Clean store. No service...i did self-checkout because there was only one lane open. Typical Target selection - nice card selection. I went in looking for a water sprinkler, but they do not carry these. I did get a dog treat for my pups. It's less expensive here than at the pet supply stores...good value for a quick stop. read more

I tried calling to tell a manager in her behalf about this guy but of course target doesn't accept phone calls any longer from blocked numbers. What a crappy company. read more

There was a time when I only had love for Target. I would go in knowing full well that I'd be walking out with WAY more stuff than I intended to buy. Those little clearance stickers on things all over the store were my kryptonite! Over time they started to transform though, carrying more modern and eclectic merchandise that lacked appeal for me. Equally unappealing is their difficult to navigate app that is used to access their reward program and coupons. It's frustrating to say the least. But, putting my ambivalence for their brand aside, I'm only basing my rating on this particular store. It is pretty much always clean, organized and well stocked here. What makes it even more impressive is that I've seen how messy it can get during a busy weekend or around a holiday. The workers here would make FEMA proud with how quickly and adeptly they clean up the disaster! Furthermore, they still manage to be helpful and courteous while doing so. The location, however, is woefully inconvenient. So many businesses are crammed into the area that no matter the day or time you go you'll be battling traffic and crowds. read more

Unfortunately I keep having bad experiences with the employees at this location. They breathe down your neck about rewards and subtly accusing you of stealing. The employees have often made me feel uncomfortable or have been blatantly rude. I've resorted to using their pick up system because I've had way better customer service that way. read more

Bathrooms were worst most than most gas stations I've been to. There were plenty of employees in the store, seemingly doing nothing that absolutely could have taken time to make the restrooms a more enjoyable experience. There was hair in the sink, a used plunger in my stall, and the cover of the toilet paper was off, and the toilet paper was sitting on the handrail. read more

I can't lie I really do enjoy making shopping trips to this Target. It's always stocked up, very clean, a lot of helpful workers, and way more checkout's open than any Walmart I've ever been to. The location is spot on. The only downside is that it closes kinda early. I work night shift so I don't get to make a ton of shopping trips here. read more

I'm not really a fan of Target in general, so I don't go to a lot of them. My experience at this location has been limited to the actual store and optical center. I've never dined in their restaurant, gone to their Starbucks or used their pharmacy. That being said, my rating is more accurate at 3 1/2 stars. What I will say about this location is that they have a very friendly staff. Though no one has come to ask me if I need assistance, I get greeted multiple times as I make my way through the store and the cashiers always seem ready to jump into my line of site and offer to ring me out. Target does seem to take customer service seriously and I appreciate that a lot in comparison to their competition. I've found a few decent deals, but for a super center I feel their energy is put on clothing and gifts, whereas other sections are lacking. Their automotive section is woefully limited and their dry good items are priced in the middle. To me, the selection is just okay and though they have some great sales, I prefer going to places that are consistently priced low for the items I regularly use. On the positive side, their home furnishing selection is pretty varied. I remember when we switched to a King size bed and needed a comforter that they had a good amount of items in each price range for me to choose from so we got a color scheme and material we really liked without too much hassle. They also have a very large deli and bakery area that is very clean. Again, I can get these items at the same quality much cheaper elsewhere, but it's a pretty selection. I was kind of surprised on my last visit that I saw some sushi on the sample tray and it was actually pretty decent! As a brand, if I had to go to a super center, I would choose here over a Walmart. However, I don't really have to go to a super center when I can go to a few different places for the best price or product. So, if you love a super center, add a star to my rating. :) For me, their optical center is top notch and the main reason for me to go here. It's seriously good and I gave them 5 stars on their yelp page. They are on my route home and they do have a very large and easy to navigate parking lot (thank you so much for that) which makes getting in and out without a calamity very easy. In general, they are a better choice than the Target in Denton. That being said, I'm more likely to come here for the optical center and get a couple of items while waiting, versus coming here specifically for grocery shopping. read more

after waiting in the return line 1 cashier, 5 people, I asked for the security tag to be removed from pants i had purchased. i was asked for proof of purchase, after removing the tag they were handed back wadded up. I requested the Original bag as I wanted to shop. She said I only had to show my card. When checking out I asked For a larger bag for a coat and was relaying what I went through with returns. he said good that you asked because there is a tag on the coat. Otherwise I would have gone through this again, which I assure you would have been my last visit to Target. You need nicer people and an alert so tags can be removed upon purchase. read more

