Nice store if you have the time to look through everything. The pricing seems to be reasonable but someone needs to come in and actually organize what they have. And I think "upscale" is a bit of a stretch for the name. It's a nice thrift store, not really upscale at all. It has potential to be really great-lots of different areas including household, decorative, kids items and clothing. But it's not somewhere you can run in and try to find a specific type of item. Also, lots of furniture is outside where we just got around 3 inches of rain. Not sure everything wouldn't be soaked through. Edit:thank you for the response! I will try out the other locations and I appreciate your letting me know about them. It's a fun store to go and browse! read more

I'm super disappointed. This looked like a great store from the reviews and I was super excited to come! The prices were reasonable and I found a cool thing I wanted to take home. I arrived at 6:20 and the front parking was full (there's like, 7-8 spots max including handicapped) so I followed the sign to park in the back. What I did not know, unfortunately, was that the gate to the back closes at 6:30. Cue 10 minutes later an employee shouting that anyone parked in the back needed to move. I asked if I could quickly check out with the (one) item I had, and their response was essentially "no." So I moved my car - but again, no parking in the front so I was basically forced to leave without the item I wanted. I'm sure the staff here are wonderful. But for your trip, I would recommend planning to leave before 6:30 or you might be sorta screwed. It's unlikely I'll be back. read more

They need to rename this store because there is nothing about it that is "upscale". Just a little time spent on organization and presentation would make a big difference here. I went in, made one pass through and left. read more

I will NEVER donate to Grace again. I was in line to donate. 3-5 cars lined up to donate late afternoon. Three guys were helping one car - instead of splitting and each assisting other cars. I stepped out of my car to get my donations One of the employees turned to me and yelled, "Stay in your Fu-- ing car!" I recognized the manager standing on driveway, but never approached the employee or me. I pulled out and left without donating and will NOT be returning there again. Thrift Giant now has their drive through donation open. read more

I understand the purpose of GRACEful buys is a nonprofit relief agency, but I do think it is pricing itself out of business. I've been to the shop in the past and the prices were very reasonable. However, on a recent stop I noticed their prices have exploded. For example, a single small bread plate, a blanket and a clear vase were priced at $15, $20 and $14.99, respectively. Also the items in the dish/glass area and electronic areas were disorganized. When I walked out of the store another person also walked out of the store. Both of us couldn't believe the prices and we left without buying anything. read more

This store has gone down hill. It is supposed to be a second hand store/ thrift store helping to do good in the community and yet the charge the most outrageous prices for dirty filthy broken pieces of furniture. Ever since they fired fernando and have made an older white women the manager they have lost several customers, me included. 07/23/25 Came to the store to get a couch. Last time (year or two ago) i got an almost brand new havertys couch for $20 (with a broken side arm) but still very functional. THIS TIME i see a couch that caught my eye, a nice black man who worked there said to make him an offer so my dad said "$50?" the man proceeds to say "that's too high, do you see how dirty that thing is, $20?" As my dad was about to agree to buy it for his college student daughter, the manager lady walks up and says "No it's $499". WE (other workers included) all laughed. She then proceeds to blame it on inflation, gas prices, labor, etc.... IM SORRY but this is a resale thrift store not a high end furniture mart. Trying to selling a customer a couch that has been sitting outside in the elements for $499 is insane. We left after talking to other customers who agreed the prices are just insane now and not too mention how rude the manager lady is. Bought a couch off fb marketplace for $50 and all is well. The outside area has great furniture. Brandon will get you a good deal. I would 100% recommend going to the outside part, they have all kinds of stuff. The inside was nice and well maintained but is a little on the pricey side. read more

I liked the variety of things at this store, it was fun to check out. However, I wanted to share to agree that the prices are overpriced. For example, this workout mat was priced at $50. I understand these are pricy yoga mats, $100-130, however I just can't imagine spending $50 for a workout mat. I'd rather buy new then spend a pretty penny for something used. Still it was a fun experience and if you're willing to spend more you may find something good. read more

GRACEful Buys - Yoga mat - Thrift Stores Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

My friends and I shopped Graceful Buys -Grapevine yesterday, and we couldn't get out of the store because we kept going back for more great finds. They have a wide and unique variety of merchandise. We found their prices overall to be very reasonable. There's something for everyone, and we found some great treasures that did not break the bank. DeSha was friendly and very helpful when we checked out - patient with us in answering our questions or getting us help when necessary. Hats off to DeSha for providing us with the best customer service we could have hoped for. Everyone in the shop couldn't have been nicer. Shop Graceful Buys - a wonderful, fun place to shop! read more

The prices are fair. They had lots of kitchen things especially baking. I didn't find the vase or lamp I was looking for. But I did get a nice Calphalon pot. read more

Love the staff here always very friendly! We make sure to stop every time we are close by.

