There was also a surprisingly large amount of Disney merchandise available, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a very positive shopping experience with good variety and strong clearance finds. Would definitely return. The service was decent only received it at the register though. Employees don't greet you or say hello when you enter or while you're shopping. read more

1-Star Review: Old Navy's Outdated & Customer-Hostile Pricing Policy I am beyond disappointed with Old Navy's archaic and frankly pathetic pricing and price-adjustment policies. In 2025, it is ridiculous that a major retailer still refuses to honor their own online prices in-store unless the item is also purchased online. What kind of logic is that? I shopped in-store on Black Friday, assuming I was getting the best deal of the year -- only to find out on Cyber Monday that nearly every item I bought was significantly cheaper online. I could have saved at least 25% more had I purchased online instead of in-store. When I called customer service, I was told they "can't help" and that I had to physically go back to the store for a price adjustment. Who does this in 2025? Fine. I went to the store. Then the cashier tells me I need to bring all the items back just so they can process a return and make me re-buy everything at the online price. How is this remotely customer-friendly? How is this efficient? Why does a customer need to jump through hoops because the company refuses to align in-store and online pricing? Lesson learned: NEVER shop in Old Navy stores. Their in-store prices are almost always higher, and their policies make it incredibly difficult to get a price adjustment. If you must shop at Old Navy, buy online only -- pick up in store if you must. Online purchases offer the best pricing and customer service actually helps you over the phone. Retailers with such outdated, non-customer-centered policies have no one to blame but themselves when they struggle or go out of business. In a world where Amazon, Nordstrom, Macy's, Temu, and Shein are making shopping easier and more convenient, Old Navy is stuck in the past. It's Old Navy. I feel like if you've seen one, you've seen them all. This one was exactly like the others, with disorganized clothing everywhere, one person working the register, so therefore there's about a ten minute wait time to be checked out. My love/hate with Old Navy is that if you go in the store, you never get a deal. Even though they had signs EVERYWHERE saying 30% off EVERYTHING, everything I picked was apparently excluded from the sale. Yet today I was able to go online, buy those things with a code, get 30 percent off and free shipping. So two stars because you can get some cute stuff for cheap, but only online. I'd only use the store to find what you like, then order it online. read more

If you are buying clothes for a little kid, and are on a budget, then Old Navy is for you ... if you can tolerate the experience. The thing with kid clothes is that usually they outgrow them before they wear out. Old Navy provides very affordable clothing, just don't expect top quality, but then again, they outgrow them quickly. My wife and I were in on a Saturday morning, and the store was fairly busy with customers, but not overly so. The big problem is that they had the check out registers woefully understaffed with two people. There were several other employees flitting about, but even the manager came up and saw how busy it was, and just walked back away without doing anything to solve it. When we got in the checkout line, there were a dozen people ahead of us. We waited nearly 30 minutes! By the time we were done, there were about twenty people behind us. That kind of lack of service is just abominable. I realize that with low pricing, they have to cut back somewhere, but they HAD other employees there that could have helped out with a register. I'll think twice before going back into that store. read more

Clearly they've changed management... we had a good run when the store was clean and organized. Not any more! They've been open 7 minutes and I know no one cleaned up last night (see my pics!). They're last manager was the bomb! I can tell why she didn't stay... there's no support for her. The staff here is still super friendly and they're pretty good at the up sale on the front line. But they need more something here, it's pretty gross. I'll probably cut back on my shopping trips again if they don't work it out. read more

This store has apparently had the same issues for years as my experience was no different than the other reviewers here. No customer service whatsoever, not even a brief acknowledgement. I was in the store for over an hour. Store was messy and disorganized which is interesting considering that all the employees I saw were more interested in display and shelf management than checking out customers. I ended up using their self checkout option because I couldn't get anyone to help me. I will stick to online shopping. read more

The return policy here is horrible!! I will never shop here ever ever again! They only took back my items for the clearance price. $58 worth of clothes...they gave me $10.75 and store credit only because it was over 90 days. Unacceptable! Never again! **Just in case you find this helpful. Dillard's return policy is not great either (nothing past 90 days, no exceptions). Macy's and Nordstroms have AMAZING return policies! They will take anything back with receipt, original credit card used for purchase and/or barcode on tag. read more

I came into the store on 4/12/24 to make a return on a purchase made on 3/13. I was told by the floor attendant that I was outside the 30 day return window (I was unaware of this policy) I naively thought they would make an exception as it was 32 days. She said the manager would need to make approval for this. The manager came over and provided nothing short of AWFUL customer service. I even said a store credit was sufficient but truly felt like a monetary refund was still appropriate as the items I was returning were still selling on the floor (I could see them with my own eyes!) the manager was unprofessional, irrational and disrespectful. I then asked for the customer service number which she was hesitant to provide and then asked for the store number at which point she said "they didn't have one". Absolutely no assistance in what she had presented as an impossible problem. The location on Preston road (park and Preston) should be ashamed and embarrassed by their staff, particularly the manager that was working on Friday AM 4/12. read more

I've been here a few times, and everyone has always been so helpful. The lady at the cash register voluntarily offered to help me search for a different size in the system for a low-stock item. The store was neat and organized. The only downside is that it seemed like some of clothing in the undergarments/athletics section had dust streaks on them. read more

Worst customer care experience. I returned my products but never received the refund to my gift card. On returning back to receive it, the store manager called the customer service and gave the phone to me to figure things out. Although he was responsible for this problem but he never took responsibility. I wasted so much time just to get my refund. Still I am waiting for my refund. read more

