Alright frag hunters, I checked out a Burlington I haven't been to yet. I'm on a mission to hit every Burlington in the metroplex hunting for ME fragrances and this one located at Grapevine Mills is definitely the biggest I've seen so far. This place is massive, it has two entrances, one from the mall side and one from the parking lot with two separate checkout areas. They keep fragrances all over the store, so check both entrances and the random displays scattered around. It could have been a bargain hunters dream, but not so fast. I got there very early on a Saturday morning and the store already looked like a tornado had hit it. Merchandise all in piles on the ground, stuff thrown in aisles, messy displays, clothes crammed everywhere. Honestly if I managed this location, I'd be embarrassed to even the doors to this. The cashier and security guard (!) were super friendly so no complaints there. But either their are seriously understaffed or just don't care. Overall I was disappointed in the condition of the store. They had a lot of fragrances all in a chaotic mess but nothing special. So I left with no new frags but did find a pretty display tray for the ones I do have. read more

The value of the pricing of the clothing and the back to school needs were fabulous! Even though the line wrapped around, around back into the highway, the weight was worth it! The service was great! read more

Had some good deals there as usual. Really shouldn't have gotten a basket. Left with way too much stuff. I should have went there to buy my jacket instead of K&G. I seen much better ones there. They are called coat factory. I had bought a couple there years ago that I no longer have. Not sure why I didn't think to go there first. read more

Large selection and good prices. Cashier was extremely friendly. Location was clean. They carry all sorts of items clothes, coats to luggage. Often find a great deal on something. read more

Burlington- This location has a decent selection. I've shopped about 30 minutes, found a few items to try on and dressing rooms are closed. Don't understand retail shops these days. Security said store was understaffed. I give up! read more

This used to be just 2 months ago the best Burlington in the area. It was clean, organized and fully stocked. I went in on June 19th so show my sister and brag on the selections and boy was I disgusted. Clothing in the floors, luggage everywhere, pictures and home goods broken and in the floor, towels and sheets non purchasable. I don't know what happened or if a store manager had changed but with the new attractions coming and the influx of visitors I hope they get there act together. This is just like the other Burlingtons now. Either clean up or close down . Highly disappointed! read more

**Disclaimer** short review as I've only been here a handful of times and I've only shopped here for one particular thing. This is a review based on their customer service and selection of coats for winter. This particular store was pretty clean but everything just seemed to be a little bit of everywhere. There was no real order to anything. The coat selection was pretty good. Lots of name brands. My husband and I found just what we were looking for in about 10 minutes for a decent price. The cashier was super friendly and took our number down in case we had to make a return so we didn't have to worry about the receipt. Again, only here for one thing and we likely won't come back unless we need another coat. read more

Absolutely the worst store to go to. Manager sees line wrapped around and just walks around instead of helping out.

Great products. poor management. Seems to hate customers. Huge lines on Saturday and Sunday but they only had one person checking everyone out. Line went around checkout twice and continued to back of store. I left my products and gave up. Why can't they hire more help? I read more

I've been to other locations of Burlington in the past and this one is by far the worst as far as neatness and cleanliness. I would describe the atmosphere as more of a flea market rather than a department store. If you enjoy digging through piles of merchandise scattered around on the floor then this place is for you! I personally would like to go to a particular section and find the corresponding items and sizes there instead of a jumbled mess, but that's just me. I will say that the prices are very low so they do get credit for that. read more

The 3rd stop on my tour of shops with discounted designer clothes. I've been here a few times with my cousins and it is definitely a HIT or a MISS. Today was awful. The store was in shambles, shirts all over the floor, jeans all over the place, one shoe in a shoebox. I mean COME ON, this is a little ridiculous. This place supplies clothes that, let's say is more "urban." Clothes like Ed Hardy or Marc Ecko. That type of style of clothes is what greeted my eyes as a walked through. I really couldn't handle this place. You could tell some of the clothes has been there for a while. I looked at one rack and I thought to myself, that's so 2005. I will say that some Burlington Coat Factories have their good days. I've gotten a nice Perry Ellis black jacket that I wear alot and other nice white KSwiss tennis shoes here but this specific store is definitely not a stop many people should make. Poorly managed, dirty, and I really do not know how you find what you want because the sizes are not next to the correct size marker. I left within 5 minutes because all it did was remind me of a teenager's messy room after a tornado. Huge headache, not worth looking. read more

