I have purchased many items over the years from Kiss it goodbuy. Exceptional quality, ( thats why things are a little Higher). When you stock high end items from high end homes, it shows. We purchased for example a custom one off designer mirror that retailed for $4200. Bought it for less than $600. Bought a $10,000 OW Lee patio set...these are high...look them up. Got it for about $700. This is NOT your average "resale shop" (to Kristina H) When you know what you are looking at, you understand the prices. Service to us has always been great and they have also sold items for us. Kiss it Good Buy is our only "Go To" place in resale or Pre owned goods. Do yourself a favor and visit. Tell em Ron Brown sent you. read more

There are cats everywhere! They will ignore you like they're better than you (they are). The furniture here is definitely a bit higher end than some of the other antique/consignment stores in the area. I would say that the selection is a little more limited though. Definitely a great place for the right niche. read more

This is probably the worst furniture store you could pick. I came in and the staff were incredibly rude. The older women that worked there were very standoffish and didn't want to help me, as if they don't want my money. Then when I did decide to buy since they are still a family owned business and I wanted to help, they WAY overcharged from the price that was on my item. They tax a lot, and truly their service is horrible. I really hope they can learn to be friendly to their customers and treat them like family because that's how family owned businesses stay operating. read more

My wife and I thought this consignment store would be a good place to sell our executive desk so we entered the store and were greeted by One of the owners Gave a description of our desk and were told yes they had just sold one to send pictures so we did- The owner encouraged us to bring it in at our expense so we did and Were Told That We Would be be contacted a few days later about pricing the desk. We never heard from anyone so 1 week later we went back to the store to discuss pricing. To our surprise the desk was already priced without our knowledge or approval- we were told Ai told them what to price it for and that most customers aren't concerned what their property is priced We aren't most customers and were told we would be contacted re: pricing- we checked Ai and found Ai And found they were 3-4 hundred under recommended pricing Beware of inconsiderate handling of your property We believe they don't want to take any time to get you the best value- I guess if your buying that's ok but very unfair to the seller- we were misled in every way and would not do business here ever Stay Away I will say the attitude of the employee or owners are less to be desired- Maybe they should sell the business and get a fresh attitude Just a note we just moved to Grapevine and Love it My wife get around town- This is our only negative experience since living here- Too bad read more

A well staffed employee base certainly aids in greeting and helping new arrivals. I could go every day since their inventory changes every day. And the inventory is very appealing especially for the price read more

This place has really cool pieces! Mostly furniture and fixtures. However, the customer service is on the snobby side. No acknowledgement of any kind except when my kiddo picked up a fox tail and asked if we could buy it. Also, the prices are WHOA expensive. I was looking for a side table for my baby nursery, but there's no way I'm paying $120+ for used SMALL side tables. There were custom made reclaimed wood side tables that costed in the thousands too! The fox tail my child wanted was $29, I paid $15 for a brand new one at an animal preserve so I told her we would buy from there again. At least the profit was supporting a cause. I guess it's just the area, maybe they can charge more and people will pay it here. I'm not the one though, I can't justify paying more when it'll just get tore up with kiddos in the house. Thanks though! read more

If this is your only option due to time constraints etc, this is an option, however if you can sale your items on your own you'll probably do better from a financial standpoint.... I consigned an $8k marble table which never sold within 3 months at more than 50% less than I paid and I Kissed it Goodbye.... For this reason I wouldn't recommend read more

Still "snooty", still over priced and still many damaged items. One item that stuck out to me was a Haverty's copper topped wood pub table with a large wedged shaped permanent dent with no way to repair it, priced at over $900.00... l can't wait to to the response this time! read more

My wife and I love browsing the store on a regular basis. We love the eclectic collection of furniture and decor; many items I assume are custom, one of a kind items. You certainly won't find iof this quality in your generic big box furniture stores. To date, we've bought 4 light fixtures, 6 pcs of furniture and a floral arrangement from KIGB. Some awesome deals read more

Decent selection of furniture , but at the high end of prices for used merchandise. There are lots of alternative shops in the area. read more

