proposed delivery date, I started getting day updates when I would call. "It will likely be between the 15th and the end of March." Ok, that's a bit more specific. One day I got a rep on the phone who gave me the tracking website and I began using that instead of calling. A few days later, we got the email to schedule our delivery! The truck came early in the day and the delivery employees put together our couch, cleaned up their mess, and took our old couch. We gave them a nice tip . We love our couch so much! read more
