For the frag hunters, this is a good location. I have found good Middle Eastern fragrances and designer body mists and perfume oils at good discounts. It is hit or miss on selection but it's the hunting that makes it fun. This location is organized better than most. I usually go during the week and their check out lines move quickly. I have have great luck at this location for beauty products for hair and nails. If you want to try products that are expensive, this is the place to buy them at lower cost. The challenge is you never know when the best time is to go. It is less crowded when they first open. The beauty section really needs to be expended. There is no reasonable way for more than 1 person to look at hair products. Many times I throw a ton of things in my cart then walk to another section to look at what is in my cart to decide what I want or don't want. So essentially the store creates chaos and work cause I am not walking back over to the hair products to put things back. It is just too congested in that area. I have a love/hate relationship with Marshall's. For me, shopping there is either feast or famine. This was my first time shopping in this particular Marshall's and it was definitely categorized as FEAST! What I love about Marshall's is the constant rotation of products. There is always something new to explore when you visit them so you will never get bored. Yes, they are always packed with customers- which means they have great stuff and offer exceptional prices. I am not talking junk. I am talking, nice, name brand items at deep discounts. From clothing, to home goods, pet treats and health and beauty items, it is a one-stop shop. Goodness, if only they contained a grocery inside! This last visit, I found an awesome Tommy Hilfiger plush sweatshirt along with some normally expensive moisturizer. Marshalls is a great place if you're looking to find a plethora of cheap clothes or other knick knacks. I enjoy this Marshalls specifically because it's clean, organized, and the workers are all friendly. It's usually packed here with everyone looking for the best deals, but they are always bringing in new things for people to buy. Clothes, home goods, pet products, beauty items, and health products are only a few things you can purchase here. The workers here are great and they are willing to help you out with any problems. Great place and will recommend anyone to come here. Very organized! read more

I made a yelp account JUST to review this. I bought a $65 fake leather jacket from this location. It started peeling only one day after purchasing it, so I brought it back to return it and get my money back. The manager pointed out that the receipt said I purchased active wear, when I clearly bought that jacket. They labeled their tags wrong. They refused to give me a refund even though I had the TAG THAT CAME ON THE JACKET. They called me a LIAR and refused to check their cameras where I could absolutely prove I paid for that exact jacket. Do NOT shop here, and if you do.. check your receipt before leaving the store. They label things wrong to keep you from returning the product. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Disgusting. read more

I absolutely love Marshalls, however the customer service here leaves much to be desired. Most of the employees here have the worst attitude. Not friendly or helpful at all. The icing on the cake is while not saying hello, how are you, or anything of the sort and ringing up your purchase highly upset like they're giving away merchandises for free lol they have the nerve to ask you to sign up for a credit card with an attitude, absolutely laughable. This store doesn't have as good of a selection as most Marshall I have been too. I normally stop in here for a quick add on to my wardrobe but not to shop. I have found really cute shoes in here. I picked up some really nice Ralph Lauren pillows for a really good price. read more

Customer service here is hidious! There is a gentlemen w glasses that works there and everytime he sees me at check out he pretends he gets busy while he does that the line gets longer and longer. (He once got unto my daughter while shopping that store and i told him he was no one to tell her what to do) Even today another customer and i looked at the long line while only two registers were opened when there could have been four to keep the line moving. Ah Marshalls! I really like this location. It's one of the few locations that I can actually walk out of with shoes in my size. Which makes me super happy! :-) The store is fairly well kept. I love coming here for the bras even though you have to hunt for anything bigger than a C. The purses and shoes always have something that catches my eye. Home goods is pretty sweet. Great prices on pots and pans. All in all some great bargin buys can be found here. I also prefer Marshalls over Ross any day. read more

The customer service was awful. The employees are very rude, as if they really don't want to be working there. The store is very messy and disorganized. The lines are very long with only 1 to 2 people on the registers. Please, shop anywhere else. If anything, at least go to a different location. Worst Marshalls ever! On March 9, 2018 I was shopping in the home furnishings department at Marshalls. While looking, I came upon something that looked out of place. It was a LARGE RAT, and it was looking back at me. This location has more good deal stuffs, more organized, cleaner, and better than Ross or TJ Maxx in my opinion. This store has recently been remodeled. You still have to search for sizes in the various styles. Staff isn't very friendly or helpful.

I usually am a big fan of Marshall's. On morning of July 25, I called Lewisville Marshall's and requested to put a bed headboard on hold and I would be able to pick it up that night after work. They said that was fine and that they would put it in the stock room for me and to give my name when I arrived. When I got there around 8:30 pm, I gave an associate my name and they went to go look for my headboard. She came back and said that the board had already been purchased off the floor earlier that day. I had called at 9:35 am, 5 minutes after they opened. They said that another person named Alma had purchased it and said they were me. I could see this was a lie because nobody else knew I had put this on hold. The evening manager said that when she got to work, the morning manager had told her the headboard had been sold but she wasn't there for it. It was all a lie and I wasn't given a sincere apology for what happened. I drove over an hour to go pick it up just to be disappointed in their service with them selling it. I would've really appreciated the honesty of them telling me that it could not be held for me during that day do i did not make a trip for nothing. read more