Walked in looking for a specific item. 2 employees saw us turned their back ......no hello how are you can help you....nothing. Not an acknowledgment that we were in the store. Did the same to every customer that walked in. So, yea terrible customer service. Hope they weren't the owners. I'd be pissed if my employees treated customers like that. read more

This place has lots of great furniture and cute accent pieces for decent prices. I love coming here to browse and hopefully find something to bring home. I'm so happy that I stumbled upon this place. read more

It's May 1st - in Texas with no Mask Mandate - and they still require masks. I was asked to leave. Another family was asked to leave and they were extremely upset. She was planning on buying an entire bedroom set from them today, already had the pieces picked out, and were told they needed to leave. It's discriminatory - it's disgusting - it's perpetuating division. read more

They have lots of good stuff at good prices. They have higher quality stuff than comparable places that I have been in. I agree with Mary's review, Kiss It Good Buy feels more like an antique store than a consignment store just because the stuff is nicer not because it is particularly old. I saw a couple things that I really liked and probably would have gotten but you almost have to take the furniture with you when you buy it. They told us that they would hold it for 1 to 2 days. They also have a delivery company that they use. I wasn't quite ready to actually have the furniture delivered and have been looking at places that make it or order it and it takes months to come in so it is good to know that you can just go get it there. They are currently packed with product, everything from art to desks, tables, couches, lamps, chandeliers, really a little of everything. I was impressed and plan on going back to probably get a desk and a few lamps once I am in my new place and have room for it all. read more

Very cool mix of furniture and decorative pieces! Purchased teh exact coffee table we had been hunting for, and picked up a nice designer brand purse while we are at it :) read more

A very interesting (and pricey) place. Came through here today on my lunch hour. It is an eclectic mix of interesting finds at prices that seemed very high to me. Most of it looked like estate sale kind of stuff that you could get for much less by going to a few estate sales. Customer service was non-existent for me as I was largely ignored by the staff as I walked through the place. I did get some nice attention from the beautiful cat that calls this place home, and for that what would have been a 2.5 goes up to a solid 3! read more

Kiss It Good Buy Furniture Consignment - Yours for a mere $2800.00 - Used, Vintage & Consignment Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

This is our go to place for unique, high end stuff. I'm guessing that what they sell is about 75% off of retail. And being in Grapevine, they get really good consignments. We have bought and sold here for about ten years. My wife and I just got a bargain on this painting. read more

Amazing store! I always find items that I could not find anywhere else and absolutely fall in love with. Beautiful artwork, furniture and home decor with prices you can't beat. The staff here is the reason I shop at this store frequently for all of my home decor needs, they go above and beyond every time. I am a loyal customer and always look forward to finding something new! Where quality meets style - would recommend to all of my family and friends. read more

I love this store. It is packed with unique, quality furniture and accessories. I have sold and purchased furniture here. Lisa recently helped me put together furniture for my upstairs living area. I was able to get quality pieces that will last for year to come. It is fun to walk through even if you are not in the market for furniture. I also love the store kitty. read more

I like this store, neat decor stuff from all over. My kids loved the cat who was sweet and the birds. Next time we are in the Dallas area we will stop back. read more

Love this place I haven't been there in about 10 years but I went today to help my mom find stuff for her home remodel. Yes they do have things that are more high end so of course the price reflects that. All in all I feel like we got a great deal on all of our items!! Will be back!! read more

The items here really are quite spectacular. They have everything from jewelry to furniture and great pieces to decorate your house. I found 2 great rings but one of them had no price and the store co-owner didn't have a way to find the price so I couldn't buy it. Made me wonder how they're successful at their business but then again their selection really seems to be of high quality (I think, I'm not trained in these things). Word of caution there's a cat in the store so be ware if you're allergic. read more

I absolutely love this store. I try to visit at least once a month because they always have new things. Usually their prices are reasonable. The salespeople are personable but not pushy. Great place! Parking can be a little nuts during weekday lunchtime thanks to the restaurants nearby. read more

No stars. Rude, haughty and unprofessional. Furniture is overpriced and owners are not honest.