I love Burlington! I love the great deals on everything I could possibly need. But THIS grapevine mills mall burlington shopping experience was a NIGHTMARE!! I will include pictures but I could not get down the aisles there was so much crap thrown all over the floor. I was trying to push a stroller and so many aisles that I wanted to go down, I couldn't! It was ridiculous, talk about a trip/fall hazard. I have been into some pretty crappy stores but I think this one makes the top of the list. I will definitely not be back to this location to try to push and shove my stroller down the aisles while running over stuff. read more

I always like to start with the negatives in hopes that the reader can take a few pointers and be warned! I especially hate that there are never carts to use. This place has items ranging from small accessories to living room/kitchen items. It really doesn't help my desire to keep shopping when I'm tugging around a bunch of items. Eventually I get tired and just want to get the heck out of there. Stay away from this place on weekends. Unless, you have time and patience to stand in a very long line. Now for the good stuff, you can find a great deal of things for great value. Every now and then, though, you come across clothing items that are marked at 19.99 and the value is very poor. Stay away from that. When I went there recently I found that there is now a very large area in the center of the back of the store of packaged toys for the little ones. I think it's a great place to snag some great value Christmas gifts. Start early. read more

Patrick is right, the clothing selection here is a little towards the urban side. Plenty of Marc Ecko, Roca Wear and Enyce. That's fine. The selection seemed good (if you're into that style). I saw a sweet member's only jacket for $25 here that i wanted to buy (wife said it made me look like a pedophile). The 4 stars for this one is based on the home section. Lots of good deals for the decorista in your life. We for example, found Jonathan Adler sheets for $9.99 a pop. We bought everyone we could find (we're gonna repurpose them into drapes, pillows, etc.) If you like decorating your space on a budget, I totally recommend you check it out. read more

I honestly hate I even have to give a star in order to post this review. The customer service atrocious! I went in to get some home decor. I found what I wanted and the cashier I had was amazing, so if anything the star is because Emily (cashier) was actually a decent human being. HOWEVER, the two managers who came to help her not only acted annoyed that she needed help but also were horrible to me!! The guy manager (not sure of the name) was super rude to me and when I was trying to explain that the money was already taken out of my account and showed him, he treated me like I was stupid because "that's not what his bank does and the money probably didn't actually come out" I apparently made it say the exact amount come out from BURLINGTON due to a receipt not printing..? I have no idea but after he yanked the merchandise from me and treated me like I was nothing I decided to just leave.. he made me cry by literally treating me like that in front of so many other customers who were all on my side... trying to help him understand that he was wrong. Egotistical& all around rude. Not that one customer makes a difference for this corporation, I will NEVER be back to this location. read more

Our cashier was friendly and this store was a lot cleaner than most of the Burlington's I've been too! The inventory was also really awesome with some great brands! Highly recommend coming here if you want designer brands for a good price. read more

Seriously y'all. They put the fun in dysfunctional. But, not really. You want cute shoes- plural right? They got one- singular- but good luck honey finding the match. I like to shop for things in order. Right? Say by size, color, style. Am I right? It sure does help in a large depot. You'd think? Every time I come to this depot it's a wreck. Like" Sandy" that did the east coast wrong. So many pretty items totally destroyed and placed in complete disarray. So many people (their unfortunate merchants) losing so much...... well...money. Who in the beejesus has been running this train wreck? What a waste of all of our time and money! Buck the heck up corporate and get this place in shape. I have not DARED to shop here in years. It's HORRIFYING! Wake up and SMELL THE SLACK! Try popping out of a corporate lunch and spend at least an HOUR if your day in house. This store is in utter shambles and YOU are to blame. What a shame, as there are MANY bargains to be found. read more

