I came in a day early to pick up my tux and did not like the jacket's fit. Don remeasured and had a proper-fitting jacket for the next day. All the other items fit well. I felt the jacket and pants were slightly on the worn side- not bad, but not as crisp and sharp as I expected. I could see this was a rental by the way the sleeves and pant legs are altered. I haven't rented a tux in a long time, as I have had my own for many years, but sadly, I "outgrew" my most recent. So that is to say I've been spoiled by custom-fit tuxes since after I married 40+ years ago, until this one. Maybe I'm being too harsh? I will still recommend them, just be sure you go a day before you need the tux to pick it up in case it needs tweaking.

I also stepped into the alterations area, and I was impressed with that space as well. I wasn't able to pick just one dress because the prices were mind blowing... they also offer military discount but honestly, after seeing how busy this location was, I understood why! What really stood out to me was the entire staff. Everyone we encountered had a positive attitude and was willing to help. And they were WORKING! There was nobody just sitting around with nothing to do. It was truly all hands on deck, making sure every bride who walked through those doors was being taken care of. I loved watching the team in action. Even with a packed store, they maintained great energy and made the experience feel special. They provided great recommendations and options to fit the aesthetic colors of the wedding color palette. I was a bit nervous in general for how the coordination process would work specific to our wedding since all of my groomsmen were on the east coast and in different cities. The Vu family made me feel reassured that that they could get all my measurement and orders complete in an organized and timely manner. They definitely did a great job handling all of the logistics that came with having all of the groomsmen in different places. For the groomsmen located on the east coast, the Vu family worked with them directly on the phone and also email to make sure they gathered all of the measurement needed for the suit orders. If they needed more information they always followed up with me or my groomsmen. I was constantly asking to make sure the timeline for the suit order could be met and they were always proving great updates. From the beginning they told me and my groomsmen when they needed to have all of the measurements in order to get the orders filled. My groomsmen all got their items in a timely manner before having to fly out to our wedding location on the west coast. They even had time to make any small adjustments as needed at their local shops due to the timely manner from the shipments. I decided to go with a custom suit and really enjoyed the process. Got to pick every part of the suit with lots of fabric and detail options provided. I always felt in great hands. Never felt pressured to go with one design over the other. Whenever I walked in to the store to look at different colors for suit accessory items or shoes, they were always willing to show me all the possibilities. The suit was beautifully fitted and felt very comfortable throughout the whole ceremony. My wife and I can not thank them enough for helping make our day a beautiful occasion!
