He provided options and I was pleased with the suit. They don't allow you to try on a shirt, so he provided one to me to try at home. The pants needed adjustment so he measured for the changes. There were four weeks to the event and he requested three weeks. 3. We came back after three weeks and the pants didn't fit. They were too loose, and too short. He asked for two days to adjust again. 4. We went back two days later, and the pants had not been adjusted. They asked for another day. 5. We went back the next day, and the pants had not been adjusted. By then we were three days from the wedding. The manager or owner then told the Sales agent to return our adjustment money and we needed to solve the issue on our own. 6. We, desperately, went to "The Best Tailor House" in Stonebriar Mall." Within 15 minutes, they'd measured and made the changes. It was flawless. We also found out that "The Best Tailor House" sold Tuxedo's ans shoes and were even cheaper. 7. What I learned is that having a tailor matters, and customer commitment matters. On both of these ISW Meanswear falls short. In terms of choice they're quite good, but I question that value of they can't get the product in time, and when they run out of time, they essentially ask you to solev the issue on your own. Next time I'll go directly to "The Best Tailor House" and skip the unecessary trips and frustration.

The GAP: Where Sales Never Sleep…read more You know that feeling when you walk into a store just browsing--and five minutes later you're whispering "...how is this only $14?" to yourself in the dressing room? Welcome to the GAP, where there's always a sale, and it's never just 10% off. And if you find it cheaper online? They'll match it without blinking. No corporate hoops, no dramatic manager calls--just a cheerful "we got you." Don't see your size? No problem. They'll ship it to your house for free. The staff is super friendly, never pushy and somehow they always know when you're hunting for that one elusive medium in vintage soft crewnecks. This place has turned "running in real quick" into a full-blown ritual. Honestly, if loyalty points were a friendship, we'd be engaged by now. 5 out of 5. Long live the neighborhood GAP.

I was greeted by a man wearing floral red pants. I absolutely loved his flair. He let me know that regular items are 40% off and sale items are 50% off the marked price. I saw this nice plaid shirt. It was marked down to $9.99. I wanted it, but it didn't come in my size. Either I'd be barely breathing in a medium, or I'd look lost in an XXL. For kicks, I tried the XXL. The sleeve length was perfect. Yep, I looked like I had shrunk in it. I had to put it back. The deal at the back were great. Sadly, there was nothing that screamed my name. It's a wonderful store that made me happy browsing. I'm glad that I had stopped by. (17)

Super nice, normal and friendly staff who will do everything possible to ensure you have an ultimate experience. (No snobs on staff.) Today I drove 20 minutes from HP to go to this store specifically. (The Downtown and Northpark location are no where close in giving a great experience! Those employees are aloof, or on busy days - frazzled and can barely deal with 2 customers at the same time.) I was greated by a nice lady as I walked in who answered 2 questions I had. A few minutes later I passed her again and she offered to alert the cologne staff I was headed that way. Awesome VIP service to a unknown customer! (Nafise - you are fabulous!) At the cologne area, Geraldyne took 45 minutes to help me evaluate Tom Ford colognes. It was so fun - and there was a vendor rep who joined us and helped. I had a blast!!! So, they gave me 3 sample tubes of the Tom Fords I likes most. But then they pulled out 14 other samples of high end men's colognes!! They even included the #1 winner of the best cologne in the world too (it won the world wide FIFI cologne competition). Then I got to chat for 30 minutes with Nafise on my way out. Turns out she is on the management team and awesome to know. Personally, I've not had such a great Neimans experience in decades. I'll NEVER go to Northpark or Downtown again. Today the store manager Susan was extremely rude and ebarassed my daughter and her friend. Not once did she ask if she could help her but instead made her feel small and demanded that my daughter refold the bottoms that my daughter picked up to look at. I was not there but did call to speak with Susan after my daughter left distraught about how she was treated. Susan immediately became aggressive with me over the phone and explained that she was just joking about my daughter refolding the bottoms. I told her I didn't think that was funny at all and why didn't she offer to help my if she felt like my daughter looking for her size in the drawers below the suite hanging that she liked was an issue. She said she was busy and just didn't like for people to dig in the drawers. All this was uncalled for and the fact that Susan did not offer an apology for making my daughter feel bad was just unacceptable. We will easily spend 500-700 dollars each year. This location will no longer be the one we visit. The store offers such beautiful suits and I really wish that they had beautiful employees to sale and assist people who are willing to spend that amount of money for bathing suits. Susan you should be ashamed of yourself. I ended the phone call with Susan with I hope you have a good day and maybe you should learn some manners.
