The customer service wasn't as friendly either. I didn't feel welcomed. I'm use to walking in the door and someone saying hello. I think they can work on improving this for this location. No one offered to help me or assist. It wasn't super busy either so the employees could have been more enthusiastic. The store pricing overall is fine for me. Both locations are about the same. Some items have great prices and value. Others can seem a bit more pricey. I think they offer a good clearance and sale selection at both. However, I think the Allen store clearance section is bigger and better. Now I know no two stores are created equal. I think this location is still good. The Irving store is clean and organized. If I were in the area again I would definitely visit it. I truly like Versona a lot. This store has some cool, unique and fun items. I like the fact that I saw different things in this one. Honestly I think that was a bit pricey and the earrings were $19. They weren't offering any sale on those items. I think both could have been a better value. They did have a good sale section.