This is my Old Navy. Pretty much all my clothes come from here. They carry big boy sizes (yes I'm a big boy) and I love their clothes. We came here after stuffing our faces...and my drunk friends wanted to do Black Friday shopping. So I got a nice shirt out if the deal :) I didn't mind waiting in the long lines. Everyone was very nice. The store actually had a great range of selections in my sizes(they're usually hard for me to find). All the employees were chipper, even on thanksgiving. And everything was 50% off, so I got my shirt dirt cheap. All in all score!! read more

Decided to come into this location on christmas eve because of their great sale they had going on. When I came in I was happy with their selection and the amount of product they still had the day before christmas. I ended up getting a lot of clothes for myself,my baby and some other people. Being in such a hurry I did not think to check my ticket and did not realize that the total was completely wrong. I was charged full price for everything and on my daughters clothes multiple sensors were left on her clothes, so I get to make an extra trip back up there to get them removed. I was not happy with multiple things there but I was happy with other things. I really like this location and the staff and am hoping they get it together after the holidays, I know it can be a touch and busy time. read more

It never fails I can always find something here at Old Navy. I am in the Plus Size section but I never have any issues finding my size. If by any chance I need to have it ordered the sales team are happy to assist. Justine is always super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Sales are always great and the rewards program is super helpful. My only complaint is the stores cleanliness. Dust balls and the front area by registers are always cluttered and dirty. It's always busy so I take it with a grain of salt. After a few bad experiences next door at Torrid, Old Navy will have my business when shopping in this area. Service here was horrible. I went to another Old navy to purchase a shirt and they didn't have my size, so they found an old navy close to me that did have my size. I called them to confirm if they did have my size just in case before I went. They person who picked up the phone was very rude; they check on my shirt and said it wasn't there. I decided to stop by the store anyways and I walk in and my shirt is hung up right towards the front, so they never even checked? Also when I told the cashier what happened he said "oh it happens" If you expect help from anyone at this store then don't come to this location. read more

This newly opened store is really fresh and vibrant. The store is a bit smaller than the old store and has an interesting new layout. They've seemed to really up the crap they sell in the checkout line. They have an area in the checkout line where they try to push you to buy travel sized things for women who love to stuff their purses with emergency items: makeup remover wipes, chapstick, etc. I do like the new flow of the checkout line better than the shopping market style consisting of multiple lanes. Oh and they also sell sugar free jones soda here. Which seems hard to find around this area. I'm not a fan of the new fitting rooms. Apparently you can enter from both sides and the attendant uses a dry erase to write your number of items and your name by the room you're in. Overall, i like this new store. read more

I came in here to look for Christmas gifts for family and friends. This store was pretty trashed as you walked farther towards the back. Considering it's super crazy during the holidays, that was to be expected but it made finding things a little difficult and the line was insane! I was able to find a few cute baby clothes to gift, but I did not even bother looking for anything else. It was also hard to find anyone on the floor to ask questions to about merchandise. Maybe when the insanity of holiday shopping dies down, I will check this place out again. read more

I love shopping at Old Navy. I went in quickly during the end of tax free weekend here in Texas and tried on a few workout tops and got in line and it moved quickly. The store was clean and not messy even with the crazy weekend. I went later on Sunday but very excited for my new workout gear. Anxious to try it out. read more

This is a bright a cheerful store next door to Ulta and trader joes ! They are well stocked in here and the store is smaller but so are all the stores on this strip ! They keep the store neat and clean and the staff is pretty friendly . I love the kids section and their sales of course . It does get crazy on the weekends but I usually do my shopping weekdays anyway to avoid the crowds . I haven't had an issue finding sizes , or with the staff . If I have a question they answer it . I'm a low maintenance shopper anyways I like to be left alone so !they have very few fitting rooms however for the size of the store you really couldn't add more ! They have stepped up their style and I was pleasantly surprised with the women's items ! I was happy with the quality and prices ! I had not shopped here for myself before so I will be back for sure ! read more

This store isn't the most well organized Old Navy, but it's right next to Trader Joe's so we shop here often. They have coupons you could earn after doing an online survey and most of the items are usually on sale as well. I wish the staff would be quick with ringing up people. I usually finish picking items I need within 30 min, but spend the same amount of time standing in line for check out. I usually come here right when it opens so I don't have to wait as long, but my goodness even on a weekdays, they're slow as a snail. Can't really complain since everyone is nice. I don't typically write reviews, but after today's visit to the Old Navy off Preston Road (Plano) it's necessary & seeing previous reviews clearly this location needs to get it together. It's 2 weeks before Christmas & there's 2 cashiers. It's the lunch hour, clearly a time where many are out shopping. The line is at least 15 deep. The 2 cashiers never look up to even notice how many people are standing there. Several people would walk in & walk right back out. One of the ladies standing in line called the store phone, the girl answered & the lady asked her if they could find another cashier to help out. The girl finally looks up & notices the line. Took another 3-4 minutes for the manager to arrive, she pretends to open another register, only to walk away when another worker shows up. Seriously is it beneath the manager to work a register? I hope corporate sees all of these reviews b/c clearly there is an issue at this store. read more

The reason I am giving this location a "4" instead of a "2" is for the following: the location is perfect and the people are grand. The problems I have is consistent across every Old Navy not enough registers or sales people for the volume of people they serve. The corporate office should take the time to reevaluate what the stores actually need so they could service the customers properly. read more

I love Old Navy for baby/kids clothes, but my goodness is this store messy. And dirty. I've seen WalMarts more organized and clean. I was in the store 1 hour after opening, on a weekday, and the place looked like it was ransacked by thieves and has never been dusted or swept. There were actual dust bunnies on the clothes. Frankly, this store is gross. It sends a message that the employees don't care about the company or it's customers. Message received! P.S. the Gap down the street was clean and organized, maybe they need to remind each other they are the same company. read more
