The owners Dan and Carol are gracious and accommodating, and the same could be said of all the great vendors I've met; each booth is unique with a mixture of vintage, antique and some a bit newer items but primarily vintage. You'll find beautiful decorative home decor, furniture, lighting, and even fun, hand-screened cotton Tees! I have never walked away empty-handed and that includes numerous purchases from AbbyeRose Designs (in the room towards center-right back corner of the store) which stocks Redesign by Prima (brand name): truly gorgeous transfers, stencils, chalk paint (Country Chic brand) and silicone molds to add incredible decorative flourishes to the items those of us who DIY our furniture & accessories, who really enjoy using AbbyeRose Designs goods. Truly, ReRun Resale Marketplace is one of my happy places - I always navigate around twice, in opposite direction, so I don't miss anything. I also go often as their offerings change daily. It's right down the street from Fairview Town Center shopping & Whole Foods, along the same frontage road alongside the 75 North (look for the 1 story gray wooden building, with green "ReRun" signage. The building is situated near outdoor playsets & basketball hoops [separate business] on left of ReRun's big, gravel parking lot). Centrally located, put ReRun on your Happy Place list!

The first impression when you walk in is that the place is a lot bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. There are several vendors inside with rented spaces and that gives people who come here to shop a huge selection. There is furniture, collectibles, t-shirts, and more inside the place. Each vendor brings something a little unique to the mix, making it an eclectic place to shop. Today is seemed like several of the vendors, most of whom already had pretty fair prices, we're having a sale, bringing even more value to the shoppers. I bought a beautiful antique small writing desk and got it for what I think was a great price. I also bought several small collectibles on sale for very reasonable prices. It was a great place to visit and I will be back periodically to keep an eye on what the vendors bring in to sell...

The people were always friendly and helpful. Went in there today. The lady at the register was rude actually hateful. The prices are so expensive you'd be better off going and buying it new because if you buy it here your going to pay for it like it's new. They hardly have anything there a used electric stove was $800 dollars. Crazy! I bought mine at best buy outlet for 6 or had a small scratch but new... plus the employees were nice and helpful. I won't be going back

WORST THRIFT STORE IN COLLIN COUNTY. I'd know because I spend most of my time thrifting…read more On my most recent visit to HABITAT FOR HUMANITY RESTORE McKINNEY (September 13, 2025) they had a table set up with all kinds of tools and hardware, with a sign attached to the front stating "all items $3.67 each." Great. So I picked out a couple of tools (a small wrench and something else), went up to the counter to pay, and they rung up as $12-something total--or 2x THE PRICE MARKED AT THE TABLE! So I asked the very unfriendly cashier what's up? She said "the sign on the table doesn't refer to ALL the items on the table." ?? So they're mispricing items. They KNOW they're mispricing items. They refuse to honor their own marked prices! The whole building (it's quite large) is a dingy, dirty, smelly industrial zone. It looks and feels like a former factory or automotive manufacturing facility. The building literally doesn't have a floor (the "floor" is actually a parking lot!). No air conditioning, which is excusable, but you'd think they'd be more friendly and organized (and honest) to make up for some of the negatives. No such luck. They do have a nice variety of items--occasional free books by the front door, for example--but the furniture and office chairs have some kind of sticky "film" on them... such that when you touch an item, your hands immediately feel clammy and dirty, as if you just finished cleaning a toilet. A lot of the construction materials (the rear and largest section of the store) are in very poor, secondhand condition; they appear to be leftovers from construction jobs. Many items are very badly broken and damaged. I can't think of anyone who'd want these items for any kind of home improvement project. It's almost like they were sent here from previous Habitat for Humanity projects instead of going to the landfill, where they belong. In the past I enjoyed the occasional visit (and more so since they closed the Plano store), but rarely, if ever, purchased anything. And now, with them not honoring marked prices, it's totally deceitful and dishonest. Not going back.