No big issues here. Just wish that this target had better swim suit ideas for men. The online sales have to be better in the men's section than this stores location. I also wish they would be the first store in the area to drop prices. I feel like the Denton location is way more consistent with that. All around it's a target, chain groceries with a bougie Flair to it. Nothing special, but it is not a terrible place to buy something you don't necessarily need. read more

My wife and I were at the customer service counter today, visibly frustrated that both the online target support and the customer service in store were unable to fix an issue regarding gift cards my wife received for her recent baby shower. We are not the type of people to go and complain at a customer service counter, but tonight we were frustrated enough to, and I'll admit we probably weren't the easiest customers to deal with at the moment. I love coming to this Target. The staff is always nice and polite. It's always clean when I come and they have the best sales on little kids clothes and shoes. You can always get help when you need it. I was in here shopping for my little cousin Annalise birthday and started shopping for Cupcake too . It's never a dull moment plus the store is always popping. On certain days certain things are marked down. Something's are a little pricey for me but hey get 5% every time you use your target card plus you can use as many coupons as you can. Now I'm waiting on the kitchen ware to go on sale I'm getting that Rachel Ray set unless someone wants to gift it to me for Christmas read more

Clean store, quality items, good customer service. The toys were picked to the bones over Christmas, I assume, because when I took my kids to the toy department to spend their target gift cards on NYE there weren't many options! At least not in any worth buying. However, there's always something to buy here, and for the most part, this store is clean and organized and easy to shop! The bathrooms have always been acceptable, not super clean, but never wholly gross. Great sales on certain items make it a better deal than Wal-Mart at times! read more

We really like the pharmacy at this Super Target. With kids, we are in and out a lot. (If you have kids, ask them for additional stoppers and syringes for your over the counter liquid medicines as well. ) The staff is very friendly and always willing to take the time to go over any questions you may have. Big fan of the auto-refill options as well. Don't forget you can have them email you instead of an automated phone call. read more

Can I give -50 stars? They have finally completed the renovation at this location and the store is now very clean and nice, BUT at least one employee needs major attitude check. I have worked retail and I know how stressful working on holiday weekends can be, but I will never ever set foot in this location (or any other Target) ever again. I have a new job and needed to buy some clothes to match uniform standard. I checked online and Target carried what I needed. After wandering around, I couldn't find the brand and type of clothes I needed,so I asked a Target employee (she didn't have a name tag visible) she rolled her eyes and sighed & then looked me up and down- (I'm a little heavy- but I had surgery earlier this year that caused me to gain weight- so I'm very sensitive about my appearance right now- I've lost 15 lbs & am working hard to keep it up)- this employee then told me that they don't stock my size clothes & she won't help a fatty, she then told me to go to a big and fat store. So if you want to be humiliated & have terrible experience- go to this store. BTW- I tried to report to manager- but management was not available... read more

I was in the produce section lookin for some peaches. I looked over and saw the produce guy with his nose all in the apples. At first I thought he was smelling them. But then I got closer and realized he was whispering to them. At first I was a little freaked out like are you ok my man? But then I heard what he was saying. He was tellin them fruits that they were gonna find great homes and make some people very happy. He started singing "You'll be in my heart" as he lightly kisses each apple lovingly like a father. I love this Target. They have lots of employees walking around helping you find what you need and making sure your shopping trip is going well without being too much or annoyingly attentive. They are doing a remodel right now so lots of things aren't where I remember them to be which made the roaming attendants needed more than I liked but through all my questions each one had a smile and helped me through. The way some stuff is organized or labeled also made finding certain items difficult which again I think might be due to the remodel. Some areas were a bit messy from other customers I suppose perusing which made finding the price of some things confusing. I went to get gift basket options and their bargain bins section was very helpful but the price of many of those things had the price labeled on it which is unfortunate. Good options though and fine service. read more

Pretty large target, I suppose. I hate that they get you with their electronics (movie) section as soon as you walk in. It's inevitable. That and dollar spot - my weakness. The shelves are pretty well stocked here when it comes to foods. Check expiration dates though. And check and make sure your bread and meats are fresh. One time we came here looking for ground turkey meat. We picked up the container and the meat was a dark brown color as if it had been cooked. It was definitely bad. We gave it to this guy in deli and he was super chill about it. He promised not to put it back on the shelf. The clothing however, they aren't the best at instocks. They are out of the popular sizes most the time I come in. Their clearance section for clothing and other goods is pretty great though. Lines are always short and I love the convenience of self-checkout. Make sure you use cartwheel and your redcard if you have one for extra savings! I've only ever seen staff stocking the shelves here. I've never been asked "Can I help you find something?" But it's target! Don't you always just walk the whole store?? I do! read more