I didn't even know this place existed and it's so close to home! Yes! I was looking for books for my kinder library at school and didn't wanna break the bank. A "next door" neighbor informed me of this place that had a book sale going and stopped by on my way home. They have sales on select days where their already discounted items (in this case, books) is further reduced. My books cost 25 cents! They have an entire room designated to children's books. I scored 18 books for my classroom for $4.80!!! Woot Woot!!! Happy teacher and soon-to-be happy kids! The staff was very friendly, so I can't attest to the negative things mentioned in other reviews. I did skim the shelves and aisles of the rest of the place, but honestly don't see any other reason for me to return other than for more children's books. If you're heading to a costume or 70-90s themed party...you can probably find something here to add to your closest. They had some furniture and houseware too. read more

5 for this Grapevine thrift store that has nearly everything you could find. Great shopping, best buys look for tag color of the day... I'm from CA and really enjoyed the trip read more

They have some really good stuff in there, but it is way overpriced for items that were used and donated. I was shocked. read more

What's the goal? Is it to be a thrift store to help people or to make as much money as possible? Walking around I felt like there was nothing really reasonably priced. I never thought I'd see the day the goodwill prices could be beat. read more

Great customer service ! I needed help assembling office item that I couldn't figure out.. they made it happen

I have been in between jobs in a career change period, and had an important interview coming up, so walked in to GRACEful-Buys a few days ago in order to see what was on hand for a man approaching 50. I was impressed with the range of style for both shirts and shoes and was able to find both and in my size of Medium shirt and 11 shoe. Sandy and Shay were super friendly and very helpful in assisting me in my search as well as kindly making sure I had everything I needed before checking out & leaving. It was my first time there and kind of surprised me how quickly I found what I wanted and was in and out in about 10 minutes (beating the 15 min to close I was initially worried a bit about) ...but Sandy & Shay didn't rush me at all and made sure I was taken care of. Very nice of them and a good group of people just making it easy for you - I was very happy (as not everything had been going smoothly lately). Thank You Sandy & Shay for your hospitality. Best regards, Dean read more

10/10 I got a camera, 2 shirts, a poster, & 6 chairs for my dining room all in one trip. To the people in the back yard with the furniture to the ones inside with everything else, y'all're pretty damn cool. read more

I found some great deals when I was there on Monday, Oct. 28. Fernando was very helpful and loaded the heavy items I purchased. Thanks!

This place is a part of a network that is doing a lot of great things in the Grapevine and surrounding area community. They are a resource for people and families in "emergency" situations and provide resources to help people through hard times and help them get back on their feet again. I work for a company that is currently having a "drive" to help support them so I decided to also stop buy their resale shop to check them out. The inventory in the shop is from donated goods and the sales from the store go to support their outreaches in the community. The shop has everything from home furniture and decor, to clothing, to dishes and china, jewelry, books, toys, and about anything someone could need. The volunteers and workers were all ages and all seemed like a great group of people getting satisfaction out of what they do for the community. I heard people whistling while they worked, singing, and generally enjoying each others' company, setting a nice tone inside the place. The prices were very reasonable and you felt good paying them knowing that your money was supporting a very worthy cause. read more

I am an Interior Designer, and I have been going to this place YEARS! The prices are outrageous now and not priced to sell. These items are donated and need to be priced fairly. I'm not sure who the 501c3 money is going to but it's certainly paying someone's salary. I was floored at the cost of some of not most of the items. I won't be back. read more

Graceful Buys should really look for more "graceful" workers. I greeted the cashier twice; she refused to interact. You might be thinking she was just having an off day... maybe but I don't think so. I approached the register the same time as another customer, the cashier couldn't have been more chatty. My turn. I say, "Hello, How are you today?" Silence. She rings up my things, doesn't even say how much... just debit or credit. I can't resist so I ask, "Have I done something to offend you?" She rolls her eyes. Another employee approaches and starts chatting right away. "How are you today? Oh... this is so cute!" she goes on. I chat with her until the cashier finishes. I'm grateful for her positive attitude. As I exit, the cashier is screaming about the forgotten receipt. I didn't forget. I'm trying to get as far away from you as fast as possible! If you've been here you know you have to pass the people waiting in line in order to exit. This gentleman says to me, "She's always like that. I try to avoid her register but the other one isn't working." Every other volunteer I encountered was responsive, helpful and kind. read more

