Yesterday I used the "reserve in store" feature on Gap's website for the first time and my item was reserved at this Gap within minutes.

Go to Park cities and browse and don't buy anything and then go see Todd. you will realize his prices are reasonable for the quality for a consignment shoppe. I purchased a home in the area and the previous owner installed a beautiful chandelier that sells for $1,700 new. The chandelier does not go with our remodel so we decided to consign it with The Consignerie for $1,000 and we would get 50%. Todd wanted me to install the chandelier in his store because he did not know how to install light fixtures. I told him that I would not install it because I did not want to accept responsibility if it fell on someone/something. He hired a person to hang it. Instead of using the hardware that came with the chandelier, the hired help used his own hardware. The hardware that came with the chandelier is 2 fine threaded screws that maintain a tight fit. The installer used course threaded fasteners that resulted in a loose fit and caused the chandelier to sag. Todd thought that the crossbar bracket that came with the chandelier was weak and that the sagging was due to it bending from the weight (the chandelier weighs 43 lbs and I'm sure the designers of the chandelier appropriately designed the bracket so I'm not sure why he thought this). He took the bracket to Home Depot to find a replacement, got side tracked, and left the bracket in the shopping cart. After several days of not hearing from him, I called him to ask if the hired help was able to install the chandelier. That is when he told me that he lost the bracket. He apologized and said he would pay for the replacement. I went to about a half dozen stores to find the bracket but no one sells it. I told Todd that I could not find anyone who sells the bracket and that it is a custom made part for that chandelier. At this point he stopped replying to my texts and stopped answering my calls. Then he texted me saying that he will not accept my chandelier and that I should come pick it up. I confronted him about losing part of my chandelier and he plays if off as if the bracket was his part and that he did not lose part of my chandelier. I told him that the chandelier is worthless without that part and that we could take it to small claims court if we could not settle it ourselves. That is when he changed his tune and started looking for the bracket. Luckily, I was able to contact the manufacturer and buy the part (this is much harder and time consuming than it sounds). I went and picked up my chandelier and Todd reimbursed me (why would he pay me for the bracket if it was his bracket?). I'll give him credit that he paid me back, but only after I threatened to take him to court. He is a shady and unethical person. I have attached photos of our text exchange. My phone had this glitch where someone's response would appear above my text. That is why his "Yes Sir." text appears above my question.

Upon entering I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed any help (great!). I explained that I just browsing. Unfortunately for the duration of my time in the store I had a new shadow who was either pointing out how the thing I happened to glancing at was on sale, or was lurking within 5 feet waiting to pounce on the next opportunity (not so great). They even pulled out some sports coats and guilted me into trying them on even after I said I was not interested. I love good customer service but good service also means knowing when to give your customer some space. It got so annoying that I decided it was not even worth spending the reward and just left. I do like JAB but do not like the aggravation I get when coming to this location. It has happened to me in the past here. I ended up going to the Frisco location and got great service. Of all things I ended up buying a sports coat! The ability to read your customer and let them naturally come to their own conclusion / buying decision can make all the difference In the result.

We were greeted by Joanne Kraynick who, once she understood the situation, took it upon herself to make my experience the most enjoyable and least painful one possible. She was understanding and kind. She made knowlegable suggestions and walked my wife and I through the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I can't recommend her enough. Oh, and I ended up with two complete outfits. Thanks, Joanne. You were great.

They really did listen and care that I am satisfied with the resolution. I wasn't going to write a review but the more I think about my experience at this store today the more I don't want someone else to have to endure it. My fiancé and I went looking for, potentially a rental or purchase for our upcoming wedding. I know my fiancé can be a little difficult and he has high expectations for what he wants for the wedding. However, at one point I made a suggestion of a vest only option and the saleswoman took it upon herself to tell me what I "have" to do at my wedding because the dresses are floor length and formalities and blah blah. I listened for a moment before finally interrupting her to remind her that I/we can do what we want at our wedding. She then attempted to explain that it's her job to coordinate these things. She also mentioned how the pocket squares and ties have to be the same color as the bridesmaid dresses. Again another thing we don't want. We aren't a traditional couple I guess and maybe some of you will read this and gasp at my ideas for our wedding but it's not her job to coordinate my wedding. It is her job to sell or rent us the suit/tux we want. Also it is not her job to tell us the suit or tux we have to have. I truly felt offended and put off leaving this store today and if we do opt to rent or buy from Men's Wearhouse it will not be this location. Two stars because there is a good selection and there are a lot of options. I will give her credit for showing us many other options. And I won't post names because I absolutely do not want anyone to lose a job over my single experience.

Old Navy January 30, 2026…read more 4 stars This Old Navy location was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. The clearance section had a great selection, and we were able to find several really good deals. There was also a surprisingly large amount of Disney merchandise available, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a very positive shopping experience with good variety and strong clearance finds. Would definitely return. The service was decent only received it at the register though. Employees don't greet you or say hello when you enter or while you're shopping.

1-Star Review: Old Navy's Outdated & Customer-Hostile Pricing Policy…read more I am beyond disappointed with Old Navy's archaic and frankly pathetic pricing and price-adjustment policies. In 2025, it is ridiculous that a major retailer still refuses to honor their own online prices in-store unless the item is also purchased online. What kind of logic is that? I shopped in-store on Black Friday, assuming I was getting the best deal of the year -- only to find out on Cyber Monday that nearly every item I bought was significantly cheaper online. I could have saved at least 25% more had I purchased online instead of in-store. When I called customer service, I was told they "can't help" and that I had to physically go back to the store for a price adjustment. Who does this in 2025? Fine. I went to the store. Then the cashier tells me I need to bring all the items back just so they can process a return and make me re-buy everything at the online price. How is this remotely customer-friendly? How is this efficient? Why does a customer need to jump through hoops because the company refuses to align in-store and online pricing? Lesson learned: NEVER shop in Old Navy stores. Their in-store prices are almost always higher, and their policies make it incredibly difficult to get a price adjustment. If you must shop at Old Navy, buy online only -- pick up in store if you must. Online purchases offer the best pricing and customer service actually helps you over the phone. Retailers with such outdated, non-customer-centered policies have no one to blame but themselves when they struggle or go out of business. In a world where Amazon, Nordstrom, Macy's, Temu, and Shein are making shopping easier and more convenient, Old Navy is stuck in the past. Do better, Old Navy -- or prepare to be left behind.
