False advertising. I just left this store. On the front door, they had a sign that said "Free gingham basket with $30 purchase". I bought $67.12 worth of merchandise and asked for my free gingham basket. The lady working refused to give me one when they were on a display table with signage at the entrance. I even read the "fine print" on the sign and I 100 percent qualified. I won't be coming back to this store because I have better options for shopping than these flagrant liars. read more

We decided to visit Five Below because it was my daughter's birthday treat! She got to have 6 minutes to grab anything that would fit in her basket, she found some cute stuff too! I ended up shopping for a few things myself. I finally found purple tie dye sleep pants and the cutest marble/metallic school folders! We also found the popits in the back of the store on an end cap with the game aisle. We were so happy! There were plenty of cute school items and books, candy/food, fames and water toys. I went into the 5 Below at the Sage Meadow Trail location. Grabbed a few treats, I decided that I didn't want one item because it rang up a different price than was advertised. I mentioned it to the sales lady, and her response was "yeah, I should mention it to my manager". I was nice about it, polite and let it go from there. NBD. When I got to the door, I heard the sales lady loudly calling me a bitch. It wasn't called for and there were people with children in the store. Terrible customer service. Definitely do NOT recommend this location! read more

I love Five Below. It's like a dollar store except the dollar is actually $5. You cannot beat it as you can buy tons of stuff here-toys, games, funky home decor, arts and crafts items, phone, tablet, and car accessories, exercise items (exercise balls , yoga mats and yoga blocks?!), clothes, makeup, and more! The quality of the items is excellent. I've even seen some popular brands here as well. For instance, hello kitty, paw patrol, shopkins, just wink, etc. The store did get crowded, as it was a Saturday, but that just speaks to its awesomeness! Staff at the registers were quick and attentive. There were three of us in my group and the cashier asked how each of us was doing which spoke volumes. Definitely give it a try. Good place to go if you're looking for toys and party supplies for kids. They have a lot of cute t shirts for $5 and workout tops which is nice. I only walked out with a package of razors and some candy. I was able to get a pack of 3 blade razors for men for $1.25. They also have canvas chairs for $5 which I'll keep in mind if I need any in the future. read more

My wife loves this place. They sell pretty much a little of everything here. This place would make a great place to shop for stocking stuffers for your young ones. read more

I usually stay away from discount/dollar stores. I don't know, just not my thing. Usually packed with strange off brands and cheap gear, I can't spend more than 5 minutes until I'm ready to leave. Five Below changes that up a bit. First, all items are $5 or less- and there's a good mix of each range ($1-$5) but there are plenty of name brands to select from. My daughter liked the Shopkins that were available for $2 or $4- and there's a good-sized candy section/aisle that offers a range of brand treats for cheap. There are $5 novelty t-shirts that are decent quality. I saw toys, workout gear, books, art supplies, clothing, seasonal items, and electronics. The store is super clean and they were playing modern alternative music over the loud speakers. The store is bright and roomy- even though it's basically a rectangular "box" store, I never felt crowded. Five Below is a step up over the traditional dollar store and I like it a lot better. I have nothing bad to say about this store, I think it's great. This location is in a great place the staff is friendly and they have great deals. You can't beat $5 and under I've gotten shoes from here and they lasted me for awhile. I recently got sandals and I can't wait to wear them. They have really cute styles and I love their huge assortment of candy. They have everything from lifting weights to clothes and makeup. read more

On 6/1/20 I called to see what safety measures were being taken to ensure the safety of customers (wife has underlying conditions). Clerk states masks aren't required. I asked if she's sat aside 3 10 feet iPhone chargers at the register so I can come in and purchase them leave? So, basically no. I have to go in a risk safety. I have to search around for a retailer who will meet my need. Sad. This is one of my wife's favorite places to shop. read more

Went into Five Below today to get spinners, watched the clerk sell from below the counter two to the lady in front of me. Then she told me she didn't have them but would get more in tomorrow. I could see she had them under the counter. So sad when they hold products for certain customers and not sell others. I guess to get them you have to have a personal relationship with the clerks. read more

5 BELOW is awesome ! Affordable , quality Stuff. This is where I go for my phone cases . I love that they have a spiritual section . 2 pack bundle of sage for $5 . Doesn't get better than that !!! I like the store but one thing I need to address is one of the workers is extremely rude. He was a guy with glasses at check out, he didn't speak one word to me, made me feel like I was inconveniencing him, and when done checking out he aggressively threw my bag down on the counter and didn't even thank me or say bye.
