Not really sure what's up with certain people in 2024 but I'm here to call out them out every time I'm made to feel as if "I Don't F...N BELONG!" So I stopped here after an appointment just wanted to see if I could find something to where for my Birthday celebration this weekend. As I'm looking at some items near the fitting room. I continuously hear this young female speak very sweetly to all the other ladies entering (Spanish, White, anyone but my race). I walk towards the her um just waiting till she turned around and noticed me. Of course I was also in turn waiting for her to give me a warm Hello there, How are you? I should've known she wouldn't show me that much hospitality. She never really looked at but asked, Do you want to try something own? I politely took a breath and said, Hello, How are you? She looked with embarrassed. Then she spoke, counted the pieces I had in my hand, gave me a number and I went in the open fitting area. As I was trying on my pieces, I'm listing at her bubbly "Hello, How are you, Did everything work out for you etc? I thought it was very funny honestly. I'll never look to spend my coins in an area where folk still act as if they're the ONLY race that should be able to shop or dine in establishments. read more

Line is long like 25 mins average but the worker Keaton was amazing and helped me find a wonderful canvas and multiple clothing items and gifts for my friends he definitely needs some appreciation for his hard work. read more

This is a great place to get whatever stuff you need whether it's for the holidays or the basic necessities. A warning though, the lines are long even if they move fast so be prepared for a 15 minute wait at least. The other downside is if you are waiting on a price check, it does take awhile to validate something. read more

We've lived in the area for six years and I've spent thousands of dollars at this TJMaxx/Home Goods location. Today I visited and tried to return a $60 king comforter that I did not end up needing, and was told they would not accept the return because I had used it. I told them I had not used it. The manager then pointed to a stain, which I must have missed upon purchase because I DID NOT use the item. So I left about $300 worth of merchandise I intended to purchase on the counter and walked out. I will not be back! They lost a loyal and regular customer over $60. This is one of the main reasons companies are going out of business. read more

The haute couture section here also has boots & stilettos, bags like Valentino, Chloe, etc., The homes goods section is YUGE! Awesome TJ Maxx. Huge selection and high quality. Usually things are pretty picked over at my home store, but this place was great!

Me and my friend have been hitting this place up a lot lately and each time we have made some good finds! I only recently was introduced to this store and I can't seem to stay away. It's similar to a Ross but I feel like it's slightly more upscale. Prices are great and you can get some quality items. Of course my favorite it the clothing section. I have added prob six new items to my closet in the last month. You just can't go wrong here. This TJ Maxx is connected to a Home Goods so you can roam from one side to the other, I haven't really checked out the Home Goods side, to be honest. If you haven't been here you need to make a visit. The store has always been clean and organized when I've come, staff is always friendly and eager to help. I will be coming back many more times in the future. read more

I'm very impressed with the cleanliness of this store! A greeter was at the entryway with hand sanitizer and disposable mask available to customers. An additional employee was at the entryway sanitizing cart handles and offering them to customers. Cashiers have partitions between them and the customers. They are cleaning the register counter between each transaction. As you leave, another employee is collecting carts to sanitize them. Fantastic job TJ Maxx! read more

I stopped by this location to purchase sports bras for my teen daughter on Sunday afternoon, and I'm absolutely livid with how my transaction was handled. The cashier gave me my total purchase amount and I handed him $100.00 cash. He ran it through the machine to check the bill several times and then flat out told me it was "fake". I informed him that the money came straight from the bank, which it did. He then had someone else to try it and the machine took it and then a manager checked the bill by holding it to the light to make sure. I have never in my entire years of shopping there been treated like that. It was very humiliating to have someone tell me that my money was fake. I will now take my business to another location because that was very unnecessary to deal with and receive a half ass apology. read more

This TJ Max/Homegoods always has the best stuff. I was shops at these stores across Texas but this was one always has new unique products unless the others I have been to. The associates were also very friendly and kind. I especially am grateful for the service Bob gave to me! Customer service was a 5 Star !! read more

Love the store but cashier Morgan ruined my experience. She was oddly laughing during transaction (at me? my items? I don't know...). Love this location. Always find great things! Left last night with 6 tops, 2 pants, and shoes for around $100. Amazing!! The store is fairly clean and decently organized. The employees are so helpful and so sweet. Vanessa? Was my cashier and she was so kind and was very patient when we realized a tag was missing on an item and they had to do a price check. She also checked to make sure both my right and left shoe were the same size, which I thought was very cool. Overall, great experience and will definitely be returning soon! read more

Nancy G, Nancy G. I went to the perfume section and was very excited when I found Gucci Guilty I love this scent. The only thing about it was that it the plastic wrapping was taken off the case and it had been used. I took it to the front when I was ready to check out and the associate called I'm assuming a manager so I could speak to her about it. This is when Nancy G walked up and I explained to her that I found it opened and she said "with such an expensive item we keep this in a case so you wouldn't even find this on the floor". Immediately I took it offensively because Nancy G tried to make it seem like I opened it myself. I was simply asking if they had another one. Then Nancy states well whatever is on the floor is what they have an she can't lower the item because it did not look used to her. But the sad part is she didn't even take the cap off the perfume. I honestly wanted to give her a piece of my mins for accusing me of that but I easily let her make it. On a side note at the fitting room the attendant told my little sister that when she comes out to make sure she has everything back on the hangers. Where in the world have they ever stated it was a REQUIREMENT to return everything on the hangers. That is a common courtesy. This TJ Maxx really needs to take a class on customer service especially Nancy G as a manager you just completely failed. read more

Went in on a Tuesday night and the store was clean, not very crowded. We found what we were looking for without issue and there wasn't a line at the checkout. The cashier was really friendly with my son, asking him about the toy he had picked out. As a mom, that was a nice touch to see him interacting with my child. I appreciated the friendly, quick service and look forward to shopping here again. read more
