The driver's trying to be nice. If you're not home in a few ... within the 15 minutes, you will have to reschedule your delivery. Thank you." 10:35 am (1 minute before schedule arrival time) I reply to their text confirming I am here waiting. 10:37 am (1 minute after scheduled arrival time), they see me waiving (with eye contact) as they drive off. They were in the same block with an easy turn-around. 10:38 am they send me a text saying I failed to respond and will have to reschedule. The delivery was to an apartment in a tower. The concierge (over 18) was at the front desk the entire time, with a key to my apartment and instructions to let them in. I was in my apartment the entire time until I went down to investigate. My assistant was in my apartment the entire time in case they came. They could not be bothered to leave their air conditioned truck. They never found the freight elevator or tried the intercom on it. They never came inside to talk to the concierge. They never came to my apartment where two of us were waiting. They never left a useful messages by phone or text. Ashley lies to get the sale. Ashely lies to avoid delivery. Ashley points the finger at supply chain, store, delivery and customer to hide how bad they are. They are all bad ... stem to stern.

I had not been to an Earthbound Trading Company store in years since they closed the location that…read morewas close to my house. This store at Grapevine Mills is a much smaller footprint than the store that I used to go to. It has a representative sample of their larger stores but a mere fraction of the selection that the larger stores used to have. They still have their rocks and minerals as well as clothing. They also have home decor and incense, salt lamps, etc. But one thing that used to appeal to me in my younger days that I did not see any of at this store was toys. I am not sure whether they were just out of those or maybe they have switched their business model to not carry them any more. Something that they do have now that I do not remember them being as heavily into is the metaphysical. They have quite a few items catering to that interest. The person working here was very friendly and very helpful. She kind of gave me an overview of four things were at in the store as well as informed me a sale on top of a sale they were having on their clearance items. I found that helpful because it brought the price down enough on a shirt enough that I took advantage of the value being offered.

We have two leather recliners (leather on parts that touch body and vinyl on rear of chair). The leather is in great shape (6years old) the vinyl has completely deteriorated. We contacted the store and all they could say is that the vinyl is only under warranty for one year. This is crazy!!!! I told them of all the furniture that we have purchased from them over the years and they just said sorry they couldn't do anything about it. I'm going to at least turn a report in to the Better Business Bureau to make them aware of their bad business practices. I suggest all that have problems with this company to do the same

After waiting another week to get the sofa, I called store twice and customer service twice they informed me they had no idea when I would get it and could not track it. My experience with Rooms To Go was the most frustrating I've ever had with a company. It should…read morehave been simple and quick to buy one tv console. But when you receive your item with extensive damage, you are in for weeks, that turn into months, of a run around. The customer support staff are friendly, but they struggle with providing results. They continued to blame the 3rd party manufacturer that they use. But as a customer, I'm dealing with Rooms To Go, and I shouldn't get caught in the middle of s supply chain issue. I bought the console as a Christmas present on December 10th, and after a dozen phone calls, on February 2nd, with still no replacement, I finally asked for a refund! Alright frag hunters, I checked out a Burlington I haven't been to yet. I'm on a mission to hit…read moreevery Burlington in the metroplex hunting for ME fragrances and this one located at Grapevine Mills is definitely the biggest I've seen so far. This place is massive, it has two entrances, one from the mall side and one from the parking lot with two separate checkout areas. They keep fragrances all over the store, so check both entrances and the random displays scattered around. It could have been a bargain hunters dream, but not so fast. I got there very early on a Saturday morning and the store already looked like a tornado had hit it. Merchandise all in piles on the ground, stuff thrown in aisles, messy displays, clothes crammed everywhere. Honestly if I managed this location, I'd be embarrassed to even the doors to this. The cashier and security guard (!) were super friendly so no complaints there. But either their are seriously understaffed or just don't care. Overall I was disappointed in the condition of the store. They had a lot of fragrances all in a chaotic mess but nothing special. So I left with no new frags but did find a pretty display tray for the ones I do have.

Basically a Claire's for an older demographic like teenager and up. And almost all of it is $1.00 . At least almost all the makeup and products I looked at. If its not a dollar; it isn't too far from it. That crazy amazing price point alone puts this one on the map; I mean $1?! Thats almost unheard of these days . Sure there's some stuff I wasn't all that impressed with or would buy or repurchase but thats to be expected; however most of it is pretty damn good, and not just for the price but just in general. I'm a lip balm/lip gloss junkie and if you are as well, this is a great place to start! My biggest complaint was the AOA rescue balm in the mint flavor has no mint tingle, no mint scent, nothing. That was disappointing. But the honey lip oil, the starry magic lip plumper, bombshell lipstick were all good. I cant wait to try more!!

Don't buy your couch from Leather Sofa Company! You can almost copy and paste Kim C. Review to our…read moresituation. If you are going to sit on your couch, if you have pets, kids, or actually use your couch don't buy from this company, Buyers Beware! We looked at several couch companies and walked into the store at leather sofa company and after talking to Carl about how durable their leather was and would last a lifetime, which is also directly quoted from their commercials. So, we decided to design a custom couch from The Leather Sofa Company, after spending $8,900.00 on a beautiful custom couch that we were so happy with when we first got it. After a year it started wearing and peeling a little on one or two of the cushions then started getting really bad after two years. The peeling started to spread and is now on at least six of the cushions and is getting worse and worse, the couch looks like we've had it for at least 10 years. When we purchased the couch we also paid extra for the insurance so when we called to get it fixed we didn't think it would be a problem, Gary the General Manager said they had to send it to the tannery for testing to determine the root cause. They determined that it was friction from a cleaning agent. So, they weren't going to cover it. We have only used the cleaning that they provided us, but they didn't listen to us nor did they care, they just didn't want to pay to fix it. They are trying anything to try to get out of paying for it, Yeah we sat on the couch! They said we would have to pay to fix the couch and it was 6 of our 7 cushions that are damaged. We said that is unacceptable we paid a lot of money for this couch and extra for insurance!