Saw an add for this store on Facebook and thought I would drive over from Dallas. Not worth the 30 minutes. Tend to agree with all the other posts - it seemed like overpriced estate sale merchandise. Used furniture should not be this expensive. read more

These ladies are the best!! Quality home furnishings and decor with inventory that changes often.

This store is magnificent! If you are looking for unique, high-end furniture you have to shop here. Large store that is packed with beautiful masterpieces that you won't find anywhere else at prices well below retail. It's consignment so think Highland Park mansions meet Offer Up or online marketplace listings in a mid-cities store front. The owner also has new merchandise from Marketplace samples at great prices. Don't miss the cool jewelry cases too! read more

This place has horrible customer service and the employees are disrespectful, wouldn't sell or buy there regardless!!

I have been to Kiss it good buy a few times but have never found what i am looking for. The customer service is always good and the store is always clean. They deal in a lot of older stuff and i am more of a modern person. It is nice to go look around in there occasionally though. read more

Had a bad experience with them after the daughter of the owner told me she could absolutely sell a set of bar stools. Went in a month later to see if they had sold, they hadn't but then they couldn't find them in their shop. They ended up buried in the back of the shop with little or no chance to sell. Finally, a friend of mine told me she wanted them for her new house. Went into their shop to retrieve, and low and behold they sold one bar stool. I was a little miffed that now I was the happy owner of one bar stool. The Mom got snippy, told me in theory the bar stools were actually hers anyway because I didn't come pick them up the day the contract ended. Would definitely avoid this place. BTW, when they do sell something it's up to you to come in and check if they have sold or not. They tell you upfront that they won't be calling you. read more

This place is AMAZING! The owner and her daughter are super sweet and the products are really beautiful and unique. To the person who left a mean review: You must have been in some other store...or you are just an impossible person to please! read more

Great place to go "treasure hunting". It is a pretty hard place to go looking for a specific item, although they do usually have a good selection of small furniture pieces, tables, chairs, stools, side tables, trunks. I really think it is best to go there knowing your tastes and just seeing what they have they might fit. Usually they have really high quality items. I would also agree with one of the other reviewers that their normal merchandise is of a more traditional and less modern look. read more

Love this store - Lisa and Chelsey are so knowledgeable about the goods, I have recommended this store to friends, and make efforts to visit at least once a month for new treasures. My whole house is decorated with Kiss it Good Buy furnishings! read more

KIGB was so awesome to work with! I put up 4 pieces for sale and 3 of them sold super quick! The last piece that didn't sell was an old entertainment center that is too small for the new and big tv's. So they arranged to have it donated to a local charity and even saved the donation receipt for me to submit next year with my taxes. Great store and I will absolutely consign there again!! read more

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Best furniture, artwork, lighting and unique home accessories store around. Period. High quality for well less than half of retail. Well worth your time. read more

Bought a couch here, art here, and even adorable pieces for my daughters playroom. Service is great and every item in here is a treasure. You don't have to sift through junk, there is NO junk. There are bonuses because they also post some new stuff coming in on facebook so it lets me know when I need to come visit!!! read more

I have been shopping at Kiss It Good Buy for several years. So many items in my house were purchased at this store, and guests who visit compliment the beautiful decor. Just this morning I had a gentleman in my house to measure for new window treatments; he commented on how "well put together" everything in my house is. He also commented on the uniqueness of the items. Believe me, I don't have any talent for decorating! I told him he should visit Kiss it Good Buy! read more

Great place to spend an afternoon exploring!! My wife and i have enjoyed all of our visits and made some good purchases. I've read the reviews, most very good and a few negative (somebody was having a bad day). Chelsea and Nancy have been over the top helpful to us and very sweet. Hey, we now have new friends that call us by name when we come in the store. We bought furniture and they were very flexible allowing me to pick up in 2 trips over a couple days. I guess people tend to treat people the way they are treated. Thanks Chelsea, thanks Nancy for the great experiences. Oh yes, and the guys that load the furniture.....yep, very nice as well.