This store is overwhelming as a shopper. They carry a variety of items that are sorted by size but you have to sort through the racks to find the quality items. The shoe selection is very limited due to inventory. The have limited sizes. This store also carries home decor and baby products/furniture. The lines are typically long when I have shopped this location. The childrens department is hard to navigate as it is not very well organized. read more

The restrooms here could not be more disgusting. I was appalled and scared to use the facilities. There was feces smeared everywhere and when an employee walked in to check her makeup, I commented how horrible the conditions were. She replied they had no one to clean them the last few days. This is totally unacceptable. I ended up walking to another store to use the restroom. DISGUSTING!!!! read more

Very bad experience here. Tailor told me he would have my suits done on Wednesday, then I came Wednesday and said to come back in on Friday. I just came in and he wasn't even there. I asked an employee if he was coming and he rudely told me to come back tomorrow. Fuck this place. read more

This store recently renovated and it certainly wasn't for the better. The layout is awful. And what in the heck were thinking, they put the registers in the back of the store, near the back parking lot. So someone going thru the mall has to go to the back of the store to buy anything, then walk back up to the front to continue going thru the mall. BAD DECISION ON STORE MANAGER TO REARRANGE!!! read more

OMG OMG!! After going to all the major department stores and not finding a navy blue dress for my toddler.. I finally went to Burlington.. Found a beautiful dress and matching shoes for under $40.. It was clean and very organized! read more

Great prices, but service is an entirely different story. Waited for check out 43 minutes. No excuse. I would have left but I was the "next person in line" for 23 minutes. They had a number of people at one register helping one customer for over 40 minutes and when I was leaving they were still helping that one customer who is trying to get something for free. That type of issue should be escalated to a manager and put the other cashiers back on the registers. read more

I love shopping at Burlington. I have shop there since we moved to Dallas. I love the layaway especially during the holidays.

As all the reviews state this place is a hit or miss. I have purchased a couple of great coats in there for a discounted price. It kinda looks like a thrift shop in there because everything is outta place and thrown on the floor. If you have time to really look you can find a great deal here. read more

This store is in Grapevine mill mall... They have lots of different kinds for young ppl to older ppl ..!!! I like this store.. even if u cant find what u want, u still can look for something at Marshall's and JcPenny outlet too!!! read more

I bought a shirt from Burlington coat factory in Rockford Illinois, in the hoodie of the shirt it seems someone wiped their butt with it I didn't know until I put the shirt on I smelled a horrible smell looked around and found feces in the hood I called the main office they blew me off went back to the store the manager there told me she can't do anything about the situation and walked off been calling the cooperate office they're basically saying they will give me half off my next item read more

I love Burlington! They always have high quality stuff for so cheap. It is so fun to come here because you never know what kind of deals you are going to find. It's hard to leave without anything. The only con is the lines can be long but they are usually pretty quick. The store is not very clean but what you would expect kind of like Ross and marshalls but so much better and bigger. I have bought quite a bit of kitchen stuff there. I got a 16 PC glassware set for 10.99 recently, 3 cutting boards for 11.99, they have really cheap dog toys from like 1.99 and up that our toy poodles love. They have decorative pillows and pillows for the bed super cheap. We got 2 Calvin Klein pillows for $30. Baby clothes and toys are an awesome price here and they have a great selection, baby clothes name brand starting at 4.99. If you're looking for luggage there are a lot of great brands for great prices. I saw a Calvin Klein hard top last time for $60. We have bought my husband work clothes there super cheap. $12.99 to $21.99 for name brand work shirts Michael kors, Calvin Klein, etc. And pants as well. They have everything!! You won't believe the prices! read more