Looking for a semi upscale thrift shop? Aren't we all?!? Gracefull Buys hits the spot for my second hand needs. The people who work here are very courteous and helpful for your thrifty needs. As for the stuff here it changes daily. If you need a bassinet and there isn't one around, come back next week. They have a huge selection of children and adult books for crazy prices. Such as 10 children books for a buck! A buck I tell you, it's children book discount insanity! If you are a local in the area don't forget to stop by on Sunday for 1/2 price pictures for your domicile. No one likes to just sit and stare at four blank walls. Overall Graceful Buys is a step or two above Good Will. Both have a lot of stuff but it seems that the things here are a better quality. read more

I've been popping in here semi-regularly for years. The clothing selection here isn't huge, and I'm unsure I'd describe its selection as "upscale" (especially as compared to other thrift stores closer to Dallas), but there are occasional gems. If you're looking for a pristine like-new shopping experience like social media influencers frequently tout, you'll probably be disappointed by this location. The clothing isn't really curated and top brands don't really end up here, but the plus is that there's no surcharge for a curated upscale experience. Staff has always been kind. There are 3 small try-on areas near the cash register in the back. It's a great organization to patronize, as proceeds are donated to local causes. read more

OUR FAVORITE STORE! we always leave with something cool. prices are reasonable and the staff is so friendly! love finding treasures in the back lot, but there is also good finds inside. Sandy does a super job keeping that store organized and clean. read more

Wow... I have never paid so much for junk. This place was really good ,at one time, but not anymore. All the prices are outrageous. I was looking around the back for stuff that had been outside in the elements. I found a really cute table with water damage but still ok to use. The lady told me that it was supposed to be inside so I had to pay inside prices. The inside price was 80$! That's just sad. I don't know who is running this place but they are making you pay. Pay up for junk! It blows my mind. I thought it was a thrift store not a department store. read more

We love Graceful Buys ! The store is beautifully staged with decor & furniture. Well organized with lots of options so if you like something...Buy IT because it won't last on the shelf! I Love volunteering here when I get the chance and working with amazing people that help the community. Keep up the great work ! read more

Why not reduce prices of furniture si it sells quick and then you won't waist someone's donations. This is not being a good steward of donated items or to our environment. Giving it away or reducing the price would be so much better than just tossing in the dumpster. If the furniture prices were lower things would sell faster when you have an abundance. read more

Having to furnish an entire apartment on a teacher's salary meant I needed to find ways to cut corners. Graceful Buys was it, although I didn't really cut any corners here. It's a gem. There are so many cute buys to be had. They sell secondhand clothes, books, furniture, kitchenware, etc. I especially love the book selection. They have fairly recent books for, I think it was 50 cents per paperback and a dollar for hardcover. We also picked up a nightstand in great condition for $25, a very cool chest/drawer coffee table and side table for 140ish. It seemed like they are constantly bringing in new inventory as items were being moved in even as we shopped. They also offer coupons on a regular basis if you sign up through their email program. Definitely worth it! Best part of it all, all of the proceeds goes to helping them with their different charitable programs, such as emergency assistance, community clinic, transitional housing, etc. Shopping has never felt so good! read more

Almost a good find staff is very courteous but not too helpful. Take a long time for simple transactions. Things offered for sale are decent but not a "graceful find" just good. Good prices too. They have clothes, furniture, books, records, decor, household goods and even jewelry. read more

Just got one of the best deals on furniture I've ever seen at GRACEful buys! Their great prices were enough to give a 5 star rating, but I'm writing this because I was extremely impressed with their staff and how kind they were to me! Especially Fernando! I was expecting my boyfriend and I to have to move our new couch out by ourselves, but he was an amazing help and made the moving process much easier. I will forever be a customer there! read more

Neat clean and well organized. I would definitely go there again. They have some home decor and fun themed areas.

i would like to recognize the new store manager (Sandy) who deserves accolades for her hard work and dedication since taking over in January. The store is always clean and organized... the inventory is constantly being re-freshed by retiring old broken pieces and replaced with new items.. Sandy has a gift for decorating and displaying the items in a clean and orderly way. Attached are pics of my recent trip. She is simply amazing! Some areas of the store were in desperate need of a face-lift and now they are so much easier to navigate. We can tell Sandy truly cares about Grace and it shows in her hard work. read more
