1/5 Service with the young ladies was not good. Anything without a price is not sellable and they have a ton of things without a price. They are apparently not allowed to sell any of it, even if it's so many items out on the floor. This includes clothing, toys, shoes, paintings, and glassware. Even if there are very very similar items next to each other and they all have prices except for the one you want, they aren't allowed to sell them. They pretty much took away the items from my hands, and no one wanted to check the prices of the other similar/exact items for proof. Even for items which are $1.91 (glass mugs) they didn't want to sell them to me. That means that they can't sell over 90% of the cups and mugs section, and that section covers over 6 shelves (half the length of the store!). read more

They don't have changing rooms, so you can't try on anything before you buy it unless you want to expose yourself to other customers on the sales floor. They also don't do returns or refunds. Basically you're just screwed if you buy something and it doesn't fit. This is incredibly unethical. If you're not going to let people try things on, you should allow returns and give refunds. Period. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB because I'm that tired of thrift stores like this screwing over their customers. read more

The baby and toddler clothes , the jackets and dresses are nice and organized, everything else is a mess. The home goods is non existent. They can't sell anything if it doesn't have a price. There are no changing rooms and some of the prices are kinda crazy. The stores small as well. I'd say drive the extra 20 min to a bigger store this is a waste of time every time I go but it just gives me something to do. The kids toys are fun for my kid to play with but most of them are broken. read more

The store has lots of items NOT marked and they refuse to talk to you about it. They say "we can't sell has to go back to production for marking." The clerks are rude. Lots of the items are prices way way too high like it is a brand new item! Don't waste your time going there. read more

This is my #1 favorite thrift store in the North DFW area!! There are a four of them owned by the same people and each one is great in its own way. The organization is impressive! Turn over is fast. Everything has a price, 99% of it is clean, no damage or stains, name brands, and a lot to pick through. Of all the stores I visit, this particular chain of stores keeps their prices very low, yes it's still possible to pick up items for .99, $1.50 and $4.99. They also offer 50% off on certain days. When you ask if something is included in their daily sale color and they say yes... it should be honored at the register. You should change your "white" day to any other color... since some items are written in white and some in black. Everyone working in the store should be able to explain properly when asked. read more

Like others have said, they have started to inflate their prices A LOT. $12 for a Loft top? Me thinks not. However, if that means I can get an Anthro dress for $2 so be it. So with that, they're kind of inconsistent price wise. I don't think they know some of the "nicer" brands out there....again case and point: Athleta top for $10, Rag and Bone top for $3. Regardless, this was my spot when I lived in Plano and I continue to stop here while coming back to visit. Good news is they have half priced marked tags of the day and it's usually multiple colors so more opps to save. The store is huge and pretty well organized. The music isn't horrible and the store doesn't smell too much so that's a nice surprise as well. read more

I was able to get 5 items, including a pair of pants, 3 shirts, and a pair of shoes (2$ at half price), for 12$, total. Pretty good prices for each item, especially the shoes, which were very clean and had little signs of wear. Employees at checkout were very friendly. I thought it was nice that the stuffed animals and some other toys were packaged into bags already, it made that section appear a lot more sanitary. A little upset that dressing rooms were closed, but overall experience was decent. Lots of good options and sorted by size, not color, which is great. read more

Great prices and staff are friendly. They sale new and used items. So much stuff though, you might have to come back several time.

this used to be the best thrift store ever but they started to skyrocket the prices on a lot of the clothes. Now they make Plato's closet seem like the cheapest (and now they are) . At first I thought it was temporary, but it's been like this for a while now. Even my daughter stopped going there because she said it's like they're selling used clothes for new prices. I can get the same clothes for the same cost or cheaper for new at Marshall's or Nordstrom Rack. Isn't the whole point of a thrift store to be cheaper than retail stores. What happened? The Plaza Thrift in Plano needs to re-evaluate 2 of it's employees. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and solicited my husband asking if he wanted to join them in the changing room. I'm not sure if this is one of the ways this location pays it's rent but we won't be shopping at this store again. read more

So many brands - good, well known brands! Some of the items still have tags on them! Prices are mostly fair, some are a little high for a thrift store. They run 50% discounts depending on the color for the day. It's a huge store. Be prepared to stay at least an hour or two if you want to go through everything. They have women's, men's, and kids stuff. Shoes and purses as well. Will definitely be back again once I have time. read more

Today was my first visit to the store - I was very impressed! Upon walking in I could clearly see that they had three different color of tags 50% off - which I loved. They have a large selection of books which is rare for thrift stores - at least the ones I frequent. The store was easy to navigate and the prices were fair - even the tags that were not half off- the items were not over priced. Although this store is about 20 minutes away I will return. My only complaint is that they do not have an app - I would like to know if they have tags 50% off before going - I was able to join the e-mail list though. read more

They do have some good stuff but prices are really high and they take advantage of inflation prices. People go to thrift stores to save money, especially during trying times like these. Great thrift store but the item i wanted didn't have a pice tag and they took it away & said they couldn't sell it until they price it. So i went back the next day to see if they had put a price tag on it and they hadn't. So i had to come back a THIRD time for that one item that was $2.49 Ridiculous if you ask me.