I came to this Target on 3 separate occasions looking for the grilled mozzarella cheese and Auntie Anne Pretzels dogs. Both have been hard to get here. I was discouraged and shy if not coming back. . A young employee named Javier was amazingly helpful. He took the time to first listen to my concerns( none of course directed at him) . Afterwards, he went into action. He scanned every bar code near the cheese products I requested. To both our dismay , we could not locate anymore. He moved onto helping me find pretzel dogs checking the inventory on his scanner. He realized that there maybe a box in back that had not been unloaded. He asked for my patience and went to the back to search for it. A few minutes later he came back ( freezing) but with the pretzel dogs that were in the very back of the delivery. I was so happy but more than anything so appreciative of this young man's customer service. His attitude was so positive! He went above and beyond. He didn't make any excuses but truly tried to help me. I hope this young man is up for a raise because he deserves it. He's the employee that you want your customers to interact with. Thank you Javier for helping me keep the faith in Target customer service once again. read more

Anyone who is familiar with me knows I love Target. Today, however, was a different story. I drove to the Flower Mound Target for a pair of shoes...yes, shoes. I had previously purchased black booties that were so comfortable! Online, their website stated they had two size 8s in stock. Perfect, I thought! Off I went. Looked and looked, but to no success. I spoke with some employees at the service desk who also saw that two were available on their computer, as well. Staff couldn't locate it. I was then told "order them on our site for in-store pick up, then you can have them." Huh?? Yes, they keep extra stock in the storeroom. I asked why they couldn't just let me buy one of the pair from this special, super-secret storeroom. Nope, no can do. What kind of joke is this??! Forget it. I will shop someone else. read more

Boy not employees Boy where? Not here Surprisingly still here in this pit of despair. Crying for chips I am away from Walmart. There is red surrounding but are there grubs? No there are not. Until there are grubs I will not be happy. I will be sad I must see grubs. There are flakes of skin all over the ground and I am speechless. The boys do not understand. Edit 9/24/13: I have to change my tune about this Target bc the customer service is really the best. I've never been to a Target where ALL the workers go above and beyond to help their customers. I have two little kids, and the sales people have always been so kind and understanding when I'm there, getting me through the express checkout quickly, and helping me out to my car! I'm still not sure about the pharmacy, but otherwise this Target is really great. :) The Pharmacy is terrible- rude and you always have to wait at least 20 min. There is one pharmacist who is really helpful, the others are either silent or annoyed that you ask them a question. Another point: I hate that there is no organized line to get to the pharmacy. People just wait in the aisles and no one gets seen in order. Not going here anymore! read more

I've been here a hundred times and I love this store. It's HUGE and well laid out with anything and everything you could want in a big box store. This Target is pretty darn new, and as such, it is nice, spacious, clean, and pretty. It has a massive well lit parking lot. Inside there is a grocery side and a regular target super store side. There is also a on side optometrist and glasses store, a starbucks, and a mini fast food restaurant. They also have a very nice on site Pharmacy, deli, and bakery. I love Target for food, clothes, housewares, ect at good prices. Quality is always excellent. read more

Remodeled bull. Why do the target employees have to have a meeting in front of the groceries. I can't buy things if you don't move. The shelves are empty. You have clothes but no food. Why? I don't get it. I just wanted ramen noodles and you have none. The Tyson meat is always leaking and gross looking. The toys are messy, and there is no organization. You guys wanted to be Walmart so bad, well mission accomplished. It sucks just as much. As for security, it's annoying. There's a camera up my nose everywhere I go. You guys dropped the ball years ago by opening an email at work, but the customers get punished. Explain that to me. Customer service was just bad. Just ew. Worst customer service experience EVER. I will be making a formal complaint. I went to super target earlier to buy 3 items-- ice cream, eye drops and drain cleaner. I went to the self check out to pay for my items and before I could scan my first item, a target employee came to me and said nothing and just SNATCHED the item from my hand and took it to an actual register. She mumbled something that I couldn't understand and I had no idea what I had done-- she stood at the register for a few minutes and I didn't know if I was supposed to follow her or not. Finally she came back and said 'THIS HAS BEEN RECALLED YOU CANNOT BUY THIS' and I simply asked why was it on the shelf of the item was recalled. Her response? HA I DONT KNOW. I was done. I left my remaining items in my bag and walked out of the store before I said something rude to match her tone of voice. I have worked customer service jobs for 11 years and I would NEVER TALK TO A CUSTOMER like she spoke to me. Unacceptable. And snatching something from someone's hand? Absolutely unacceptable. And why would an item be on the shelf that should be recalled? Y'all really dropped the ball today target, great job read more
