The store itself was clean and well organized, which made browsing easy. While I was waiting in line, I overheard a young cashier who said his name was Ethan talking with an older cashier about another employee. Hearing staff discuss a coworker where customers can hear it was incredibly unprofessional. The employee they were talking about looked visibly upset, very down, and had teary eyes. It was honestly heartbreaking to see someone at work looking like that while their coworkers were talking about them. The attitude from Ethan throughout my visit only made the experience worse. As a customer, it made me feel really uncomfortable and left a terrible impression of the store. I've recommended Primark to family and friends for years, but after seeing how employees seem to treat one another at this location, I won't be returning. I really hope management takes this seriously because no employee deserves to be treated that way, and no customer should have to witness it.

Whether it is sizes you are looking for or styles you are looking for, they pretty much have you covered here. The value here is pretty apparent. They have great prices and prices that even made me purchase a few things because I could not resist the price. The service was pretty good, but standard like "did you find everything you came here for today?" Etc. I would not really say anyone really went above and beyond. I would definitely come back here for the value-priced bargains!
