My…read moreissue is with a fitting room policy that makes absolutely no sense from a customer's perspective. I walked into the fitting room area with three shirts. The employee counted them which is completely reasonable. Then I was told I could not enter because they were not on hangers. I explained that I picked them up from the sales floor without hangers and asked for three hangers. They gave them to me but then told me I still had to place every shirt back onto the rack outside the fitting room before I could go in. So I had to hang the shirts on the rack outside the dressing room just so I could walk inside and immediately remove them again. There was no purpose to it other than creating extra work and slowing the process down. As I was leaving I watched another customer get stopped because she had not rehung her clothing before exiting. Customers are now expected to do work that fitting room attendants have always handled. Retail stores are competing with online shopping where convenience is everything. Policies like this make the in store experience slower more frustrating and less enjoyable. I hope someone at the corporate level reevaluates whether this policy is actually helping anyone because from a customer's perspective it only creates unnecessary inconvenience.

My dress came in quickly and was ready for pickup on 8/24/26. Unfortunately, my pickup experience was very different. I scheduled a 4:30 pickup appointment and arrived on time. According to the boutique's website, pickup appointments are supposed to last about 30 minutes, but I was in the store for maybe 10 minutes. I felt very rushed despite being the only customer in the boutique. When my dress was taken out of the garment bag, it was very wrinkled and the overskirt wasn't laying correctly from being packed in the bag. I asked if steaming would fix it, and I was told that it would, but that they don't steam dresses at pickup because "it will go right back into the bag." I understand the reasoning, but after spending $2,500+ on a wedding dress, I expected a little more care and presentation when seeing my actual dress on me for the first time. The dress was also much too large through my torso, which I understand is something alterations will fix. However, instead of clipping the dress so I could actually see how it would look when properly fitted, it was held tighter in the back by hand for a few seconds. I was then told to go ahead and change and meet her at the front. The entire experience felt rushed and underwhelming for what should have been an exciting moment. I was then offered in house alterations but after that second visit, I am not interested in coming back here so I will look elsewhere for that. The dress itself is absolutely beautiful, and I'm still very happy with my original bridal appointment and the help I received from Keara. I just wish the pickup experience with the different associate had reflected the same level of service. When someone spends $2,500+ on a wedding dress, I think it's reasonable to expect the pickup and first try-on of their actual dress to feel a little more thoughtful and special.
