These weren't worn-out items. Many pieces were either unworn or in excellent condition. They called us back and said they decided not to take anything due to the "condition." Three full bags. All rejected. It was honestly a huge waste of time -- especially when you take the effort to carefully select higher-end, on-trend brands. Out of curiosity, we brought the exact same bags to Plato's Closet beforehand. They offered us over $200 for everything. So clearly, the "condition" wasn't the issue. Safe to say we'll be taking our business to Plato's Closet from now on. If you value your time and have quality brands, you might want to consider doing the same. Will include pictures of the clothes below!!

They took over 2 hours to go through my clothes and then had the nerve to call me and tell me that they couldn't make an offer on any of my items because they were older styles. Then they asked me if I wanted to donate my items. Why would I donate my items to a place that's going to turn around and sell them for an exorbitant profit. I think they were hoping that I wouldn't go back to pick up my items so they can make a profit off of me.

This place has it all and you're bound to find some treasure you just have to have. I mosied in on a weekday morning right around noon. The doors were propped open and there were a few racks of clothing hanging outside that caught my eye, plus tons of jewelry. Several great pieces. Inside there's way more clothes and jewelry, plus so many shoes, belts, hats, sunglasses. Every accessory you can think of. Home decor, furniture, endless knickknacks and wall art. Tons of tapes, records, DVDs, CDs, and VHS tapes. There's a "man cave" section filled with all your sort of cliche "guy" stuff: tools, knives, fishing stuff, sports stuff, etc. Vintage Treasures is owned by a husband wife team who are super kind and keep this shop constantly refreshed with new items. And I think "upscale" is a bit of a stretch for the name. It's a nice thrift store, not really upscale at all. Also, lots of furniture is outside where we just got around 3 inches of rain. Not sure everything wouldn't be soaked through. Edit:thank you for the response! I will try out the other locations and I appreciate your letting me know about them. It's a fun store to go and browse!

I asked if I could quickly check out with the (one) item I had, and their response was essentially "no." So I moved my car - but again, no parking in the front so I was basically forced to leave without the item I wanted. I'm sure the staff here are wonderful.
