With that in mind, the Plano Antique Mall was just meh. The flow of the store is interesting, no one greeted me when I entered-they just looked cranky. Three staff members passed me while I was shopping and not one smiled or greeted even though I smiled at them. Zero customer service. Many of the booths were great and well displayed. BUT so many were so overpacked it looked like one of those East Texas yard sales where the stuff is left in the yard 24/7. The booths have so much potential. This company should assist vendors in displaying items. 5,000 items will not fit in a space meant for 500 (slight exaggeration to make a point). It is ok to display some items and then switch out seasonally! Some booths were so chaotic and full that you couldn't even walk into them to shop. I didn't buy anything on this trip. Pros-lots to shop and look at. You never know if there is a treasure that you need. Cons-uninterested staff. So many messy, garage sale looking booths which made me lose interest pretty fast.

I gave Indy Clover a try for selling a couple weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised by how much money I made. Although I didn't hit my profit target, I still made a lot more money selling through Indy Clover than I would have at its competitors, and this was without advertising my booth online. I think this concept is great for people who sell through online resale platforms like Poshmark, so they can have a brick and mortar option to sell their shop items. When I inquired in the store about any remaining winter coats and why I didn't receive a return call, "Stevie" basically put the onus on me that I should have gone online and purchased the coat. The first words should be an apology, not shifting blame to a customer, especially one who has been loyal and dropped tens of thousands in over 20 years shopping with you.
