When I shop there, I know the clothes will fit and rarely need alterations to complement my athletic, petite body. For reference, I am 5'2", weigh 125 lb., wear a 36 D bra, and their 2 petite bottoms and small or medium tops fit perfect. As well, the petites, unlike most clothing stores' petite clothing, don't look like something little old ladies wear at the nursing home. The clothes range from casual to semi formal wear. In addition to the excellent clothing, the associates are super kind and helpful. Katelyn, specifically, is a doll of an associate. Always helpful, polite, and striving to save me money with deals and coupons I may not be aware of. I drive 4 hours to shop at this store because it is the closest Loft Outlet to my home.

This can take awhile as each dressing room may have five different options which requires a second opinion...then they talk about each one, etc. (the dress buying process). So they also have a GIANT dressing room which is "off-limits" and sits idle while women are lined up everywhere. I asked if we could use it and was told that...get this..."That's where we store the LONG dresses." So apparently this DRESS STORE can't find somewhere else to store the long dresses (after they've been tried on by a potential buyer). So they eliminate an entire dressing room, while people are waiting in line...so they can hang dresses. So freaking dumb!

Learn how to treat customers of any skin color and sex orientation correctly and yes, my message will relay to others, because no one with the basic idea of simple inclusion, equality, and respect will step in your stores again.
